Very professional and show compassion the children. Theu know every child by heart and they are so eaay to work with. Brooke, the director, always does everything to help out. Cheryl is the best AD. I cant brag on these ladies enough and their teachers are always hands on. Wouldnt recommend another place for child care.

Love Faith! My son has been going here since he was 3 months old (he’s now 2), and we have loved it. He has learned so much, and enjoys going! We have been very pleased and can’t imagine him going anywhere else. The facility is also very aware and in-tune to children with food allergies, like my son. They take great precautions to ensure the safety of the kids.

Clarissa Marlar

My twins have only been attending faith for a short while and have already come such a long way. The education is phenomenal. I love how they incorporate Christianity in everything they do. The staff is very friendly. I am proud to be a Faith parent. I am excited for the future of my little ones.

Furtado Gilliam

Had a horrible experience with Faith Academy. The one in Southaven threw my child's picture in the garbage and the one in Olive Branch mixed up my child's file. A complete mess and disorganization. No wonder they left a child in the bus in the summer. He couldn't go on the filed trip because of another mix up, came home crying he was so excited to go. Do not send your child there.

Misha Blackmon

All of the staff are great! We love Mrs. Jessica and Ms. Lauren! Love the camera system so I can check in on my son during the day.

Barbara Saint Leonard

I love this facility and faculty. My son, who has a hard time listening, had been given special guidance and attention by the staff. Building B is always willing to help with your children's behavior and education development. I also have a daughter in building A with a disability. My family is shown so much love and understanding, I could not be more thankful for building A. They have worked with me with surgeries and doctors appointments. If you need a good feeling at work send your children here. If you have a problem, Ms. Lisa, Ms. LeMisha and Ms. Amber are always there to help.

Both of my children attend Faith Preschool in OB for after school care and have been there for over a year, although they have both been with faith since they were 2 and 4. Gabby is the school age teacher and is always funny and the kids love her. I love that Mrs Lemisha is always willing to help with anything needed that comes to my kids and she always makes sure that I am up to date on incoming events or trips that school age may take. We are very happy when it comes to sending my children to a great preschool even when they are in the after care program. Thank you Faith for helping my children grow through the program and showing Desoto county what a great preschool can do for our community.

We love FPA-OB! The staff and teachers have always been welcoming and loved our girls like they are their own. We've been enrolled since 2015 and we've only had one problem that was remedied rapidly! They also provide cameras so you can watch your little ones throughout the day. I'd recommend FPA to anyone looking for childcare. They rock!

It’s been 6 months and my girl now loves Faith! Ms.Kirsten has been all my daughter talks about and it’s been amazing to watch her work with the kids!

We have been sending our children to Faith Preschool Academy Olive Branch since 2012. It's my belief that one of the biggest reasons we're satisfied with them is their campus Director, Jenny, who now runs both the younger children and older children's buildings. Whenever we need anything, we've gotten face-time with Jenny to talk it over and I've been grateful and impressed each time that the approach is "You're the parent. You know what's best for your child. Let's work together to provide your child with what's best while he's here." I would love to be with my children all day, but simply can't, so there is nothing better than peace of mind that my children are with people who genuinely care about them and don't just see them as one of a hundred faces. We're all treated as individuals with unique needs, and the Director assures the entire staff is committed to working together for whatever is best for the children. As a bonus - the facility is really nice, clean, bright and cheerful. There are cameras in each room and parents can watch their children from a computer or mobile device for a monthly fee. There are also extracurricular activities (tumbling, dance, music, art, soccer and more) offered so children can get extra enrichment during school hours. They also offer chapel for the kids where faith is introduced to them in such a fun and engaging way. We have had some fantastic teachers in addition to ones who weren't the right fit for us, but no matter what, the school has worked with us to find the perfect fit. Most important: our kids enjoy their time there and truly believe the staff loves them. Can't thank them enough for working with me to give me peace of mind that my kids are happy and thriving.

My daughter has been attending Faith Preschool in Olive Branch since she was 9 weeks old and has learned so much! She is in Jr K now and I feel confident she will be ready for kindergarten in the fall. Some of her classmates have been with her since they were infants and are such great friends. I always recommend FPA when asked about daycares in the area!

Tracie Latimer

The staff communicates well and answers all of my questions. They are quick to respond to any concerns or issues that may arise. They provide a clean and cheerful place for my children to learn.

kristen baker

Excellent school and very wonderful staff! I have 2 children and can't say enough about this amazing facility. My children are 5 and 2 and have learned so much and have really thrived with all that they have been taught. The teachers really do care so much about the kids and the school is almost open year around... very few holiday closings. Their rates are the best that I have seen and trust me I have looked everywhere. I would definitely recommend FPS in OB.

