I love the email notifications and that the accept Apple Pay. I also like how I am not charged for buttons and minor stuff. Staff is friendly and courteous. I drive farther to use Lapels.

They do a really good job! The staff is always friendly and caring. They have never melted a button, left a stain, or lost an item. My garments have always been ready on time and to the standard I expect. They give great attention to detail and are worth every penny.

Place switched owners and has went down hill fast. Never picked up the clothes on the route and so I figured they forgot. No big deal. Dropped two shirts and a pair of pants off on a Tuesday. Delivery comes on Thursday and no shirts. Just pants. I call them and the lady that answers the phone is overwhelmed. I said no problem I can call back. So I call back 20 minutes later per her request and she is unprofessional, doesn't know how to help me, says owners in the hospital and everyone is basically not capable of helping. Says she'll write the description down of my shirts on her hand and make some calls. Then hangs up on me. Terrible in every single way. Not to mention they are expensive shirts. Fast forward two weeks one shirt was found and delivered to the wrong person and they returned it. Other shirt is still MIA. The right hand doesn’t know the left. They are probably too busy writing customer complaints on them.

Update: GM reached out to me asking to bring my suit which I did. This time they were beyond reproach and handled everything perfectly. I've already left more items for them to tailor and will continue to do so. I am very pleased with their attentiveness and efforts towards customer satisfaction. Dropped a suit off for tailoring. Explained multiple times EXACTLY what I wanted. And when I needed it by. When I picked it up it was dry cleaned and not tailored at all. I was planning to wear it to a specific event and now will not be able to due their inability to listen attentively to the customer. Great location and great hours. It's a tragedy they can't actually get the job done.

Have used Lapels for a few years and have never had an issue with them. The clothes/items are always done in a timely manner and they look good. I like that they have a delivery service, just wish I could take advantage of it!

Very poor cleaner both dry cleaning and laundry. They are also high priced. Shirts were returned with unpressed sleeves, some creases crumpled and mashed. French cuffs (extra cost) pressed so that cuff link holes are 1/2 inch off. Suits returned with white stains from cleaning substances at cleaner and jacket backs and sleeves unpressed. The wear wrinkles were still there. One pant pressed so hard and hot that fabric is shined and the impression of the interior of the pant fabric folds is visible on the surface. Beware. I have some clothes that are ruined.
