My child has been going to Kindercare for a little over a year. Typically transition is super hard for him and sometimes it still is. But he recently got a new teacher in the three year old room, Catie, she makes him feel special. He now is excited to go to daycare to see his new teacher. I highly recommend Kindercare to all my friends and family. The staff is good but management is GREAT. LaDona is hands down the nicest woman that I have ever met. She strides to meet each child's individual needs and makes them feel welcomed. Thank you Kindercare of Moore!!!!

I pulled my 3 kids after only 2 weeks because my 18 month old seemed to always be crying, when I came in to pick my 4 year old up for school and when I picked them up for the day. She had a poopy diaper on multiple occasions as well. One of the times they said they were fixing to change her but it was so bad it had leaked through to her clothes, she had been in it for a while. Sad I have to pay a $150 deposit for this kind of care and they wont refund it. I didn't have any problems in the in the pre school room or the pre k room but my 18 month old shouldn't have a poopy diaper everyday I'm there to pick her up.

I have nothing but the best to say about the staff, the center, and management! Having read the reviews, we were very apprehensive about even taking a tour. However, we saw that a new director had recently taken over, so we gave them a shot. I am truly glad we did. Amber is always warm, welcoming, and communicative. The center is always spotless, and the teachers are always happy, which is important with the kids. They are secure, and the staffing numbers are always correct, with teachers always working with one another. Even as an infant, our child is happy to go to "school", and is constantly doing art, singing, being read to, or participating in another enrichment activity based on a monthly theme. Having family with experience in child care, as well as personally having high standards for security and care, I have nothing but the best to say about Ms. Amber and her team. I will continue to drive across town to have my child here, and would be happy to recommend them to anyone!

My 3 year old absolutely loves Kindercare. Everyday she tells me something new she learned at school. I am very impressed with how much she learns. The teachers are amazing and the director is so kind and great with my daughter.

I pulled our son out after 2 weeks at this location. Mainly because of the injuries he sustained on a daily basis. I understand children especially toddlers get hurt and that's unavoidable but blood was drawn DAILY. He started to have nightmares and his demeanor changed drastically. The staff was kind and friendly but that may be the only positive thing I can say. The place was also filthy the toys all seemed coated in dirt and grime. His last day care did daily deep cleans and toy soaks so I'm not accustomed to seeing things that bad. I was also suprised to find my son asleep face down on the floor several times since at other care centers children were placed in cribs or cots to sleep. I tried to hide my panic when I went to pick him up on the third day and a giant bug crawled out of his sleeve and down his arm. His poor face is covered in scratches and bruising and he's become sullen and withdrawn. Maybe it was just a bad couple of weeks for them but I have to look out for the health and happiness of my child.

Excellent with my 1 year old son! My son loves going to "school" and absolutely loves his teachers. He has learned and excelled so fast, it's unbelievable how smart he is and how many words he knows as a 1 (almost 2 year old). Everyone goes above and beyond with my baby and I couldn't be happier with a daycare! He will go here long term and we refuse to move to another daycare as he ages.

I had such an AWFUL experience at MooreKindercare. The directer(Katherine) smokes cigerettes in the back of the facility and then comes in touching and talking to children. My daughter was enrolled in Catie’s classrooms and she was a very dirty teacher. Her room stayed FILTHY and she was ALWAYS unorganized. This place is altogether chaotic. I witnessed my daughters teacher(Catie) give the kids water from the sink. To me, that is very unsanitary considering that all the children play in the sink. DO NOT ENROLL AT MOOREKINDERCARE!!

My son just showed me an injury he got at the Moore Kindercare location. It's a fairly bad carpet burn. There was no indecent report and no one even told me it happened. He said he told his teacher. It's infuriating. If a kid gets injured in your care the first thing you do is make sure to write down what happened SO THAT THE PARENTS KNOW. Pick a different daycare.

Director and assistant director are amazing individuals who truly care for the children. Amazing staff with great knowledge and experience! I have three children that attend this location and have had the best experience! I highly recommend KinderCare!

This was the worst Facility I have put my son in.. We were there for a little over four months (I kept him home a lot). They do not change the babies diapers frequently, and they are very hateful to family members when they pick up. There is a DHS case against them for this. I do not recommend this Daycare as the Manager goes behind the building and smokes then handles kids. Worst Experience!!

The WORST center I've ever been to. It is extremely dirty. The "teachers" (and I do use that term extremely loosely) seem to care more about gossipping and talking bad about each other than looking after the kids. My child has been hurt on several occasions, I know kids get hurt but it was getting ridiculous. And my child's story NEVER matched the report the teacher wrote. Take your kid anywhere else!
