Hi! So I liked this place because it was clean, which is great! Unfortunately, the prices are kind of ridiculous. I get the $3.50 for a wash, it was on 24 minutes which I thought was definitely not much for a wash, but it was quick at least. The dryer's though, major rip off. On google reviews, under questions, the owner is seen saying the standard dryers are .25 for 3 minutes. That's a lie. It's .25 for 1 minute, which doesn't actually do any drying at all, no hot air released, so it's 25 cents to basically turn on the dryer. And then, it's .25 for 2 minutes. I went from 1, to 3, to 5, etc. I spent 7 dollars to wash two standard loads, then spent 6 bucks trying to get them dry. It was only half dry after spending 13 dollars here. I left and took my laundry elsewhere. So, if money is not a worry for you, come here! It's clean. Way too expensive though. I got the feeling that the owner was honest and good from some of the these reviews, but after the lie on google questions and just the poor price rip off for the only laundry mat on this side of town, I don't trust it. Thanks though!

Clean showers! A bit expensive on the laundry side, but that's Juneau for ya. This is the place to go for a hot shower and clean laundry.

NEVER AGAIN!! If you want to spend all your money come on over. But I would advise against it. I don’t even know where to start!!! I get that we are using water and energy to wash the clothes so I can see spending $3.50 per load but come on already?!? .25 a minute to dry your clothes and then the dryers don’t work well enough to dry them!!! Why rip the customers off? It’s already a pain in the butt having to bundle everything and drive across town to do your laundry. Get real!! How about .25 per 5 minutes? You still get paid and the customers get what they need also. So please let me clarify. The place is clean. I’ve been told it’s prices are comparable with the cost of living of the area. The cost of each load is $3.50 to wash and drying is .25 for the first minute a .25 for each additional two minutes. I guess if your willing to pay approximately $5 per load of laundry, it’s worth it. Unfortunately, I won’t be back but maybe you’ll have a better experience than me.

Brightly lit and clean. A little far for Douglas but it's better than the one downtown. Prices are super high though... came here because our washer broke and it cost us over $20 to do a weeks worth of laundry.
