$7 machine ate $4 worth of quarters and then stopped accepting. Cannot get coin return. Cannot get refund because there are no employees here (on Saturday at 2pm). Called hotline five different times over the course of an hour. No response. Luckily the tactical store nearby gave me $1 so I can dry my stuff. I will not be coming back to this laundromat. If you do come here, be prepared to have your quarters eaten with no refunds.

I did my laundry there for the first time. I found the place very clean and the woman attendant very helpful. The facility has everything one needs. Snacks..a change machine and even laundry products for sale. thank you for a wonderful environment and great staff.

I am here as I write this, machine stole $4.00 anther reset at 12 minutes into the wash. The bottom dryer under #9 had been urinated in, had to rewash the clothes. I called the number for assistance and the female that FINALLY answered was clearly at a bar or a party and said she wouldn't do anything about it and the owners live in another country so I couldn't do anything about reporting her....Won't be back and would advise everyone else to find somewhere else to do your laundry....

No one is here to help if you have issues. Have to call someone and wait for them to come. Put laundry in a big washer, added detergent, tried to put in coins and machine wouldn’t take them. Lost detergent and had to pay more for use of smaller washers that actually worked. They say you can use a credit card but you can’t. The screen says one price but the machine last say something more. Now there’s a church service on. Before a kids movie. No way to change the channel on 4 TVs. Sad because it could be a great place and competition for Washing Superior just up the road. I’ll be going there after this.

Clean and easy to use...small washers take 2 racks of 1.75...had to call the service number for explanation, but service was prompt and courteous

Owner is friendly and when one of the machines took my coins but wouldn't work she came right away and gave the 3.75$ back and asked if there were any other issues was very helpful with a good attitude.

The outside is a hot mess but who cares right?! The place is clean on the inside, especially for no staff on site the entire 2+ hours I was there! The washers are cheap! Which catches your eye, the dryers also 4 mins for a quarter but bammmmm it hits......your clothes are still wet.....so you put in more quarters.....still wet! Needless to say the dryers suck! Sorry for the harsh words but true! People need to know! Also there is only cold water in the washers! No options for any temps besides cold, ice cold!
