I am going to write this as is happening. Teachers and assistant are great the problem is Administration. I usually don't write reviews but I am really upset at this. Yesterday I walked in to notify the school that my son would not longer attend the school next month, I am following the contract and giving them 30 days of notification so I can get my 2 weeks security. It turned out that my son have to stay an extra week (which I will be charged and deducted 1 week from my 2 week security) because Harmony closes the last week (for Classes, however administration still working) of August to prepare a new curriculum for the next year and therefore I am not being bill for that week, which it also turned out that THAT WEEK DOES NOT COUNT AS PART OF THE 30 DAYS notice because as they said "I am not paying for that week". The person over the phone started to get "technical" about the 30 days which I responded that what she is doing is trying to interpret the CONTRACT which clearly states 1 month of notice as opposed of 1 paid month (4 weeks) or 30 business days . Nevertheless the contract that you will sign is a JOKE as they won't follow what they write and they will try to interpret it on their own way for their benefit. All I wanted to do is follow their rules and get my kid out without causing any major disruption on their schedule or my own schedule, at the end of the day they always claim that their waiting list is long and your kid will be quickly replace so they are not losing anything. It is sad as I didn't want to take my kid out of this school but since I switched jobs it is getting hard to pick him up on time, I was even thinking hiring someone to pick him up from school but after this experience I would avoid this place

I was told by their staff that there is high demand and long wait list for their center. I was cajoled into putting down my deposit as well as the wait list fee right away, thinking that if I don't do it today, someone else will grab that precious spot on the wait list. So I paid total of $700, this included 2 weeks of tuition, $100 of registration fee, $75 of wait list fee, another $75 for activities fee. The starting date was scheduled for 9/6/16 and I paid this fee in mid July. At end of July, I heard horror stories about daycare center (including this one Harmony) and decided not to enroll my baby there anymore (for the infant program). I gave them more than one month of advance notice to cancel enrollment, and told them that they can give the spot to the next person on the wait list. They said none of the fees were refundable (cause I was cajoled into signing some enrollment contract) and that there was no one on the wait list to take my spot. This place has no integrity, sympathy and good will. For a place that claims to be a non-profit organization, I find it appalling that they lied to me to get the money. They are obviously a deceiving organization which I sure wouldn't trust to take care of my baby. Note: they have a policy of enrolling your child there for at least 60 days and they don't allow you to view camera of the room. Any prisoner can get used to the bad treatment in 60 days and brainwashed to be "happy", let alone babies.

They are good when baby is quiet and play themselves, and some of them is patient and nice even when baby is crying. But some of them has no patient when baby crying, they just let baby sit down on the chair and leave them alone, at least this is what I see. It repeated 3 times on that day, I was so angry. Also the one month termination notice is a little long.

My son is attending Harmony since September. We looked at other centers in town and this is the best! Teachers and Administration are wonderful. They are always there to help. They plan great activities for the children and parents. The Fall pumpkin picking was lot of fun. I am always allowed to visit and welcomed with a smile from office. I love that they do whiteboard class and cooking class. He is learn spanish. Wonderful school.

Daycare consists of 1 story building located around a mall, hotel, shopping area. The facilities and staff are good to very good. Like other reviews, the nurse is pretty strict (in a good way). Onsite parking is provided. The parking areas are located adjacent to the entrance. There are onsite recreation facilities for various ages.

Our family is always thankful for everything Harmony has brought us. We put our son at the school when he just turned two. We’re from Asia and the new and English environment was all new for him. He literally cried all day long for the first two months but after that, he becomes happier every day. Now he speaks complete sentences, learns lots of vocabularies without we teaching him; and sings all the way home the songs he learnt at school, plus surprises us by new things he learns including Spanish which neither of us know. The school has a lot to offer – the very kind teachers, spacious classrooms and outdoor playground, well-planned curriculum and fun-filled activities. Every day we bring home little artwork he makes at class, and the teacher gives us a one-page feedback/ record of his performance every day. Needless to say we are now looking forward to his graduation ceremony this year. We’ve just moved to Livingston and even with much longer commute, we’re happy to see him hang around with all the friends he makes here. We’re lucky to have made the right and wise choice.

Best decision to take our little one here. He really learned a lot and it’s become extremely apparent once he hit public kindergarten and surpassed his peers.

I enrolled my son when he was 4 months old at Harmony. Started in the infant room where he learned how to walk and enjoy all the toys and love around the teachers, following year, he moved up to Tiny Toddlers and started to talk simple words. He loves his teachers and all the singing during the year. This year, he is in Toddlers and talking in whole sentences. His vocabulary has surprised us. All the activities my son participates and arts and crafts he brings home, we have cherished them since.

My wife spends only half a year in the US, so my question was if that is possible to attend the daycare just several months in a row. The answer was "No", and that I have to pay for the whole year even if the child attends 5 months. The verbal answer is not something I should take for granted, so I asked for the standard contract in writing to study the terms. Ok, I've got it, but it was strictly prohibited to take this document home. The administrator literaly snatched it from my hands when I decided to take a photo of the contract. The announced reason was that "she needs an approval from the board of directors to let me do that"... So if you plan to attend this daycare you would have a couple of minutes to read the contract before signing, and then you have to be in charge for every violation. And there is plenty of ways to violate it because they restrict you in everything! Overall this organization looks very suspicious and unprofessional. They never answer your e-mails, the feedback form on their site doesn't work. Shut up and pay, pay and shut up.
