Would have 5 stars but due to the fact company has accounting issues, my driver who is excellent at what he does has informed Accounting that he has never left my shop without a check paid in full. Mr. Booker made things right. As for quality of Uniforms and service Troy gets 5 Stars as well as Mr. Booker. the 2 reviews below are Clowns of Uni First, my original post was not kind by any means and was updated after speaking with Mr. Booker and resolved the issue at which customer service couldnt do in the first place, as for Johnny and Jennifer below plz... get your facts together and I know and you both know your employee's of Uni First, and to go further this company posted on my Google page but yet no one there is a customer. Jennifer Scott... Im sure your a keyboard clown ya weasel... I now do business with a company who has customer service skills unlike the ladies of this company who are bitter lazy individuals... Im a customer as you are not its obvious u r a employee and if Sara was so good at her job guess what this review would never be. I am new to my company but they have been using Unifirst for the 3 years and I have had nothing but a great experience with them.....the bill is always accurate and my driver Troy is always pleasant, accurate and he always makes sure I understand my bill and what he has taken to clean and dropped off., he is also very helpful to our employees that stop him to ask questions. I deal with Direct sales a lot as well and I always get my orders in a timely fashion. Great company and my sales Rep George is always available when I need questions answered.

I was introduced to Unifirst after a referral from one of my business associates. Initially we were using them for basic supplies but after the outstanding customer service, and overall reduced cost, we use Unifrst for just about everything. Both the operations and the accountants teams were thrilled we no longer had to deal with so many providers. Win, win. The drivers have been on time, have never interrupted business and always have a smile on their face. And while we aren't the biggest company, we always have PJ (the manager) personally checking on us to make sure everything is going okay. They make us feel like we are their number one customer.

My company has used Unifirst for about 3 years now and we have always received phenomenal service. We have worked directly with George since we have used Unifirst and we couldn't ask for a better account rep. He is very responsive to all of our request and issues. He has always gone above and beyond for us. Whenever we have run into an issue, he is on it within minutes. Troy is our delivery guy and he is the MAN! We had a different delievery guy for a while, we always had missing items and problems with our returns, but we have NEVER had any problems with Troy. Him and George are such great guys to work with. If you are looking for a uniform company, look no further and give Unifirst a try.

I have had a great customer service experience with this Sara as mentioned by this complete jerk shown below. Sara F. Is a HUGE asset to the company. She solved every question I had, very professional. So I came here to make a review, and I sadly seen the below comment. So to have a review as shown below that guy... shame on him. What a loser. Insulting someone, keyboard warrior. I hope no one chooses to do business with that guy.

Our company uses this linen company since I started (7 years ago) and within the past year they have been terrible I am calling to get my actual delivery. The drivers always come through when we are busy and we sign to realize that we did not receive our order but we paid for it all. If you are looking for a linen service I would recommend you do not waste your time with them and move on
