We have had kids attending Primrose of SWOKC for over four years and couldn't be happier with our experience. The level of education and love that the Primrose teachers provide is unmatched by anything else we've seen (not to mention the storm room that was there to protect the kids during the Moore tornados!). Much more than an ordinary daycare...if you're looking for an environment where the staff truly cares about the well being, health and educational development of your young kids (and don't mind paying a premium for that level of exceptional care) - Primrose is the place to be!

I love love love this place and so does my son! We have been going to Primrose for almost 2 years and I wouldn't send my son anywhere else. The staff are fantastic. My son has learned so much. Big thumbs up!

We’ve been with Primrose for a little over two years, and we still love it. Admin is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to care for our kiddos, and the teachers have been amazing. The rooms are well kept and all the fun toys and learning tools are sanatized regularly. We’ve got little ones, so sickness is inevitable but the Primrose staff has always taken every precaution to limit spreading anything the kids bring in and immediately notifies the parents of verified illnesses. All in all, we love Primrose South OKC!

Our family has been with Primrose SW OKC Preschool for almost 3 years, and I expect to be there a few more years until both my children are in elementary school. The teachers have loved and adored my children. They have always been so helpful and responsive to my concerns with each stage of my toddlers' development. I am glad to have Primrose SW OKC to help me teach and care for my babies.

Terrible staff and management/ owners. For the outrageous price they require, they should hire better than $8.00/ hour babysitters. Obviously not qualified to do their jobs. You couldn't pay me to take my kid back. * update to response* I spoke with management and the owner on at least 3 occasions about the revolving door of teachers in my kids room and the absurd disciplinary actions that they thought were acceptable. My concerns were completely dismissed and nothing was ever done. I had to pull my kid out of your facility because the babysitters you had in the class were not qualified to handle kids and never had a background in any sort of child care or education. I have also talked to 4 other parents that had to pull their kids out as well because of the same reasons. This was the facility in South OKC on 119th.

It has been exactly one year since my then 18 month old and nearly 4 year old began their Primrose Journey. Our experience has been nothing shy of extraordinary. The transition from home care to an educational program was incredibly challenging for me. The owners at Primrose and the staff treated me with kindness, compassion, respect and understanding during this transition period throughout today. They allowed me to spend extra-time during drop off's so I could see first hand the rich learning and compassionate environment my little ones would be in. All of my questions, worries and concerns were addressed immediately by the director and staff. Each eager to listen and solve any problems. As for the growth each of my children has experienced, this has been astounding. Everyday....and I mean EVERYDAY! I hear a wonderful story from each of my Children's teachers. My little ones are learning so much so quickly. They are not only learning about educational themes and the necessary requirements to succeed in the school system; they are also learning about friendships and how to treat others with respect and kindness. We absolutely love our Primrose Family, and family is exactly how it feels.

We have been taking our daughter to Primerose for almost 4 years. As a baby, we took her to another facility and decided to switch after 10 months. The main consideration was the level of care that is offered here and the staff. We love the school, staff, and curriculum! She has learned so much and has a lot of fun here.

For the first year our son stayed with family and loved it. We were worried when we decided to send him to Primrose (S OKC) that the transition wasn't going to go well. We were wrong. Primrose staff did everything they could to make it easier on our son and us. The daily pictures, updates, and detailed notes went far and above that which we were used to. His social skills and vocabulary improved markably. He loves his friends and teachers. If there is ever an incident (and that's inevitable with a toddler), they are quick to respond and document thoroughly. Primrose School of Southwest Oklahoma City earns five stars everyday!

Both my children have been at the Primrose School of Southwest OKC since they were 4 months old. We have had the best experience with the owners, directors, and teachers. Our expectations have been met above and beyond what we ever could have imagined for a daycare for our son and daughter. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our babies while we are at work!!!!

As a parent you're always cautious about leaving your child with someone else, but I feel like Primrose is just an extension of our family. I appreciate the daily communication (and pictures!) of what my son is learning and doing all day. It's no surprise he loves going there and is learning so much! After a bad experience at another well known daycare in the area, Primrose was a lifesaver. Thanks so much to all the staff for all you do. You have been a blessing to our family.

We LOVE this school!! My girls, 2 and 4, have learned so much while going here. It amazes me everyday what they say and do and it’s largely in part of Primrose! We love all of the staff, from the owners and directors to the food and beverage director, and every single teacher my girls have had from the nursery up through Pre-K. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a quality, loving, caring, teaching/learning environment for their kiddos!

