This school is full of a bunch of incompetent staff members. The administration is so poorly tied together that I often found myself spending more time trying to fight the staff to get them to correct their errors than I did actually studying. I do not suggest attending this school unless you absolutely have to.

Came to this school awhile ago to apply for Nursing and was told their was a waiting list of 1-2 years which is understandable. But, the lady just starred at me and wouldn’t give me more information and was being very blunt and rude it seemed from my point of view. Her response to my questions were careless as if she just wanted me to leave. Basically to get to the point I felt like I left more confused then when I first arrived. The whole environment seemed like they didn’t care about their students or people who want to become a student. I decided to attend another school and hoping my experience is far more better then this one.

Associate degree in Engineering Technology(electronic) in 1982. Certificate in Advanced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning about 8 years ago. Without the associate's degree from Trident Technical College, I would not have been considered for the well paying and highly technical jobs during my career. I'm sure the degree helped me get a chance to interview at the paper mill in Charleston 28 years ago from which I recently retired. My advanced certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning was because I wanted to learn about HVAC systems, eventually working in the AC shop at the paper mill. I credit my success at always having a well paying job, with benifits, to my efforts in educating myself at TTC. That gave me the qualifications that industry is looking for plus showed potential employers that I was proactive and would take initiative by doing my part to educate myself beyond high school. I cannot say enough good things about TTC and the helpful people who work there. And a big thank you to those people who helped me over the years.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL!!! Do not by any means try to apply because you will be screwed in every way when it comes to support. Calling about the simplest things will require you to be transferred to every f***king department in the school, only to find that the one person who can give you an answer won't be in for another week or won't answer your voicemail until, apparently, he or she feels like it. This wouldn't be such an issue if it only happened once or twice, but you will experience this just about every time you call, and believe me you will have to call and ask about many things. Their portal and website isn't much help when your looking for the most BASIC information. Don't give them your money!!! Not to mention the textbooks are ridiculously expensive, and their bookstore staff often won't give two sh**s about what you came to do. By the way I am an almost straight A student with a strong work ethic. Just a low tolerance for BS.

THIS IS NOT AN AUTISM FRIENDLY SCHOOL. IF YOU HAVE AUTISM THEN AVOID THIS SCHOOL LIKE THE PLAGUE. DO NOT BUY INTO THE LIVE 5 NEWS STORY ABOUT HOW THEY WENT UP AND BEYOND FOR AN AUTISTIC STUDENT AS THEY TREATED ME, AN ADULT WITH AUTISM LIKE GARBAGE.

Their staff (excluding professors) is rude! Mainly financial aid. When I’ve called financial aid I have been made to feel like I’m bothering them. I’ve gotten 3 or 4 different answers for the same question I’ve had for financial aid, they’re very unorganized, oh and not to mention the fact that while I may have messed up there in the past, I had to retake a lot of classes, finally get my GPA back up and thinking I’m all good to go only to be told I don’t qualify for financial aid anymore and have to pay for 20 classes out of pocket! I’m just a stay at home mom trying to do the best thing for me and my daughter. I literally can not afford to pay for 20 classes out of pocket. And no way in the world to appeal it unless I have documentation of a crazy circumstance that happened. I hate this school and would never recommend it to anyone wanting to be successful in life. When you start to get on the right track they pull the rug right out from under your feet.

Absolutely terrible, the teachers could care less. I'm not even a month in and I already know its going to be awful! I have yet to receive any type of scheduel. I don't get replies from teachers even face to face sometimes. And worst of all they lie about the courses they offer. But wait that's not all, their online option is beyond terrible, the teachers do NOT upload assignments and when they finally do, it's all out of order and doesn't have every test you need. In conclusion I won't be going here again, and would recommend mooving before attending trident!

