Our son is about to turn 2 and has been there since 6 months' old. We now have him in 5 days a week after initially starting with 2, then 3 days. He's very happy - all the staff know him and are nurturing, including his old teachers who say hi when they see him (and me) in the corridors - they're always ready for a fist bump or high five, and he won't leave at the end of the day without saying goodbye to all. He has made good friends with the other children and the teachers, as well as learning ...and introducing us to new songs (I cannot get Baby Beluga out of my head!). We're looking forward to seeing how he gets on in his "2's" class.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tribeca Kindercare. We began sending our daughter there when she was only 5 months old and from day one we already knew how well she was going to be taken care of. The staff is extremely nuturing and attentive and cares for each child based on their individual needs. They will constantly keep you updated so you know how your child is doing each day. My daughter smiled everyday when I dropped her off and was smiling everyday when I picked her up!

Since my daughter is well into her 2nd year at KinderCare Tribeca, I’d like to express my gratitude for such a caring, positive, and learning environment where she continues to grow. I was a stay-at-home dad for 3 years before returning back to the workforce. After careful research, my wife and I were thankful to find a knowledgeable and caring staff for our then 2 year-old. Each morning I drop off my daughter, we’re greeted by Brooke, who always asks how our 5 year-old son is doing, as he has spent time on full-days when his school is closed. Brooke is a rock, keeping a tight track of various schedules and staffing. Whenever there’s a gap or someone is delayed, she is there changing diapers, feeding little ones, and staying cool under pressure. We have benefited from the care the entire staff shows our now 3 year-old daughter, not only in her learning STEAM, but more importantly with her socialization and emotional well-being. Whether it’s Ms. Ty or Ms. Maddie helping our daughter with her learning numbers or making art projects or braiding her hair, or Mr. Justin directing her in Theatre Arts, I always know she’s having the best care and education a parent could ask for in NYC. Ms. Ty is also the perfect match for our daughter. She’s always calm, thoughtful, and delighted to see each child. She’s constantly coming up with new ways to make lessons fun and unique and she keeps the children engaged. I get daily updates through the Tadpoles app with pictures and video(!) of all of my daughter adventures in the classroom and at the playground. Our daughter is a particularly rough-and-tumble pre-schooler, so naturally she always has bumps, bruises, and scrapes. Whenever a serious accident occurs, her teachers will call to let me know the type of injury, how they treated it, and when I arrive for pick-up, they hand me an acknowledgment form to sign confirming my understanding of what happened. This level of transparency gives me the piece of mind that my little girl is always safe. I’ll also add she loves the meals from Red Rabbit and often asks for seconds! And because she’s quite verbal, she always has fun stories to tell about the books and songs she’s learned with her friends. We are so proud of our daughter and happy to have her in such a wonderful place.

I love this daycare. My son's been going since he was 14 months, and he loves it too. He's almost happy when we drop him off and excited to say good bye sometimes. The teachers plan such fun activities for the kids all day, introducing them to great concepts, and art projects and music. I'd highly recommend this daycare to anybody. The staff is extremely nice and courteous, they're great with kids, the place is clean and there's a lot of fun things to do! Perhaps the only setback is that I sometimes feel my son doesn't get enough exercise over there, but I've started to take that upon myself to do.

This is fantastic grade A daycare. The teachers are kind and positive, it is run efficiently, the app updates and photos are great, the curriculum and extra activities (languages, maths, ballet, music, etc) are varied and exciting for the kids and it is over the street from one of the nicest small parks in Manhattan so they get plenty of outdoor playtime. My daughter is so happy here. It is expensive but worth it.

Don’t believe in their “good reviews” most of them are fake. People who worked for KindercAre. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Uneducated stuff. Lies, discriminate. Rooms are always dirty. Rarely clean! Pick up or drop off always dirty. Over 20 accident reports. Last report was really bad. Head injury. They called me, 30 min later I called 911. They are trying to lie hide things to protect themself. They should have called 911. My son had head injury! Them force them to sleep for 2 hours. For toddlers I understand they still need a nap but not 4 year olds. Everyone wasn’t happy about it. All parents complained but they said to everyone that it’s just you, want your kid to stay up. Not TRUE! Always loosing my son stuff. Disorganized! Teacher quoting very often. 7 people quit the one I know. Too many changes and when kids are acting up and not happy about changes they are blaming the kids! Brooke is all over the place. Way too loud, and too much attitude! Kim is better then Lisa but also not listening to teacher or parents. Rimma. Omg this lady! Never smile, always her poker face, attitude. She said to my son he annoys her, stop annoying me. If she get annoyed by kids she shouldn’t be working with kids! Brooke always yelling at kids, attitude. Lies. Tried to bully my son. They called me many times to pick my son up bc he is not listening. If you are a good teacher, you should be able to find a way to talk to kids. Lazy always on their phone. If anyone want want to know more please email me. I can show you pictures of his face and head and medical report also how many accident report happens while my son was there. Also them let some mentally unstable mummy to lecture my son. She did it in front of the teachers! My son said he very very scared to go back to school!

One of the best daycares we have had our daughter in. They are hands on with the kids and treat every kid like it’s their own. Love both Nicole’s and Brooke! All the teachers are amazing. We loved Kindercare so much that we took our daughter out of aftercare from public school and paid extra so that she can be at Kindercare. If we were still in NYC we would still be there.