My husband and I enrolled our 1 year old son in Faith Preschool Academy (Olive Branch location) and we were not happy. The staff, mainly the teachers, left much to be desired. They were not personable, they were not friendly and they did not seem to care very much about my child much less any other children in the class. My first impression was that the children seemed miserable and the teachers burnt out. I have friends and co-workers who send their children to Faith so I decided to give them a shot. They have cameras which I thought I would like to be able to see how my son was doing throughout the day. All I saw was my child being ignored and other children eating off his plate at lunch. He was new to daycare so it was understandable that he wanted a little extra attention from the teachers. He would follow them around just hoping to be picked up but most of the time he was ignored or picked up just to be put in a high chair to sit in for long periods of time. The tip of the iceberg came when an altercation occurred between my one year old and a teacher in which my son ended up falling to the floor and hitting his head. The management at Faith would not allow me to see the video of the event actually happening. They refused. I immediately removed him from the school and took him to the doctor to get checked out. The director did not apologize. The teachers did not apologize. I would NOT recommend for you to send your children here. I know not everyone will have the same experience as we did but when I was looking for daycares I found very little feedback and even fewer reviews. I'm hoping that this review helps someone in their search for a safe and happy environment for their children.

Cindy White

The best directors FPA has ever had (Brooke and Cheryl). They are wonderful and always make sure our needs are taken care of. The teachers are amazing and My son absolutely adores them.

Benjamin Carson

Never, ever send your kids here. My son has been bit 8 times and scratched twice in 4 months. The staff never has a solution to a child getting hurt, never even seems to show genuine care at all. Very widespread problem at both of these academy’s in Olive Branch and Southaven. Pay a little more money and send your kids to a real daycare! In response to your reply: I talk about it and express my concern EVERY time I’m there. Don’t try to save face because you got a bad review, instruct the people in charge of your daycares to do their job and supervise kids and put in action ways to control biting. This daycare is pathetic.

Betsy Threatt

The staff there does an amazing job. My kids are always happy and love going there!

My granddaughter has been going to this daycare for a few months. We have had so many problems! The daily food menu is a joke! What daycare gives toddlers pickles and cheese for a snack???? Just one example. Even though the menu is made out for the month doesn't mean the children will be having what is listed for that particular day. My daughter has talked to the director on numerous occasions and talked to Cadence (owner) once. She has recently ask to talk with Cadence again (four times) and twice she arrived at daycare to talk and was told by Director that something had come up and no one was there to talk with my daughter. No phone call, no email NOTHING!!!!! She has since ask the Director twice since about meeting and she replies that they have tried to call her numerous times, which is a LIE! NO ONE has contacted her. This shows how interested they are about issues/problems. My granddaughter has gone without lunch, without anything to drink at lunch, been in another classroom without Director knowing where she was located, been left to on mat at naptime after taking off her clothes and playing in poop when teacher had back turned from children eating her lunch and even saw granddaughter naked. She didn't even get up to address the issue!!! We pay extra to watch cameras. And thank goodness we do! Because we would not know what is going on otherwise. And I can promise you, the Daycare would not let you know. Daughter called daycare and Director had to go into classroom and clean up granddaughter. She isn't learning at all. It is more like a babysitting facility. They watch IPad more than anything. I have even taken toys for the classroom because most classrooms have very few toys in them or not enough for all the children that are in the classroom. The children eat with their hands like they are animals. NO spoons or forks. They were taken out of one classroom and teacher was told the children didn't need them. The teacher turnover is unbelievable at this location. And when teachers talk bad about their employer, there is definitely a problem. We have talked with Director SEVERAL times about issues, and they still exist. She should be aware of where each child is at all times. Another grandparent came to pick her grandchild up one day, and again this child wasn't in the correct room. So many issues...so many problems. We are looking to move to another daycare ASAP! Still no meeting with CANDANCE!!!!! But I am sure , the issues/problems will still be there long after we are gone.

Faith Preschool academy is awesome! My oldest has been at faith since 8 weeks old and now is in Pre-k and has learned and grown while here. He adores all of the teachers he is with, which makes for drop off easy. He is able to learn and have fun while learning about God.My youngest has been here sine 8 weeks old as well, and now is in the twoddler room. He comes home talking about his teachers as well as doing sign language. I feel comfortable dropping them off each day. Faith not only takes excellent care of their children, but, also teaches them extremely well! My family strongly recommend Faith.

Corbie Hadley

Lots of teacher turn over and no curriculum once the classroom changed teachers. Lots of busy children with very little help for the one teacher in the classroom. My child rarely got the allotted two hours for nap which she needed.