The teachers here are all outstanding and they make you feel like they want you to succeed. I have taken College Algebra, Biology and Spanish in the classroom and the instructors were all topnotch. There is also additional help available to students in the free math lab and writing centers as well as Spanish tutoring. The online classes are not that confusing but you do need to pay attention because sometimes you are required to take classes through third-party online textbooks via the access codes. The only problems I had were with transferring credits to the school and getting contradictory information from the financial aid office on one occasion. I do wish the school did a better job with advising students but I understand the logistics issues. Everyone at the hub is friendly and helpful! Use them they are a great resource. To all the people that left negative reviews, I would say "you get out what you put in". This is college and you get treated like an adult.

Cost my child her scholarship due to incompetent staff told her every thing was great until they Kicked her out of all her classes. Four visits 12 hours gone all smiles. Cost my family thousands of dollars over one form.

Your experience depends on your drive in order to graduate or transfer. The price is something to truly take advantage of, get the classes done and out the way. It has saved me and my family a lot of money. I finished my requirements in 1.5 years and I have transferred to Coastal Carolina University for the fall of 2016. You have to put your put in the door here, TTC is your opportunity to make a change for yourself. If you truly want it bad, you will learn to appreciate every experience (good & bad) from this institution.

What's the point in having phones if you never answer them. The main campus financial office has never answered or returned my calls or emails. The professors are nice. The rest of the staff is pathetic and lazy. The whole point of staff is to help the students and they are never available or don't want to help you.

I went to TTC for Medical Assisting 5 years ago, but decided to return recently to focus on Nursing. I had a much better experience 5 years ago. My advisor was unhelpful as was my instructor. Each time I needed help I was told to "Just Google it" or "Find a tutor but at this point it's probably too late" (This was after the 2nd "hurricane" and in the 7wk compressed classes) After 2 "hurricanes" this season and evacuations I had to withdraw from my classes because I hadn't had the time to learn the material due to the chaos. Now I am stuck with a large bill (Around $600) that I don't feel like I should have to pay. The Navigate system to enroll in classes is terrible. Not easy to use at all. I've been trying to communicate with my advisor since early October to register for a 14wk class rather than the 7wk. Found out TODAY that I can't be enrolled in the class because I owe a balance. I don't feel compelled to pay it in the least.

Fallon Zoey

I enjoy attending this school. Every teacher I've had except one has been laid back and easy to get along with. The financial aid department is also very helpful with getting you aid to pay for school.

Mae Da Zoee

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This school is completely unprofessional and full of BS. If you want to attend this college just for the purpose of transferring, DON'T. They'll instruct you that its okay to send off your transcript but they'll send it off incomplete and then tell you, you have to pay them again just to have the right one sent off. In my time here as a dual enrollment student, the only nice thing I have to say is their teachers (A very select few) and the trio advisor were immaculate. Otherwise DO NOT ATTEND. Go to ECPI, miller monte or something. Anywhere but here

magdoli miller

Mr. Morgan is the best person in the whole institute, he is very helpful, it give you all the information you need, it register you for any class you need. With him everything is possible in that college. The personnel at the register office and the counselor that suppose to help, both have being a nightmare for me. I give five stars to Mr. Morgan the whole personnel should learn from him.

TNE LoVE

If you are black do not attend this school they will try their hardest to fail you going to the dean may take months for him to respond and do not take theater online because Stephen curriculum is all over the damn place and very hard to understand with test and quizzes given for 10min for 10 question over a 2 hour lecture in slides that most of you will not be able to play or clearly hear when you review the damn slides ... these teachers need to be re-evaluated

Most of the people complaining are the same ones who blame people and administration for problems that they could've avoided themselves. I moved from California straight to Charleston, and got into my classes right away. The staff is friendly, I never had a problem with the VA assistance, due to me doing stuff ahead of time instead of last minute, and the teachers are amazing. I will definitely update on how the process of getting my Associates degree and graduating is. IF YOU WANT SUCCESS ANYWHERE, TAKE THE INITIATIVE, and don't heavily depend on people to get where you want. If you want success in Trident, know what you want and what you are looking for, do your financial stuff ahead of time, TALK to your advisers because they are there for YOU! Advisers are the key to your success, they will answer any question you have about your classes and your schedule. There are also free tutors. TAKE ADVANTAGE!

