I love La Petite Academy! For the short time my son has been attending he has learned so much! Each time I drop my son off I have that sense of security and comfort knowing that I'm leaving him in good hands. The whole staff is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to start their child off at an early learning center.

Horrible staff. Babies being sent home with a busted lip and bite marks from other children. Not a safe place for any child. Children protection services need to be involved with this place

Today was my sons first day. We arrived early in the morning and did the registration. We met with Sofia who was very professional. He was very unhappy and hesitant to stay . I picked him up and he is Super Happy ! He keeps talking about how cool his day was with all the food they ate. I would definitely recommend this place for mom who feel like there is no place like home and have to leave their child to a daycare / summer school. He is definitely going to enjoy their awesome activity curriculum!!

Do not trust this day care and if possible stay away! A lot of parents are having constant and never ending problems with this place. I recently saw a post on FB about a little boy who was bitten in the arms and lips at this day care. There was pictures of him with a bloody lip and lose tissue. The people at the day care said the boy bit himself, this is nonsense! Before saying something like that show proof of it first. Where are the camera recordings, witnesses, what is the boys testimony?? These people are irresponsible! It makes me very angry, and again this is not the first incident! Parents do not do this to your kids!! STAY AWAY!!

My son had a wonderful pre k experience! He is set for kindergarten! Thank you all for everything you have taught him and all that you do for these kids:)

We pulled our son out of this facility because my parents (who were on the approved list to pick my son up) picked up my son for the first time, no one was at the front desk and none of the staff stopped and asked who my parents were walking around. The teacher herself didn’t even question who my son left with. My son (who was in pull ups at the time) looked and felt like he hadn’t been changed the entire time he was there that day. I don’t recommend this place at all and wouldn’t give this place any stars. Most of the staff had such bad attitudes towards the children.

Teachers are very nice. My daughter went here for about 2 years with her cousins and they just loved it. the summer program is really nice. The only thing that bothered me about this place is that it has a very bad sewer smell and in the morning it can get pretty overwelming. Prices for childcare are a little outragious here during the school year you would think they would help out with the kids getting their homework done or something but that never happened. I pay almost 50$ less a week at my new childcare and my daughters teachers are so helpful with homework and trying to do as much as they can to help us parents out.

My daughter was enrolled here for 8 months. She loved her teachers Ms. Bernadine and Ms. Samantha. Unfortunately we had to take her out because we moved out of Albuquerque. Now my daughter is in a public school and is way advanced in her class thanks to her time at La Petite. I appreciate the dedication the teachers had to the students. I wish we would have been able to keep her enrolled here.

We transferred our little girl to the infant class from another daycare in the area. Best decision we could've made for all of us. The ladies in the infant room are incredibly patient, accommodating, and caring. My daughter went from dreading daycare, screams and all, to being thrilled to go. Security and cleanliness are a priority here - there are password-locked doors and cameras throughout the facility, and the floors are hardwood/laminate and are cleaned every night (unlike the carpets at the previous daycare our daughter went to). The tuition is very reasonable and they offer milk for little ones (Gerber Good Start Gentle) and meals once they get older. Our daughter was really giving us trouble with the transition from milk to food, but after she started eating lunch at daycare, things got a lot easier at home... She started trying more and more things, and is now eating like a champ. In all, this daycare is phenomenal. I'm so glad we made the decision to transfer our baby to this daycare.

My rating is because of the amount of bad incidents that have occured at this school regarding my child and the lazy attitudes from some , not all, of the teachers. Everything from my child drinking another mother's breast milk, missing items , not being reimbursed for them, and to her coming home beaten two weeks in a row.How is it legal to have 30 children in one class? Whenever my child comes home beaten, scratched, or bitten by another child , the response is "this is just how toddlers communicate". I have a stack of incident reports and we will find a better school with better structure. You get called crazy for defending your child. I would rather be called a crazy parent than a negligent teacher. I have had enough...this is not okay. Several doctors and parents have also agreed this is not okay.