Kathleen McKinney

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would. We were given access to the cameras for our 20 month old’s classes (She was shuffled between 3 classes throughout the day) 3 weeks after she started because the cameras had been down. When we got them up, we watched a lot of the day. (We only had them one day because I took her out after witnessing her day.) My daughter was allowed to cry for over 35 minutes at a time at least 2 times in the day and no adult tried to comfort or console her or even talk to her. The teacher was changing diapers constantly and paid the kids absolutely no attention. I was told that they were doing arts and crafts and Bible time, but there was literally no adult interaction. My child then sat off in a corner by herself for 45 minute spans twice that day. My husband watched almost the entire day while he was out of town and the ONLY adult interaction that was given to my daughter was while she was getting her diaper changed. When I spoke to the director, she apologized, but made me aware that with such a large number of kids in there for the one teacher, one on one interaction was basically impossible. I wasn’t even asking for one on one interaction. I was asking for my child to be cared for, especially if she is crying. Needless to say, she was there for 8 days (because she got sick after day 3 and was out for 4 days) and that was 8 days that were way too long for my baby. Hopefully we are the only ones traumatized and it will be a soon forgotten experience for my child. When you send your baby to a preschool, especially one professing to be faith-based (and for not cheap at all!), you expect for your child to be taken care of. Mine was not, and I would assume, not many are if they are treated as mine was. The teachers (with the exception of one) all seemed tired of kids all the time. I would never recommend anyone taking their child to this establishment.

We LOVE FPA in OB! They are so great with communication and understanding! My children learn so much from there! Great Work! Keep it up!

I have had two children in FPA since 2012 and I wouldn't have them anywhere else. The staff is amazing and I trust them with my children completely. Couldn't be happier.

Before relocating to the area nearly two years ago, my wife and I toured a number of childcare facilities for our two young children. After touring Faith, we instantly felt it would be the best fit for our children, as it would provide a Christian based background and detailed curriculum. Looking back, we couldn't be more satisfied with our decision. The directors and staff are extremely attentive to the needs of the children and do an amazing job of keeping open lines of communication with parents. Not only that, my children have gained a wealth of knowledge while here and have blossomed tremendously. It is my hope that Faith Preschool continues to exceed expectations in the future.

We have really enjoyed this daycare. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The teachers are caring. My son comes home everyday with a smile on his face! He is learning so much since starting here! He also comes home telling us about the bible stories he's learned, which makes my heart happy. I highly recommend this daycare/ preschool.

Paige Lane

My daughter has been going to Faith for almost 12 months and we love it. She just turned 2 and can count to 10 in English and Spanish. The teachers are so sweet and truly care for my girl. The management staff is always professional and friendly. I have the live camera access and I keep it on my monitor at work, I love watching her interact with her peers and teachers. If I ever have questions or concerns I e-mail the director and she responses within the hour, even after the daycare is closed.

Shelbie Kirkman

I am so glad I chose this preschool for my son. I’m a first time mother and very protective of my child. The director and AD (Brooke and Cheryl) helped me get passed that and welcomed us with open arms. My 18 month old son absolutely loves his teachers. The directors will do anything they can to help you with any issue you may have, as well as the teachers. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

When I called in the afternoon to see about maybe enrolling ythe woman was super nice and gave me all the information I asked for. I also asked about taking a tou and was told that I could tour between 9-11 & 2-4. I even told her I didn't know which day I would stop by but it would be between those hours and was told that was fine. Well I had extra time so I swung by to take a look. When I got there the lady up front seemed bothered that I had stopped by. She also told me that I called the wrong location. That was false because I know I called the Olive Branch location because they directed me to the Southaven location to see if they had any openings. She then called then women in the back and told them that no one knew I was coming by to tour. When she spoke to the ladies in the back she was kinda snobby about me being there while I was standing right in front her listening. That was extremely off putting to say the least. After she hung up she told me that they were short teachers today and I would not be allowed to tour, even though I was told 2 hours before that I could. As a mother, I had a gut instinct something was wrong. For them not being welcoming enough to show me around gave me bad feelings. Something was obviously not up to standards and that says a lot about a place. I would never allow my daughter to attend child care somewhere where I cannot pop in [mind you DURING the hours they requested] and check it out. Needless to say I asked for my name to come off of the waiting list because we will NOT be coming back. My child is coming from Cordova Christian Academy [we have moved and I was trying to find a place closer] and my standards are high I know. But this place was beyond stuck up and condescending. If I had to use one word to describe my experience it would be unprofessional, hands down!

Love the FPA staff. They have the best staff and they love their children.