Personal Enrichment Classes are unorganized and there is no communications. For the 2nd time this year I have shown up to a class that has been canceled and the students have not been notified. The teacher seems to know because they do not show up but not the students who paid. Add to the confusion that no one on campus seems to know what is going on. Trying to find a staff person who even knows there is a class or the location is a colossal waste of time. The Continuing Ed program will tell you which campus but there is no notification of which building or which classroom. This isn't too much of a problem with the Mt. Pleasant site because it is small but the main campus is large and whereas most of the classes are held in only 2 buildings - one of them is massive with a maze of hallways. So if you choose to take a class - go early so you can find the class because there aren't any signs/directions at the entrance doors and hope the class is being held at all. Perhaps the lack of communication is a reason for low attendance because I will not waste my time on this again and will not recommend Trident for personal ed which is a shame - Education is a way of keeping the brain active and a person young-at-heart.

If your trying to take upper level physical sciences to prepare for graduate school admissions tests, such as MCAT, PCAT, etc - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to take the courses. I would extend that recommendation to anyone trying to take prerequisite classes to enter the medical field. The express format is the only way to take these courses now and it is not conducive to success in the course. The express format is entirely too fast paced for challenging physical sciences (Organic Chemistry, Physics, etc). Instructors fly through the material and skip over valuable subject matter for standardized tests.. Taking one physical science course means lab 2 days a week, taking two physical sciences means lab 4 days a week, thats on top of mastering lecture material for tests. If your going for competitive marks ( as all respectful graduate programs require), working will be out of the question.

Brandi Scheibenzuber

The office staff is terrible. From the multiple times we have been there to talk to someone about our accounts every person we have talked to has been rude. The front desk staff won't look at you when you're talking, one of them was even drawing on a piece of paper while I was talking!! They have no clue how to help you with most things and just give you a number to call. If I wanted to call a number I would've looked one up online. Not to mention, when you do call you get transferred to every department because no one knows the answer to help you. Sometimes it takes weeks just to get an answer on your account! My fiancé now has a huge balance on his account which all could have been avoided if someone returned his call. He tried going to the office and like I said before they gave him a phone number to call. They obviously aren't very experienced and have no clue what they are doing. So far the classes I have taken have been decent! Most of the instructors are nice and will work with you on things if needed. My advisor is great too! It's just awful that whenever we need help with financial aid or questions on our accounts we deal with unpleasant staff.

Andrew Horner

This college is always screwing something up. You leave messages for financial aid and no one ever calls back. You call for an appeal process and the person doesn't give you the right information and then after you get to the right person, they don't contact you months later. I fully believe the faculty and staff certainly attended this college and reflect the 10% graduate rate.

JR Hanks

The 13% graduation rate tells it all. Overall Trident Technical College is very poorly administered. There appears to be a plethora of ethnic and gender inefficiencies in the name of diversity which causes students considerable difficulty in getting registered for classes; getting financial aid; getting tutoring; getting proper assessment; and coordinating classes. This results in many unnecessary trips to the college, since getting help on the telephone or online is virtually impossible. Also, students are often given erroneous information which can delay both their matriculation and graduation. The drop out rate is frenetic and it almost appears some teachers are intent on failing students to lighten their workload. By example. certain activities in one Trident Technical College class involved: Invasion of student privacy; Exposure to health and sanitation problems by forcing students to touch other students without washing their hands or using hand sterilizer; De facto sexual abuse by forcing students to touch other students in the dark; Exposing students to pornographic material and sexual innuendo; And promoting sexist remarks by students. It is little wonder students in this class rarely make above a C grade if they even bother to finish the course. They are far too distracted. And It is very difficult to see how these activities relate to the curriculum, and some students find them disgusting, sexist, and demeaning. In another class the teacher constantly instructed students to "Goggle it" in response to student questions and wound up with only one student in the class. It also appears many student sign up for classes just to get grants and student loans which the may never pay back. These students are often disruptive and make study harder for serious ones. Trident Technical College can and should do better. Some will say the student participate voluntarily, but this is not always the case. Any psychologist understand the desire to please an authority figure and fear of receiving a failing grade is in play. Plus the obvious fact that administrators do not put their email address on the school web site and there is apparently no state agency a student can contact that will investigate such matters without revealing the students identity. Certainly there are some good teachers and courses at Trident. But it would be interesting if students were encouraged to rate their teachers, classes, and the College in toto, with the information made available to students (and their parents) before they consider enrollment.

