The FINEST school that No-One has ever heard about in the Portland metro area - they have a dedicated Music (Choir) Teacher, dedicated Theater Teacher and several other amazing examples of what public schools SHOULD be - if you have seen, or have read anything negative about this school district, then please review the source and do a 'line by line' check with ANY other Portland Metro area school districts - Parkrose is 'By FAR', one of the best Public School Districts in the state of Oregon - an Unappreciated Gem.....

This is the worst elementary school for a decently smart student to attend. Your child will only get mediocre attention at all if they are behind. Constant lock-down policies make children feel like prisoners. This school seems to have the goal of preparing children for lives as petty criminals.

Absolute worst district ever!! The woman working district #3 front office on Prescott is so shamelessly rude & responded with "oh well, That's how it goes" when I addressed my children's safety & well being at their schools. We will be relocating just to avoid these schools in this district.
