I JUST had a interview with them and they are so rude . Not kind people at all . Black lady with short hair is very rude and the rest of the ladies talk so much as me waiting over my interview time recommend not to even work here

Yes my son meets at least 4 different teachers the whole year like other reviewers but I don’t mind because the teachers are all great there. The only thing is my son started biting his finger nails from the time we sent him to the learning experience. I saw other kids have this issue as well and the teachers seems not really caring nor trying to stop them from doing that. Except that, my son has really enjoyed his time there.

Love TLE BAYSIDE. Staff here are all warm and welcoming. My son has only been here for a few months but his vocabulary has expanded tremendously and has become extremely inquisitive. He loves all his his teachers.

Pros: + nice facility - clean and much better than most daycares that I've visited. like that fact that it looks modern and has the right colors for a child's development + location - easy to get to. Parking isn't too difficult if you get there early enough, LIRR is nearby, as are the highways and bus lines + staff - friendly + hours - probably the best compared to other daycares Cons: + teachers - turnover is HIGH. it's no joke. my child probably had 3 different teachers with TAs coming in and out every month. the folks that work there looks totally burned out. no one is excited about the children. it's really strange. + daycare - if you're expecting your child to learn a lot, don't. it's a daycare. yes, my child became more independent, learned a few things through their manners matter class but for what i paid, expected more. especially bc he went to other classes like gymboree and such. + food - they DO NOT feed the kids there at all. Breakfast and afternoon/evening consists of crackers. Lunch is good. + child's development - this place is a daycare vs a learning center. i've reported many times over aggressive behavior. i later learned my child was bullied and picked on by another kid. teacher said NOTHING. + cost - it's decent compared to other areas but looking back, i'd just pay that $150 more for a better place

Great School! I am happy to have my daughter in this school. She has learned so much since she started and the care and love the teachers and staff give my daughter is amazing. Will definitely recommend this school.

This is our first year at TLE Bayside. We are very happy to have our son and daughter in such a nurturing environment. We have nothing but praise for the teachers, staff and director. It has been a wonderful learning experience for the kids.

I have been working at TLE Bayside for over a year now and enjoy the people who I work with, as well as seeing our smiling children every day! The teachers here love their students and always make sure to give them the best care possible. We have so many creative minds here who make sure to make every learning experience a fun one for the kids. Any time a new employee is hired we all make sure they are getting the necessary tools to succeed in this school. I'm lucky enough to work with some really friendly ladies and have made some close friends along the way. I hope to continue to learn more from our director and strengthen my skills in administration. Overall my experience here has been a good one and hope that it continues to be so. I would recommend this school to any parent looking for care for their children, our staff is amazing!

Enrolled my 2.5 year in Dec 2017 and everything was great. Lately they have had several teachers leave (Ms. Sabrina, Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Genny were so awesome!!), that makes one wonder what is up with the school why rentention is so low, in the middle of the school year. Then the promise of providing regular app updates have not being happening even after speaking to the assistant director (director out on leave). If you ever have a child with allergies or even sick where he will have a runny nose big or small do not expect them to clean it. My now 3 year old was just move to the next level class and twice I picked him up from school where he had an accident during nap time and no one assisted him in changing his clothes he was wet when I got him (even though he has 3 change of clothes in his cubby). Half the time you go in these teachers are on their phone (yet there is no photo/status update of my kid all day). I just feel like care have gone downhill in the 6/7 month span I have been with them and it may be time to start looking elsewhere. It’s not like its cheap to send your child here the least they can do is keep him clean and comfortable.

Our son and daughter have been at TLE Bayside since September 2016. The teachers, staff, and administrator are most loving, strong, smart, and dedicated individuals coupled with a warm, fond, caring, energetic director give the children a nurturing place to blossom. I could not ask for more as a parent and thank all for the positive impact on so many lives.

TLE at Bayside Review (I wrote this on September 25,2018, and i forgot to post it) I got an interview about 2 weeks ago and It was set at 11:00am but wasn’t seen till about 11:45. I got the job and was told I would be an assistant teacher in the twaddler room. I had to fill out many forms which included medical forms of course. Ive worked at other early education centers in the past and it was standard to get your medical records in before engaging with children and beginning work. So I assumed this much for this center, This was not the case. They asked me to start immediately and as I began working I realized that medical records were the least of their worries which is quite dangerous for children as flu season is approaching. I was not in the twaddler classroom for long until they starting making me float around which isn’t what I signed up for, however this made me realize the real problems of this center. They requested for me to go from classroom to classroom while i had no idea where to go because i was not given a tour before hand. I also noticed how little food they had for the kids. I was told not to ask the kitchen for any extra food because they didn’t have any. The teacher i was working with would hide crackers and snacks in the cabinet in case the kids got hungry. This place wasn’t pleasant to work at, the some of the staff was hard to warm up to and the director didn’t seem to care for the kids or the staff. I was lied to about my position, i wasnt told when i would be getting paid, i did not receive a handbook, or any other information for the job i was, for lack of a better work thrown into the classroom. Soon after, I had a family matter that effected my schedule and i spoke with the director. She said she would speak to the scheduling person and would get back to me. When i spoke to the person in charge of scheduling she was confused and i could tell they didn’t not speak, they she called the director on the phone and relayed to me she said she couldn’t work with my schedule that i had wanted, (off on Mondays only for about 3 weeks) I figured something out regarding my personal matter however i had to take a day off. Still being new and on probation i knew it wouldn’t be easy to talk to the director but I thought she would be understanding at least. Instead she took me off the payroll and wanted a meeting with me the next day. Because i had to deal with a personal matter. I was shocked. I quit the next day. I didn’t even want to speak to her after how heartless she was to my situation. All in all do not work at this center and do not send your kids there !!!!

I've been w/Bayside TLE since they opened in Bayside. My son and I love the director and staff. They create a great environment to for my son to learn. The staff is always available to talk and suggest ideas to help my son to grow and develop. In addition to his education and preparation for kindergarten, the staff has been very helpful in help my son and I through some tough personal times. I have already signed up to enroll my twins as well.
