We never get all of our uniforms back. We have uniforms for exemployes hang in the back for months and they still try to charge us. I can never get straight answer out of them. When my contract is up will be finding a new place!

We use them as our uniform provider at our job and they are terrible. You never get the right amount of uniforms back that you send to clean and they ignore broken items such as broken buttons. We have tags for our uniforms if they need repairs and they come back still broken. We have to give our uniforms to our supervisor to get anything done.

Absolutely horrible. They are snakes and rats!! Do not under any circumstance think that signing a contract with them at all is a good idea, at all!!! Stay away at all costs!!! they were not providing my company the service that they promised, I asked for our service to be terminated, and now they're suing for over 10 grand, and they were not holding up to their end of the contract!! The only reason they are a company is because they sue people. Cintas should get no stars !!!!! their whole company is terrible, garments are terrible, customer service is terrible, management is down right awful and will strong arm you any chance they get. Raked over the coals with this company! I wish I could leave no stars.

After repeated requests as well as phone calls where a supervisor was involved, my husband still does not have a uniform jacket that fits. It’s been four months since the first request. FOUR MONTHS. Maybe he will get a uniform jacket that fits when the middle of summer gets here, huh? I wouldn’t recommend Cintas uniform service to even my worst enemy.

We decided to go with Cintas for our cleaning supply needs at my business. Based on the figures they gave us it would save us money and time. For the first 2 months or so it did. But, then began the invoices for products we never received, and now the absolute inability to return any of my managers calls or emails. Rarely in my life have I seen such an absolute lack of professionalism. If I could annotate a deficit amount of stars I would.

Extremely disappointed in this company. Signed what we believed was a one-year contract back in 2015 when we owned two businesses. Don't own the bigger business anymore and they consistently don't deliver anywhere near our whole order every month, so I called and very politely asked to cancel. They called my wife the next day and informed us that we were locked into a contract until 2020 and that they would not only not cancel our contract, but that they would only give us the supplies they thought we lacked each month - NOT the amount we ordered. We have had to go to Sam's and Dollar General numerous times recently to get essential supplies that we've paid Cintas for and they have consistently not delivered. The one business we have left doesn't need anywhere close to the amount of stuff we originally signed up for, but apparently the fact that the main business doesn't exist anymore doesn't matter to Cintas. Horrible customer experience. We are currently examining the legal options available to us regarding cancellation of our contract with this pitiful company. There is no way we are paying $24 a month per hand soap that we don't even get.

These people are in the business of ripping off small business owners. They lock you in to a contract that they mention nothing about with a complete bate and switch deal and when you can not afford to pay them them they take you to court. Literally the worst company I have ever done business with. Use local small business for your needs not this huge company that prays on the little guy.

Customer service wouldn't give the last name of my account representative. They have raised the prices three times over the last year because we won't sign an agreement. Price increases have totaled over 12% for this year. I've also spoken to former employees in the past and they aren't fond of the management practices at Cintas. I would not recommend them as a uniform service provider.

It is a waste of time you will go in five interviews even work a shift to try out and even if they all love you. They will lie and tell you they’re hirinf you then turn around and not hire you after wasting almost two Months of your life. I have a felony conviction in my background for aggravated assault for defending myself against an abusive boyfriend when he was coming after me. The conviction is over ten years old. I told every single person I interviewed with at Cintas about my charges, I was forthcoming and honest. Even the HR woman I interviewed with, Mary baker. Aston Pa. and Brian Farrell the hiring manager told me it is his decision he doesn’t care about my past I am a great worker. Even Mary was on board with hiring me. I told her charges the situation even down to dates and docket number, nothing to hide. She called me congratulations we are moving forward with a drug rest and background check. As long as the background check matches what you told me, you will be starting work very soon. Background check comes back she calls me tells me they can’t move forward, pretends like I need to correct the background check with a dispute. Won’t tell me what the problem is. Call Brian Farrell the hiring manager who’s word also means nothing. No answer. No return call. No nothing. Disputed with background company who had some dates off but the charges right. Bottom line. He and hiring manager lied to me, strung me along, wasted my time and didnt even have the decency to be honest and tell me the truth. Defending yourself from someone who is after you and going to kill you is a horrible thing to experience. Having to do almost seven years away from your child b cause you didn’t want to die makes it worse. Being lied to and strung along by Cintas and then not given a job because of it- distasteful disgraceful and discouraging. Don’t waste your time with these snakes.

GREAT company! My driver that delivers our garments on a weekly basis is great. He makes sure to take care of us. The sales reps, drivers, and service managers are very professional and make sure that we are always happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you want to increase your facility’s and employee’s image!
