Moving my daughter from a public school to VA Academy was the best decision I have ever made. All the staff truly care about the kids. It’s a family oriented school and my daughter loves it! Would recommend this school to anyone. We love Virginia Academy❤️

We love Virginia Academy and are so happy we found it for our children. Much higher academic requirements than public school in a calm and loving atmosphere. The headmaster has a passion for all students to excel academically.

As a child psychologist, I am often in the position of recommending schools to parents, and I have been recommending Virginia Academy for years. If you're looking for a school that strives for excellence in academics, while also placing a strong emphasis on spiritual, moral and social development and athletics, Virginia Academy is worth visiting. The teachers, support staff and leadership are very supportive, and they are always quick to respond to a question or concern. My 6 and 3 year old children are new students there this year, and they love it! They are coming home with great new thoughts, as well as a curiosity to understand and learn about the world. My wife and I are touched by their questions and comments about God and their newly learned social skills -- my son now says "yes sir" and "yes ma'am" to us when we ask him to do something. I know that Virginia Academy is making a real difference in their lives, and we are thankful. I give Virginia Academy my highest recommendation -- as both a parent and a child psychologist. We believe the early years in a child’s education are so important in their overall development and we found that at Virginia Academy ( VAA) Our experience with the Virginia Academy has been amazing. Our two children, son is a 1st grader and daughter in K4, have been enrolled since K2 each. We couldn't be more pleased with the education our children have received and the overall academic and Christian environment, strong focus on character development and social development our children have experienced. The teachers and administration staff are spectacular. We also really appreciate the open communication between teachers and parents. We absolutely recommend this school to any parent looking for high quality Christian educational environment for their children.

My children have been at the Virginia Academy cumulatively for 30 years....After all of these years, I can honestly say that I can't think of much about which we have had to complain. The teachers have been more than caring, the boys have made quality friends, and the three of them do well in school and score well on the standardized tests. I genuinely like the people who run the school and I see how hard they work to make it and each student a success.

I never wanted to leave. Of course I want to graduate but I never wanted to leave the people here.

We transferred into Virginia Academy this school year and absolutely love it! My kids are thriving! My son is in Middle School and is having an exceptional experience academically, socially, and spiritually. The school is well-managed, the teachers are knowledgeable and caring, and the school environment is Christian based with high academic standards. As a mom, former teacher and school administrator, I could not be more pleased with Virginia Academy and I highly recommend it!

Stay away from this place if you want your child to learn, very incompetent staff and teachers makes the body of this school. They tend to use very outdated method to teach and discipline students, I'm glad my son is no longer there.

We had very bad experience with this school. Not all Teachers are efficient and qualified. Bachelors is the only required qualification to teach from elementary to High school in this school. So, the problem is...teachers teach wrong concepts and send home correct work sheets and the parents think that they are teaching right. Just before tests, they will make the kids work on the only topics that they are going to have in their test. If they don't get good grades, it doesn't matter, the kids can rewrite the same test as many times as they can until they get desired grades. This school has no value for education or faith. All they look for is good business and good money for school from kids. It has no better standard than the public schools in Loudoun county. Virginia-Academy Preschool is great!!! But elementary to high school is no where near the best standards of Ashburn Public schools. Parents...beware...If you want your child to learn more and enjoy studying...please send them to the public schools in Ashburn!! They are really good!! Most of the elementary teachers are Masters in Education and Middle school teachers or Phd holders. Believe me, well educated educators can educate kids better and help them reach their goals far far better than the teachers in Virginia-Academy. Parents are wasting their money and their child's precious time of learning by sending the to Virginia Academy where they can save this money for their college education.

My daughter is in K2 and we love it. The love and attention to detail is 1st class. Also the hours are great since my wife and I work. I highly recommend VAA.

I love virginia academy although i do not go to this school anymore(Im in 9th grade). If you are going to enroll your child in this school this is the best decision you can make.I can guarentee they will treat your child with care and they will surely help your child to succeed in the best way possible. The staff is amzing and you will never find a school so dedicated to learning about the journey of god and education. This school is espically good for shy people because the people at this school make you feel so welcome as if they are your real family. I personally always looked forward to coming to school just becase i knew almost everyone here. This school might be considered somewhat expensive to some people but believe me it is worth it .I miss Vaa soooo much its unexplainable really ; (

I go to this school myself, and this is the only school I fit in with. The Teachers ACTUALLY care... the students are amazing, it's a all-around fun and great experience. The teachers are always trying to have fun and help you at the same time. I myself have SEVERAL mental disabilities but this school has taught me to triumph over them and trust in God, our Lord and Savior. This is the ONLY school I feel safe in, and i'm not bullied in, and I excel in grades in. If you want your child to learn the right morals in a christian school (That isn't forceful on religion) that has the worlds best principals (Go Mr. Feathers & Mrs. Feathers!) and your child will actually learn and grow there... then VAA is the school you have been looking for.
