Hands down the BEST childcare my family and I have came across. ALL staff are nothing but fantastic. The director Ms. Elcin has the best heart and this childcare is blessed to have her as a lead.

My son and daughter both attended this daycare. They don't communicate with you about your child's day unless you ask them. But what really did it for me was when the director of curricular activities Stephanie Molina told them not to feed my 3 year old daughter because she wouldn't wash her hands and let her scream for 20 minutes while watching the other kids eat. Then they had the nerves to get mad because i filed a complaint against them about the situation. Elcin shouldn't be running a daycare she never spoke with me about the incident but went on to say the trust between us was broken because i filed a complaint against them. But if you ask me the trust was broken when she allowed my daughter to starve. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.

The teacher Kendra left my daughter twice in a public place by herself. The first time when she was 5 where she lost Natalie at the zoo and this afternoon when she forgot her at the school!!! This woman us unfit to care for children. The other members of staff are amazing and professional. Kendra needs to retrained or fired for her complete disregard, negligence for safety of children. Someone this incompetent should not be allowed to watch children.

Unprofessional staff with the exception of Ms. Monica, Ms. Chris and Ms. Betty( infant room teachers). The administrators do not take criticism well when it comes to a complaint against staff. Rather than resolve the matter it they make it worse by their unfit & lack of empathy. I've worked in many childcares in several positions and I'm shocked at how they handle a personal issue with me. I'm glad I didn't give them too much of my money.

WE HAVE HAD A OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE WITH SOUTHWEST .MY SON HAS BEEN ENROLLED SINCE HE WAS A BABY AND IS NOW 8 YEARS OLD HAVE HAD AMAZING CAREGIVERS FOR MY CHILD I TRUST THEM WITH MY ALL AND WILL CONTINUE TO SHARE MY SON WITH THIS CENTER ALSO THEY MAINTAIN A CLEAN SAFE ENVIROMENT AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK

My Wife and I have been taking our child to this Daycare for 8 months, he is almost 1 now. We have been more than pleased with this facility, the staff, and the management. When we do have concerns they listen and solve them with us. We feel very comfortable leaving our child in the very clean and safe facility. We are greeted by someone every time we enter the facility. Our child is very happy to be there, smiles as soon as we get to the front door, and loves the staff. We recommend this place to everyone we come across who is looking for childcare.

Our son, now a year old, has been in this childcare center since he was about 8 weeks old. They have caring multicultural teachers and great, supportive front office people. They’ve also been very positive as regards our family makeup in specific. We’re looking forward to the next years at this center before school begins for our son.

THE WORST DAYCARE EVER! My kids only attend the Daycare for 4 days. My daughter ended up with bruise on her arm. She told me a teacher grabbed her and pulled her hair while she was reading a book. Yes I reported them because they were trying to get rid of my kids and myself real quick. Suspending my kids for something a teacher did. Why punish my kids for what a teacher did? Plus the teacher who grabbed my daughter was working with babies. Babies can't talk. Who knows how she was handling those poor babies.

I am a single father with a wonderful 5 year old daughter. Without the amazing staff at Southwest Child Care I would be so lost. Everyone there has been so amazing and caring. Every interaction is a pleasure to witness and be a part of when possible. I couldn't imagine where I would be without all of you. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you!

My daughter started at Southwest child care when she was only one.. she is now going on four and has even started the early Pre-K program there. From day one I have been nothing but pleased with all the staff as well as the teachers. My daughter is not always too cooperative nor comfortable in new situations and everyone my daughter has encountered has been more than willing to help her feel safe and comfortable. She is now thriving in her class and daycare class settings, she has opened up and branched out of her own shell! Thank you SW childcare for allowing me the opportunity to be involved in my daughter's progress every step of the way, and also for being so good with my baby! That means the most to me to know she is in good and loving hands
