The drop off laundry service is awesome! Good prices! Best laundry service around by far! Exceptionally clean! Great customer service! Jennifer is amazing! She goes above and beyond her customer service to accommodate everyone! Showers provided as well as 24 hour laundry facility! Vending machines stocked with great snacks, beverages, laundry soap and dryer sheets provided for all! I highly recommend this place for everyone from Fairbanks to North Pole and beyond!

It's very expensive even for a laundry mat. My clothes smelled horrible after they came out of the dryer. I even used every good smelly thing money can buy washer/drying them. The dryer tore up shirts and super shrunk clothes! Management is just a number on the wall that no one answers.

Clean enough but the customer service was terrible. I asked for the correct number of tokens I needed and they couldn’t do it for whatever reason then send you to a machine that gives you either more tokens than you need or gives you tokens and quarters and you have to hope you have enough bills to work that equation out. I guess they are helping us use our algebra skills. I just want to clean my laundry.

I can describe this place in three words. Out of order. There's only a few dryers that work. I've been coming here for 4 months and they dont fix any of them. When they break they just put an out of order sign on it and call it good. The only reason they're getting 3 stars is because they're 24/7 and the best option in the area.

This place is terrible . Almost Half the machines are broken. When a machine breaks it stays that for weeks sometimes months . The machines flood often. Sometimes the dryers only produce heat for half the cycle then stop heating so you just wasted money. People use a few of the machines at the same time and then just leave their clothes inside the machines for hours .I spend on average 2 hours and there and almost everytime I go some has taken several machines and when I leave they still have not come back. So for a few hours those machines are taken limiting the number of available units . Worst of all though is the prices . I think they intentionally leave the smaller cheaper machines broken for long periods of time to force us to use the more expensive ones . It costs me more than $20 to do 2 loads of laundry. Their one redeeming quality was that they were open 24 hours a day . However now they are no longer open 24 hours and they are closed at least 1 day a week which is Tuesday . I was tempted to give this place a 1 star but gave them a 2 since over the last year they have made efforts towards small improvements. Another reason for low score is the horrible smell. Your clothes come out of that dryer smelling terrible ! I do not know what causes it but even with scented fabric softener does not help! It is bad!

We went here to get a friends Blues dry cleaned and the lady told us they don't do it anymore...but there's a banner on the front of their building saying dry cleaning.

It was clean, no one answered any of the numbers and the machine ate my money, no big deal normally, but at $12.50 a wash! Not ok

Forbes Laundry is by far the nicest laundromat in the Fairbanks/North Pole area! Staff is nice and helpful. Showers are now available again!!! At the counter you can drop off your laundry and they will do it for you! Forbes Laundry is worth the drive from Fairbanks!

It served the purpose to get our clothes clean. I did think the price was a little high. They had several washers and dryers out of order. They had a sign on the door that they have showers available as well. There were signs that you could drop off your laundry and they would wash and fold for you. However, not sure what times that service is available.

Overall a good laundry mat; washing clothes isnt worth the price; but drying clothes is.

Some of their machines don't work but they seem to always have the majority working. Bring quarters or cash, they have a exchange machine there.

I like it is nice and most of the time Quiet .. if you have an issue just simple Shut a message to the number in the website they are pretty good at getting u a refund ..