Terrible management, ownership and an even worse turnover rate for "teachers." My daughter was held back with children a year younger, even after two "conferences" with the manager and owner; we decided to place her in public school. My daughter has grown and thrived more in the 8 months she's been in public school than she ever has at Primrose. I would never recommend this "school" for anyone; except for a glorified daycare. My husband and I have paid over $1,000/month for 1 year and 10 months, for uncertified teachers to evaluate our daughter and deem her unfit for the Pre-K program. We enrolled our daughter in a public school Pre-K program in August of 2018, she has not only learned what Primrose said she wasn't capable of; but much, much more. Speaking with other families, they have run into similar issues with this "school." Other than being a glorified daycare, this establishment has little to offer. If you're looking for an expensive daycare, this is place!!

We have been with Primrose since 2013. We have been nothing but pleased with the care provided from this facility. We cannot put a price on our children’s education and we feel Primrose has provided our children with the best education they could have for their age group. Being a teacher myself, I know what will be expected of them when they go to public school. I feel like Primrose has gone above and beyond to prepare them for that. I love their curriculum, class ratios, and the daily communication. It’s so nice each day to see pictures and updates on what they are working on. I love that they have a safe room, their safety procedures, and that they check ID’s when family members pick up my children. I appreciate all the teachers my children have had, the directors, and owners. Whenever we have had any questions or concerns they were quick to respond and always helpful. I wouldn’t want to take my children anywhere else!

Best daycare, preschool, pre-k and Kindergarten in the Oklahoma City area! Great teacher and great owners that sincerely care for your kids! Highly recommend!!!

Love this amazing school! Their kind and caring staff are so great with the kids. My niece and nephew attend here. They are now flourishing in 3rd and 1st grade. Such an excellent foundation they received here. The owners understand the needs of the class as a whole while helping each child develop individually. Highly recommend!!

My son has been at this school since he was 20 months old. It is amazing the difference this school has made in him. He is considerably more advanced then others his own age. He counts and speaks in Spanish and surprises us every day with the things that he knows. He has made lots of friends and we have made many parent friends! The staff is absolutely the best! I have complete confidence in them. They communicate very well and each employee has a passion for what they do and the children in the care. They do unique, engaging and enriching activities with the children every day. The facility is far and away the best in OKC. It is always clean, neat and tidy. The meals there are cooked in house, nutritious and different from the usually "kids food" seen at other child care facilities. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We were so thrilled that our son was able to join Primrose SW OKC in December 2015. We did have a few choices but we ultimately decided on Primrose due to the curriculum (which I find to be one of the best), the friendliness of all staff members and the cleanliness of the school. We especially love the daily reports that include a list of activities throughout each day as well as pictures documenting some of the activities! We have been so pleased with the amount of positive changes and growth that have taken place with our son in the last 22 months. Thank you, Primrose School of SW Oklahoma City, for taking care of our baby!

Our daughter attended Primrose from 18 months old until 4.5 years old. Our son started here at 5 months old in March 2018. We encountered many wonderful teachers here. However, due to the high rate of turnover, I have lost count of how many teachers my daughter had over the course of 3 years. We were seldomly given any notice of teacher change. Teachers just stopped being there and then we were stuck attempting to console a heartbroken child as to why her beloved teacher would never be back. With our son, we had some concerns because he wasn't eating well at daycare. Clearly the administration does not like being questioned regarding your child. Things went downhill after this point and I was even told “I don't have time for you” by the director both in person and in an email. I also inquired about the pre-k and kindergarten program and received a reply so poorly written and grammatically incorrect that it was not even understandable. Education is not a priority here. The majority of the “teachers” are great babysitters but they have no training in teaching. In the end, we chose to leave because we could not leave our children at a daycare where the administration doesn't have time to address parental questions or concerns and values the dollar more than the best interest of a child. The higher cost of this center is clearly to pay for the “status” of attending Primrose, not for higher quality care and education. Since changing daycares, both children come home happy. They eat well and nap well while there. Our daughter has learned more in the past month at her new school than she did in her time at Primrose. We only wish we had made the switch much sooner. Updated to respond to your reply: If you were truly trying to improve on your professionalism you would not have blocked my husband from your Facebook page as soon as you saw his review. The fact that you had already blocked me (even though all I ever did on there was like photos you posted of my children) so that I could not leave a review just helps to show the immaturity and unprossionalism of the management. I tried to keep our review civil but prospective parents deserve to know how people are treated. It had nothing to do with how we "felt" we were treated there as you said. The fact is that my son was not eating appropiately there and no one was willing to work with us to try and find a solution. He was being put to sleep in unsafe equipment. The DHS website can confirm that one. My daughter got new teachers more often than these fast growing kids got new clothes. These are all facts not feelings.
