Rave has been so easy to work with and their highest priorities are being convenient for me and taking the highest quality of care that’s possible for the closes that we send to them. Their prices are significantly higher than at our neighborhood dry cleaner so we are selective about what we send and it’s usually our couture garments. We have men’s Prada dress shirts that were being destroyed by our dry cleaner. So we sent them to Rave and they restored the damaged shirts and are keeping the newer ones in like-new condition. It’s worth the price to know that they care about our fashion as much as we do.

I had a white satin shirt that had turned nasty nasty stained yellow from a decade of (miss)use. I thought there was no way they could restore it...but I gave it a shot. I shipped the shirt to them with a prepaid return label, and was shocked to receive back what looks like a nearly brand new shirt! It's awesome because they dont make this shirt anymore!

I recently purchased a Chanel French Purse Wallet that was manufactured between 1991-1993. It was in great shape for its age but was definitely dirty and in need of some TLC. I bought it with confidence knowing exactly where to take it, Rave Fabricare! I use to work in high end retail and that’s where I first discovered Rave. We would send all the pieces brought in by clients there for cleaning. But employees would also take in their personal items to Rave because we all knew we would get back a beautifully restored piece! They do take some time to clean and restore items, but it’s totally worth the wait! My wallet is beautiful now and I am so excited to take her out on the town! If you have expensive pieces that are well loved and need some help take them to Rave! You will be glad you did!

You get what you pay for, and that holds true here. Rave Fabricare will never give you up, let you down, or desert you in your time of quality cleaning need. (With apologies to the great Rick Astley.) I had accidentally put in a tie dye garment with my fiancee's white blouse. You can see the results below. Not pretty. There wasn't much we could do at home to save it and were doubting it could at all. In comes Rave Fabricare to the rescue. Not only were these stains removed like they never existed without using bleach or any other harsh chemicals, leaving it whiter than it ever was, it was perfectly pressed. Again, better than it had ever been. They took the time to hand press everything including the ruffles and ruching detail in back. Top notch. No automated "shirt balloon" machines here like the lesser guys. The pictures speak for themselves! Would recommend to everyone not just for my experience but the experience of many other clothing connoisseurs who have used them. Will update this review when I get back some of my own garments. Stay tuned.

Had red wine spilled all down the front of a Dolce & Gabbana gown at a wedding. A dry cleaner wouldn't touch it. RAVE was able to test the fabric, deconstruct the dress, clean out the wine and put it back together. They were also able to expedite the process as I had another wedding and wanted to wear the same dress. This place is amazing!

RAVE FabriCare is the absolute best dry cleaner/fabric care company I've ever dealt with; from beginning to end it is obvious that they are top-notch people who REALLY know - and LOVE - fabrics and high-quality garments. The attention to detail is truly outstanding. If you have garments that you love - and you should only wear what you love! - be very careful trusting them with your regular, old dry cleaners. I've been burned so many times; and the last time was really the last straw for me: two irreplaceable, vintage blazers from my now deceased father, both more than a half century old, and very precious to me. The previous cleaner pressed the gorgeous 3/2 roll lapels incorrectly and seemingly permanently. RAVE FabriCARE restored them to their former beauty. Yes, I have to ship from Boston - but, they make it very, very easy; and, it's totally worth the shipping, etc. - peace of mind, knowing that my clothing will be cared for by experts who know what they are doing. We live in an age of throwaway clothing; if you love your clothing, only trust it to the best.

The clothes come out looking new and in some cases better than new. Antique Italian silk dresses are beautifully cleaned and renewed. Worth every penny spent here! Handbag repair is excellent also.

Rave Fabricare is simply the finest cleaner I have ever used! They cleaned my severely dirty leather and cotton sweatshirt and restored it to like new condition. I am so very happy with the level of service and total professionalism. I send all my custom bespoke suits once a year to freshen them up. One 100% wool suit jacket had accidentally been put into a washing machine (blasphemy!) and they managed to restore it to a point that my tailor could not tell that it had been wet-washed until she inspected the inner lining. They make magic at this place. Pricey, but worth it.

