Ringstad brought life back to my light colored 14 year old carpet. Before I called them I was thinking it would need to be replaced. Alex and Alan were right on time, gave me a price before they started, and did a stellar job. Even though they did a large entryway carpet, a garage carpet Runner, and an area rug in addition to the main room, they were done in about 40 minutes and it looks fabulous

We highly recommend Ringstad “Disaster Masters” Carpet Cleaners! 5 stars plus ! The two young men did a great job, professional and courteous. Last year, we needed carpet cleaning and Ringstad’s were booked and we had to go elsewhere. Never again will we make that mistake as that experience was a nightmare. Dont look any further - just call Ringstad!! The woman on the phone was very helpful with a quote and willing to answer all my questions, easy to schedule and the guys were very nice and efficient. Seriously, I had an appointment at 2pm on 07/15/2019 I waited for a whole hour for someone to get here. I have a baby and It was so inconvenient for me to wait inside my empty ready to move out apartment waiting. My husband called and they said to wait 20 minutes, seriously? The man finally gets here and literally walks in the apartment like nothing I have no idea how he unlocked the door literally just walked in my apartment without introducing himself or anything of course I’m going to be scared me being inside alone with my baby I literally just looked at him like “okay?” And still didn’t bother to introduce or at least say I’m the carpet guy something nothing just looked back at me like if I’m crazy. Then he literally just said “ I’m going to measure the apartment “ I said “okay, I’ll be in my car “ of course I’m not staying inside alone with my baby and a stranger . Then he comes to me giving me the estimate and that’s fine no problem with us we’ll pay it but then he proceeds to say we have to pay it before he starts the job because we might leave without paying; SERIOUSLY?! I honestly felt very offended. Whatever, he texted his boss Sue and started the job immediately after that. But what really bothered me is that the reason why he was late was because his boss Sue forgot about our appointment at 2pm and she had to ask him to come do it because it wasn’t even his job since he was training or on demo or something like that, that seriously threw me off. So unprofessional and I don’t blame him he was very kind aside from everything else. We tried calling and apparently the hours on their website are false which is false advertisement (we called at about 3pm)their voicemail says one thing and the website another. I just wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I will make sure I post this review in every website possible to make sure potential customers look elsewhere and save their time and all the trouble.

Ringstad DisasterMasters came to my rescue when i stepped down into my basement and got wet feet. I called my insurance company , got their referrals , called Ringstad and was scheduled. Ringstad staff were professional and courteous, but assuring as this incident was a shocker. They promptly scheduled an assessment by Owner Phil Ringstad. His experience and knowledge made this disaster a 'wee bit' easier to deal with. Thank you Ringstad for your prompt service!!

Made an appointment a few months in advance to have my carpets shampooed. They called and reminded me about the appt. they showed up exactly on time. The two gentlemen were polite and courteous. I would highly recommend using ringstad for carpet shampooing. Our carpet looks amazing! Definitely will use them over and over again!!

Not only were they fast getting to the job, they were meticulous in getting every bit of wet carpet, hardwood flooring, and drywall out of my condo.