Courtney Dean

Nobody answers the phone, absolutely no information is given to students. If you need an answer to one question you have to physically drive all the way to campus because the phone is never answered.

Sam Dav

They are a trainwreck. Half of the emails and phone numbers on their websites won't respond to you or have broken directories. The few people that you manage to get a hold of are so lacking in basic knowledge about financial aid, GI Bill coverage, and proram start dates that you will be transferred to another department (who just won't respond at all) instead of getting any questions answered. Its disappointing because this is one of the few schools in the area that offers technical training. EDIT: You won't have a better experience as a student either. Their bizarre program for accepting transfer credits means there's a very good chance that you'll lose a large portion of what you've earned.

Chris Huie

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Apparently I owe the VA 3000$ because I took a class one semester that didn't agree with my major that no one ever bothered to alert me! I ended up withdrawing due to personal reasons on the date acceptable to withdraw, after attempting to retake the class the next semester it was only then that someone denied my certification for the class due to the after mentioned reason. But I'm sure the people whose job it was in the first place to catch that issue will tell me it was my responsibility

James Miller

Very unorganized school administration , always misplacing documents . Some teachers are great and some should not be teaching at all. Be care of the financial aid department as well!

R Jacob

Your experience really depends on the instructor. I had some great experiences in there science courses, but for the most part this school is staffed by incompetent administrator and misinformed professors. I couldn't take it any more after my technical writing instructor consistently showed up to class inebriated if he showed up at all. I'm not even sure if we had enough class hours to meet the credit requirement. When he failed to show up for the final few weeks of class, after assigning a massive group project, I attempted to talk to the English department about my concerns, and they brushed me off. Don't waste your money on this place if you're seeking a 2 or 4 degree.

I hate this school with all my heart. Worst admission office workers, very confusing system, didn’t like my professors.

I received my associates degree from Trident this past summer. I decided to take some extra classes after I was done in order to have more transferable credits. I did not realize that these classes would not be covered by financial aid because they were outside of my curriculum, but that was my fault. What came afterwards was not. I was told by an employee of the financial aid office that I could make monthly payments of $100 until my balance was paid off. After two months of making these payments, a letter came in the mail stating that I had 30 days to pay the entirety of my bill (around $500) or my debt would be sent to collections. When I spoke to someone at the financial aid office, they told me there was nothing they could do to separate my account from other accounts going to collections and offered no apology or explanation. So beware: the financial aid office will lie to you when it suits them and then threaten you with collections after they go back on their word. I have heard rumors from multiple people about financial aid scamming and other shady behavior at Trident Technical College. I believe now that they are taking advantage of students in vulnerable financial situations. If you are thinking about attending TTC, this review and the countless other 1-star reviews should make you think twice.

Joe Oberle

I’d avoid going to this school if you can. The administration is very sloppy and if you take any online classes you’ll be learning how to navigate multiple third party sites. I spend the majority of my time doing busy work and not studying. The teacher are nice and usually helpful.