I found Rave after another recommended and expensive cleaner badly misshaped a knitted dress. They reblocked and saved it. I take all my best clothes there as it is clearly no savings to take expensive clothes to lesser cleaners who don’t know what they are doing. I feel lucky they are in the Valley—thank you Stu! Yenny and her team at Rave Fabricare did a beautiful and painstaking job in removing an ugly water stain from one side of my favorite leather purse. This purse previously belonged to my daughter who recently died. It became very special to me, and Yenny's team honored that and carefully brought the purse's appearance back to new looking. It did take a while, but I'm very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend their services.

The buttons on my husband's expensive dress shirts have been broken by every other cleaner we have used. Rave takes such good care of all of our garments. His shirts are not only impeccably laundered, pressed, and hung, but never a broken button. Last summer someone spilled red wine (don't ask!) all over my favorite wool shawl. Rave did a wonderful job cleaning it. They have cleaned leather jackets beautifully also. I HIGHLY recommend Rave. There is no detail too small for Stu and his team to address and rectify, when rectification is possible.

I purchased a well loved Chanel travel bag from a friend; I knew it was authentic and loved the style. However, the previous owner was not as meticulous as I am. The inside of the was dirty, and slightly stained. The leather was worn in the typical spots, handles and corners. I took the bag to RAVE just expecting a "refresh". I did not have high expectations. What I got back, looked like a brand new bag. The team at RAVE communicated with me throughout that they were doing everything they could to perfect the bag, therefore it might take a little extra time (which I was okay with). The level of care, attention to detail, and customer service was 5 star plus. I don't often write reviews, but with the cost of buying the bag from a friend and the cleaning/repair, my bag was still 75% less than buying the bag new. Honestly, now I know I can buy bag in less than stellar condition and even if they were only able to restore to 50% of this bag, it would still be AMAZING. Thank you RAVE, you have a new raving fan. PS: This is a locally owned company, but they do work nationwide. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to compete with big business, the Rave team is the reason this company is a huge success. They really do care about the product and the customer. Kudos.

RAVE fabriCARE is probably the most complete and best cleaner in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. They have been caring for my clothes for so many years I have lost count. I moved to Atlanta for three years and tried every cleaner in the area before finally giving up. I moved back to Scottsdale and everything has been just fine since returning to Rave. In all the years of their services there has never been one minute of dissatisfaction. Everything they do for me is done with the highest degree of perfection that exists. My clothing and bed linens still look new after years of care by Rave.

These guys are awesome I have sent my pillows here twice and each time they go they smell bad and look worse and when they return a couple weeks later they look and smell new and have had more down installed so they are medium firm again not flat and lame. I have used a number of "high-end" dry cleaners throughout the U.S.A. My last "go to" dry cleaners was Brown Cleaners, in Santa Monica, CA. Brown is a very good dry cleaner. However, Brown Cleaners does not hold a candle/cannot compete with the efficacy, quality and service provided by Rave Fabricare. I highly recommend Rave Fabricare for all expensive/high-end garments. In my experience, Rave Fabricare is the best cleaners that I have ever used. They have never disappointed me. They are highly effective, very efficient and have great communication. They are expensive, but worth every penny.

Previously, I used cleaners who were close and convenient, figuring they all used basically the same process. My last service before Rave sent back my dress shirts with yellowish collars. Figuring the shirts were just old and worn out, I planned to throw them out but decided to try Rave. Rave is incredible. I wear my shirts now for 3, sometime 4 days and they always come back Perfect. Visit them and have the owner explain his process for cleaning shirts. It is different. I"m careful with money, shop deals and drive an old Honda. But looking professional is part of my career, and I wear Canali suits with nice shirts and ties every day. My clothes will last much longer now that I use Rave. Pricey but absolutely worth it.
