Spinning Nomad

This is a small but excellent school. Our family moved from the UK, and our child entered fourth grade and was made to feel welcome by both the children and staff from the very first day. He was used to Montessori schooling but transitioned well because the teachers are all highly educated and creative in their teaching. (All have Masters degrees +). As well, teachers and staff are incredibly caring and dedicated to the school. The principal and vice principal maintain high standards of discipline and respect within a warm and fun atmosphere. I highly recommend PS 23!

This school is a great school, I graduated in this school back in 2012, but I feel like there doing a lot now that 2012 graduates left, yeah I was so horrible in this school, but its still a good school, I will Never forget about this school, and now I'm on my way to high school this year

The Principal, Vice Principal and teachers are all wonderful. This school does so much with so little. The dedication to the children is really quite impressive notwithstanding the budget and other constraints they face. There is something quite special about this place.

Ever since I've enrolled my son into this school his grades has sky rocket to A's and B's! I am super happy and please with the results. I love all of the staff, the assistant principal and the principal! They are all very well mannared and respectful!. Awesome school!