After the financial crisis in 2009, Didn't really know what was next. Had to start over. Older student, over 40, and I wanted to go back to school for something. Didn't know what, but Boeing just opened... the Aircraft Assembly instructor, Tom Kamenicky, took the time over the phone to explain to me about the program. He was patient and explained things in simple terms. My school started in 2011, then Ready SC was able to offer us a contract to direct hire w/Boeing in Oct 2011. From there, I finished the 1 year certificate program, then on to 2 years, A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) school in Moncks Corner, (now, 2018, presently, a new, building built on main campus for the program). Worked as an assembler and structures mechanic, worked my way as a QA (Quality Assurance), left Boeing in 2017, and started contracting in aviation.... 6 figures later... Yes! thank you TTC for the opportunity to turn a 2 year degree to a lucrative career...and by the way, that's me in the bow tie - TTC graduation google maps photo ----- JT

If you have a full time job and strive to further your education after business hours like myself, this college is NOT the answer for you. They have eliminated some night programs with no warning to students.... But hey, if you work nights, or not at all then enjoy the loads of course offerings in the middle of the day...

Chelsea Celebi

As an adult needing a flexible schedule for a full time job and student status, this was a great choice! The classes are 7 weeks long, allowing you to knock out your core classes with ease. The teachers treat you like adults and not 18 year olds which was refreshing, the testing centers are amazing if you miss a test due to an emergency, and the curriculum is straight to the point. I wish they offered my 4 year degree, I would have stayed all the way through instead of stopping at my Associates.

I have had a few great teachers and a few not so good teachers at all. I do not like that the college will not employ the good teachers full time and keep the crappy ones. I find it very difficult to do my online courses because D2L is ALWAYS down and sometimes the entire college website is down making it difficult to complete assignments on time resulting in issues with grades. I find it very difficult to get in touch with teachers when they do not have an office on campus nor do they even live in the state. I am beginning to wonder if this is the college for me. I think come next semester if the computer issues are not resolved, I will need to pursue another college. Please get your stuff together Trident!!!!

I have had some really great experiences here with faculty and staff. The instructors have been some amazing people I've hated to leave. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help and are very understanding and accommodating. The school has many resources to students such as the math lab and different tutoring options, class flexible schedules, financial help and just so much. I've had a pleasant experience as a current student. Yes, I've had a few less then good experiences but nothing memorable to bad mouth a whole establishment. Great place, give it a real chance!

William Denman

Felt like i had learned some useful things from this school.

Justin Geisler

The ONLY reason why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because a good many of the teachers here are AWESOME.... However, they force you to take the majority of your classes in 7-week terms. This may sound nice if you dont work and only do school work, but its an absolute nightmare for those of us that have to work outside of school. I came from a full-term university with a 3.9 GPA having never failed a class and only gotten ONE C while working full-time. Since enrolling in this school, I have FAILED 3 classes and gotten C's in two more. I've completed roughly 60 crhr here, and I've finally moved on, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this school to somebody that is doing anything other than school.

Trident is an absolutely awful school, that I do not recommend for anyone. It is beyond difficult to know what you need to be doing and what classes you should be taking when your academic advisor, or in my case, 5 advisors in 2 years, advises you wrong and wastes a lot of your time. You have to ask other students and find out for yourself which classes to take next, not even sure why they assign advisors. I constantly have to fight with them about my grades and the fact that their records do not synchronize with the business office blows my mind! The majority of the professors are absolutely horrible! I found very very few good ones that actually wanted to teach you the material in a way you would actually retain it, and I did. Otherwise, I had professors that referred you to youtube videos or the book, not caring if you learn the material or not, they just want paid. Students would not learn anything from the course, a core course, yet have an undeserved phenomenal grade. On the other end of the spectrum, you have professors that should absolutely NOT be teaching and I am not sure where Trident found them or how they passed a background check, I've found many professors had a substance abuse past and lost their medical license. Some just do not care if you learn the material and will not nor care to help you when you are struggling. Others, are some of the most disrespectful people I have come across. The way they treated students I am sure is illegal and would not stand in lower level schooling, which did not make the classroom conducive to learning. Overall, I have had an awful experience at this school. Just about EVERY single department is atrocious. Also, the seven week course classes for science classes is beyond ridiculous! You cannot possibly retain the information you need to over a long period of time, so you do not end up learning anything, and the amount of studying required for science because of the seven week schedule is beyond ludicrous to expect students to have that much time to devote. It is a community college, meaning most of the students there are full time parents with full time jobs while trying to take a full course load, and it seems realistic to expect them to spend six hours a day studying for one class alone; that is preposterous. Disclaimer: I have a 3.0. I am not some disgruntled student that failed out of the school due to a lack of commitment and motivation. I have had to fight my way through this school every step of the way since day one and keep record of EVERYTHING to prove myself. Anyone who says this is a "free" school is full of crap, it is not free by any means, and I wish High School teachers would stop teaching students it is free.

