What is written are our opinions. We initially loved this place when we started because of the Christian values, low turnover and demonstrated care for the children. Although they are probably still one of the best options in the area our opinions have definitely declined as we are overall disappointed and disheartened with so many things. Recently we had an upsetting and traumatic incident which led to written and verbal conversations with this location and eventually DHS. After DHS informed the school of our complaint the school sent an email to other families, excluding us, trying to explain the DHS presence and the incident in ways we did not agree were accurate. We received a call much later that night dismissing us from the school immediately because we didn't keep it internal which was later changed to us not trusting them and not being satisfied with the care provided. I did everything as we've always done it and we should be allowed to do it as parents and patrons. I tried to address it internally first and then I talked to others. I shouldn't have to fear any repercussions for speaking, questioning or reporting. Our children should never be punished because of a disagreement. I'm so saddened this school feels we did something wrong, should censor our speech by blocking account on Facebook and dismiss our family so abruptly and late in the night. Our children have had a really hard time dealing with this decision because they weren't allowed to even say goodbye to their teachers and friends, feel at fault and are in fear of being kicked out at their new place now. FYI: many of their 5 star Facebook reviews are staff.

What an amazing opportunity for our children at Primrose! I have twin girls who enrolled at Primrose when they were 5, but we sure wish we had found it sooner! The owner of the school is so incredible at what she does with the staff and kids! My twins love all of the teachers (even the ones from other classes) and enjoy all of the learning activities they do each day. They have made the most wonderful friends and have learned so much in such a short time! In the summer they love all of the magical field trips and excursions. They also love the food! Each day they come home telling me what they had for lunch and snacks! They provide the highest safety measures to ensure your kids are safe when they arrive and they leave, and you get update reports on what your kiddos are doing throughout the day. We didn’t find Primrose until kindergarten but it’s been an amazing year! We only wish it went to 12th grade! We have signed up for the before/after school programs because it has been such a great, easy, fit for our family! Thank you Primrose for taking care of my most important assets! ❤️

We put two kids through this program and I can't say enough. Our kids weren't just income, they were cared for and loved like their own. They provided a secure, warm, family atmosphere. Management was very involved and planned every day to be engaging and fun for the kids. They were very good at engaging all the families in activities like Spring Fling, Food Truck pick up nights, or food and book drives.We met some lifetime friends here within all of the staff and the fellow families. Our recent move highlighted just how lucky we were to have experienced this school. We miss you all!
