Been going here for a couple of weeks best laundromat in this area for sure. Prices are standard as far as the matsu valley goes. Facilities are clean and functioning. Driers arent as hot as they could be so spend more then you think. Staff is quite and when they talk they are curt.

Fantastic laundromat! Washed and dry 4 loads for 12.50. Great customer service. The woman was working non stop helping people and cleaning showers. They sell soap and bathing supplies. They offer showers and a dump station.

Extremely expensive. You do not get what you pay for .25 cents for 3 minutes. Clothes did not dry after 30 plus minutes. $2.50 plus. I got tired of feeding it quarters for nothing. $3.25 a load for washing. Until now at previous locations $2.00 a load for wash and .25 for 10 min dry was normal. They need competition. Will not go back.

Very clean place and friendly staff. Have used the showers as well and are very clean. Definitely recommend this place if you need a good laundry mat and a hot shower!

ANTI-HANDICAPPED!!! They charged me double for my wife to shower because she's handicapped and takes longer then most people and then they rushed us out because it was taking longer then the 50 minutes I paid for. There wasn't even anybody waiting.

First time here EVER and their machine ripps me off for 50cents. I tell the korean or close decent that the machine stole 50cents. She counts the change in it and says its only Off by 25cents. I retold her what happened and shes like well its only off by 25cents. Im like i dont care as long as long as its used for the dryer she repeats herself im like u know what not thatbig of a deal ill take my 25cents thanks. Why would someone lie about 50cents stupid. I WILL NOT COME BACK EVER IWILL DRIVE TO PALMER IF I HAVE TO AND IM FROM PITTMAN

A decent laundromat. There are plenty of washers and dryers to suite most needs. There are showers and water available for a price as well. Overall usually fairly clean and not usually super busy. Prices are a bit high, but comparable to the area. There is additional parking in the back of the building making access much easier.

I've been going here for years now both to do laundry and to fill up a handful of water containers every week. The staff there works hard to maintain a clean main area, restroom, and showers. As soon as someone pops out of a shower, they are in there cleaning it. Objectively, I have had a few problems (maybe three times in as many years) that an individual machine wasn't working properly and my clothing came out with an obviously substandard clean, but given the quantity of machines they have to keep in service, you can't expect perfection. All told it is a great place (and it's a whole lot better than going down the road and praying there is a machine open and using a blown-out top-loader from the 80s). Both the staff and owner are energetically taking care of things every time I come, and are helpful without your having to jump through hoops for assistance. We take care of a girl who is profoundly handicapped, and there is almost always a space at a table for her to sit and "read" magazines without being mashed in with other people. Their rear parking needs pothole repair like a decade ago, but again- it's hard to fault them for that when every single lot in town is a mangled nightmare. I just park up front and haul my water buckets through the front entrance instead. Very pleased on the whole.

Cleanest and friendliest laundromat in the Valley by far! They owner was very helpful and sweet. It was my first time here today and she helped show me all the machines and how they each worked and which ones would be best for what I needed. I had a bunch of comforters that needed washing and she saved me time and money. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking for clean efficient machines to do their laundry.

Place was clean. They had everything you needed to wash your clothes, even take the stains out of your clothes. Cost as much as anywhere else. They have snacks an they don't mind your kids running around acting a fool!!! All of their washer an dryers worked. There was no wait. It's right next to Carr's an McDonald's is across the street. So there's more than enough to do while your clothes get done. Thank you for your hospitality!

Had a great experience here today! Super clean, very friendly environment, and very affordable! Staff member was super helpful and kind! Shower was HOT and ready with a fresh towel! Looking forward to giving them my business in the future since I JUST moved to Wasilla! Best laundromat I've ever been to hands down! Give them a try I know you'll love it!

This is a basic laundromat. Nothing super fantastic but good washers and dryers and plenty of them. They also will sell you just one or two ride pods and laundry dryer sheets. Nice enough for what it is.

I will never go back beware don't do laundry there I got ripped off 10.00 I put the money in washing machine and it didn't start so I told the lady there she said she has to call her boss I said ok she came back said she can't refund the money because she's never had any problems with that washer but you look around the place and theres out order sign on other washer dryers the owner is making money off of people by having faulty machines and not willing to fix them. I was going there atleast once a week or every 2 weeks I will find another place to go

I'm not fond of laundromats at all but this was quite a pleasant experience, the manager was very helpful and showed me how to use the pre-drying machine. Washing cost $7.50 (large machine) pre-drying was $1.50 and drying .25 for 2 minutes in largest dryer. No Wi-Fi and their parking lot is quite small but there were plenty of available machines around 2-3 on a Tuesday.

I was there to have a shower. 5.5 dolars each person, 20 minutes in total (prepare your staff, undress, having the shower and dress and collect your things again). The owner knocked on the door when I think that time had not passed yet. She wasn't nice at all. I don't recommend this place, expensive and not good manners.

In order to do my laundry here again. I will have to take out a small business loan, sell one of my kidneys and refinance my house and car. After being here for 45 mins. I began going over my sins in life. One by one until my small fortune ran out and i had clean clothes for another few days. The helpful and attentive staff watched eerily as i did my laundry...On the brightside theres a DQ in walking distance. I suggest you eat your food at home. or the helpful and attentive staff will watch you eat your food

This place is kind of clean, the customer service was cool and I lost something and she gave it back.And we came here to test it out and it went great all though we have a nice washing machine .If your close to it you should try it out and if you are reading this thanks for taking your time to read this.

Clean and many washers and dryers. The washers don't wring the clothes which you then spend more money ($1.25 per load)in the external spin dryer if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg drying them. Dryers are 25 cents for 3 minutes. Single load washer $3.50. Staff very friendly.

Roomy and fairly clean, lots of machines and not crowded. Wash $3.50 for new front load washers, 25 cents for 3 minutes drying did seem high but worked well.