By far the worst nursing school ever. Teachers aren't willing to help and want you to fail, not to mention that the wait list to get into the school takes so long you mine as well go to a 4 year college. Only attend if you like to waste money and time. Go to Ecpi!!!

Robert Robinson

Excellent teachers that work under contract but still offers great skill and experience....they need to hire the teachers so they can have Benefits...

Ani Paulson

Maybe it is not a reputable school like Cofc but it is a very good school. Most professors are carrying and will do their best to help you succeed. I got my AA degree here and transfered to Cofc (going to get my bachelors degree soon). Generally speaking, TTC has way better professors and especially tutors (I was shocked to discover that). P.S I would highly recommend students to check the Professor's rating on "rate my professor" website before signing up for a class.

TECH IS A JOKE. THEY FAIL YOU WITH PASSING GRADES. EVERYTHING IS A PLOY TO JUST GET YOU TO SPEND MORE MONEY. IV APPEALED AT LEAST 3 DIFFERENT GRADES FROM 3 DIFFERENT CLASSES, THEY DONT CARE. THEY GOT THEIR MONEY SO YOU DONT MATTER. YOU'RE BETTER OFF TO PAY THE 20-30K TO GO TO CHARLESTON SOUTHERN OR COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON.

Keil Cronauer

Teachers are great at this school. But the Admissions and Registrations Offices are horrible. Everyone I talked to was rude and talked down to you. As a Veteran their VA Department was unorganized to say the least with messing up my certification paper work many times. Horrible Experience.

Cassandra Andresky

The staff has not been very polite. They seem like they don’t care or have the time to talk to incoming students. They are very vague when you do speak with them. Often you won’t be able to reach someone or you’ll be hung up on.

Put my kids in one of the summer cooking camps and they loved it. Teachers were friendly and my kids had a fun experience and learned a lot about handling food/ cooking. Will definitely be signing them up for more camps next summer.

I can really say much positive about this college Let's start with the fact, they scam you in programs that are set up for faliure. They place you in the program and then they give you a schedule with 5 or 6 classes per semester without warning you are stocked A schedule was requested prior to start up but was never giving and mistakenly I sign up, and like probably most of us just try to committing and failure was imminent since I worked and attend school like probably the average students. I instantly requested to have another option since I new This was not going to work, just to many classes for me.... and of course it was denied and pretty much was told to me that it was the requirement of schedule and that there was nothing I could do!!! ( rudely) Thru all this I believed that I had nothing to lose and continued for about 6 weeks, what a waist of my time. Classes are a joke no teaching at all, I would get the teacher to show up and put us to read, no interaction engagement neather guidance it was like if I was online reading alone, and when I had questions all they did was brush me off till the end of class and there it was... several other students in the same situation!!! Confused ( this is not teaching, I can read books alone) End up making the best decision to cancel the course since nothing changed during the attended weeks. Formal complaint was made and It felt like " cry me a river " Now I am stucked with a bill which is another dilemma I am not in school and no degree so I settle for the next job available which does not provide a comfort income and they are sending me to collections because they want the money in full, with no arrangement for paymemts at all I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRIDENT FRAUD AND FAILURE INSTITUTION IF THIS PLACE DID NOT HAD BOEING AS A TRAINNING FACILITY IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED LONG TIME A GO Do not waist your time and money

