Reviews of Pembroke Village School (Kindergarten)

My daughter has gone to this school for Kindergarten and now about to enter 1st grade in the fall. I have never had a bad thing to say about any part of the school or curriculum. It's nice knowing that 5 and 6 year old's don't have to come home from school and do homework as their philosophy is at home time is family time not school work time. I've seen my daughter advance quite well in the math and spelling/reading areas since beginning at Village School and look forward to another wonderful year ahead!

My brother goes to this school and has autism and has been bullied and made fun of and his music teacher he says hates him... they do not understand his autism, they try to say he isn't autistic.. he was diagnosed as a baby... idk how it has good reviews. but i guess it's because their children don't have mental conditions i don't know but i really think that all public schools should be well educated on disabilities so they know how to handle a student with a disability of any kind really and help students learn how to handle someone like that.. i just really think all kids should have a good experience in school not just some..

I went to THIS school when I was 5 and 6!!!! I was bullied from day one, (No one cared) and I was given the nickname "Becca-boo" by a teacher. This school is a good size, with a good playground! The education is wonderful, my brother (6) is there and he came, not knowing much, and came back, going to 1st grade, now knowing stuff. The same goes for my other brother (9).