This college has so many opportunities, but only if you are willing to go all the way. Instructors are ready and willing to help you and if you show the effort that is instilled in you, they still go the extra mile to help you with your goal(s). Its up to you to do the work. Our MAP, Media Arts Productions, program is amazing. Come in, check it out, register, and get busy..... Yes, we do have some problems at this college, but that's with every college. Stop critici(z)ing and do the work. You can't go around in life blaming everything and everyone else for your laziness. The

Trident Technical College is the Best college I have attended. I have completed my A.A degree there, you guys are very fortunate to have competent and caring professors like Mrs. Edward, Dr. West, Mrs La Shaq just to name a few. I now relocate to Georgia and enroll at Georgia State University in B.S in Education (Special Education). Everyday I wish Trident convert to a four year college, because I'll be the first to enroll. I LOVE this school.

Worst academic place ever. They don't give 2 craps about you. They only care about your money. I picked a different University afterwards. They helped me enroll into classes within a week. The new university I picked, even awarded me with a scholarship so my tuition is fully covered. Trident just transfers you around on the phone. They don't know what they are doing. They didn't do jack to help me find scholarships. Very unorganized institution.

Jamie Sue

I'd love to sign up for classes however the websites gives minimum information on the course I'm interested in. I've left several voicemails for the Berkeley County cosmetology program, been hung up on, talked down to, sent an application and still have not gotten any clarification or able to speak to anyone with any knowledge of what is required for me to begin. Good thing there are several other options in Charleston.

Hope Mannon

If you are a part of a military family like me and cannot attend in person the whole time THIS IS NOT THE SCHOOL FOR YOU. No one ever picks up the phone, it takes at least a week for them to call you back, and they never have answers. The teachers have been pretty good in my opinion, but the school's organizational system completely overpowers that.

If you are not a resident of SC for more than 2 years DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COME HERE. They will scam your FASFA and falsify your records so it looks like you've been skipping school and keep your financial aid. They prey on people who are out of state transfers. They will also curse you out on the phone and hang up IF you decide to bring up the issue. They will refuse to talk to you about it in person and make every excuse in the book when you mention it. Then have you exit forcefully. They do not take any college credit from any outside school so that you can retake and the scam process can begin. Please AVOID this problem by not going to this scam school.

I called to inquire about the Nursing program and usually when a prospective student request information the staff is knowledgeable about the programs and is able to give you details and answer any questions. I asked if she could give me information on the nursing program and her reply was it's a 2 year program and you have to take the PAX test. I said is that all of the information you can give me? she said I don't know what else you want to know but you can look on our website. RUDE!!!

Although a (very) few of the administration and faculty are eager and willing to help, it's done a huge disservice by how poorly organized their processes can be, and by how completely unwilling to help most of the staff is. I waited in line for 4 hours yesterday to speak to their Financial Aid department only to have the lady essentially run me out of her office after speaking to me like a child. Decent school, TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF.

Extremely rude staff at testing services.

People are friendly there and if you are lost and need help, the staff will gladly help you and won't give you attitude about it. The outside Japanese garden is beautiful and their fountain is amazing. Good place to take a stroll around and get a feel of the nature there.

Rewarding, Inspirational, and blossoming with opportunity.

I’ve been to a few schools due to being military affiliated and I must say this one was the worst. Took 2.5 years (even took summer courses to try to finish sooner) to receive my Ass. In science after having to withdraw and retake several of their 7 week courses. That schedule is ok for your general ed courses but if you’re going to have to take higher courses such as microbiology, trig, chemistry etc. I definitely would NOT choose this school save yourself a lot of time!

I have moved around a bit and therefore have transferred schools a couple times and have had to take classes at several colleges. this is by far the worst college I have ever attended. Every time you talk to a different administrative member you get a different reply. Some are just unwilling to help while others just don't comprehend the simplest questions. Surprisingly the teachers weren't half bad ONCE you got in the class successfully but good luck getting in the right class. it is one big headache. Everyone in the administrative staff acted like they could care less about the students futures. Want to change these awful reviews? Take care of your administrative department.