Ashley Douglass

My daughter has been going here since she was 10 weeks old and they listened to my needy first time parent directions with great understanding. The teachers and staff are great I feel like they love all the kids the same. She’s learned sign language to help her communicate better and they work with them on developmental skills at early stages. They send us a report every day of what she ate when her diaper was changed and even adds a picture or video on the report of her in circle time, crafts, outside and interacting with her classmates. The price is worth the peace of mind knowing she’s being taken care of. Child care is expensive but I’d much rather pay a little more for an actual daycare that actually takes the time to teach them effectively with an actual curriculum.

We love everything about Faith!!!

Diana Barnette

I cannot say enough about Faith. My son went there when they first opened and they had him prepared for kindergarten. He was reading on levels that most kids weren’t. Fast forward to now- my daughter goes here and I can’t think of one negative thing to say. The teachers at FPA pour their heart and soul into these children. The administrator is always there for any parent when needed and is always willing to answer any questions! My child has learned so much since starting at FPA compared to the daycare she came from. The ladies at faith actually care. They care about your child and believe it or not you. When they say FPA rocks they most certainly do!!

Ashley Jenkins

We enrolled our 5 year old kindergartener in the before school program at the Olive Branch location and it was the worst. The lady at the desk was rude. The teacher had NO compassion. My son is shy and needs a little time to adjust, and they did not take that into consideration ! Instead they would just tell him we aren't going to cry today and send him in the room. Such a different experience at this location compared to the Southaven campus... I took him out of the program and would NEVER send him back !

Marina Wrighster

Updating my review! amazing facility and extremely friendly staff!

Cayson Dvorak

My son and I recently moved to Olive Branch. We’ve always had family watch him so school was new for the both of us. He absolutely loves his teacher in the junior pre-K class, Ms. Jessica. All the staff are so great. I would recommend this school for anyone who needs someone to care for their child! The camera service is my favorite. It’s nice to be able to see what they are doing during the day!

Mandy Newton

We have been at Faith Academy for the past five years. The staff is attentive, kind, and love our children! Most importantly they love Jesus! From ones to Jr-K the school works with helping our children excel in the classroom! I highly recommend Faith Academy to anyone looking for a Christian based- Preschool! ❤️

Shermanesha Williams

We nice school! Love that we are able to watch what our son is doing through out the day.... the administration crew really listens and hears your concerns which is very important...

FPA in Olive Branch is great! I have never had a bad experience. Lemisha is always there for anything that you need. Great staff as well.

Matt Douglass

1/23/2019 We have been exceptionally pleased with FPA in our 2 years of attendance. My daughter looks forward to going to school each day and seeing her teachers and friends. Despite having to care for all of our monsters everyday (can you imagine), the teachers still manage to display an admirable demeanor and genuine interest in the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of the kids. I am at a loss for what more one could ask for. In fact, I am quite grateful to everyone on staff at Faith and could not imagine trusting anyone other than Ms. Brooke and her team with the incredible responsibility of helping us raise our little girl. I would encourage anyone in the market for child care to, at the very least, consider speaking with someone at Faith. You owe it to your monster to source the best candidates to care for them on a daily basis; Faith Preschool Academy is certainly worth having on that list.

Nicole McLennan

Christian Education. Safe and clean environment. Balanced diet. Loved children. Happy staff. What more can you ask for in a preschool! My son has been at Faith Olive Branch for the past year and we love it. After moving from London, UK where he was settled, finding the right school for him was crucial and Faith has not disappointed.

Lauren Royal

I have currently been sending my children there for 3 years now! My oldest son is now in Pre-k and I'm so surprised each day with all that he learns. I absolutely love his teacher Mrs. Emily and all that she does to teach, care, and love on my baby. My second child started in the infant room and I was blown away with how amazing his teachers were. Unfortunately, God had other plans for him and he passed away peacefully in his sleep on night. Faith Preschool Academy was there for us every step of the way! I had more people in attendance to his funeral than I ever dreamed of. Now my third child is currently in the infant room. I was greeted with sincerity due to my protectiveness of my baby. Now he is 10 months old and meeting all the milestones that I have prayed for. I can't recommend Faith enough to everyone just because the teachers are absolutely phenomenal and I love the families and friends I've made along the way in our community.

Ashley Campbell

I have had a years experience with the daycare at Faith on Davidson. With the recent changes that they daycare made, I feel that it has greatly improved. Teachers seem happier which is always nice when your dropping off your kids with a teacher having a more positive attitude. I would recommend this location as I have no big issues. I feel that my child is in great care while I am away. Its always clean, organized and appears to be a fun environment for the kids.

Tracey Combes

I am absolutely thrilled with this preschool. My daughter has been attending since she was a year old and is now three years old. The staff is very informative, and communication is wonderful. I receive daily emails with updates about her day and also receive photos of her doing the daily activities. Its a very reassuring feeling knowing she is being taken care of and they love her just like I do. We are trusting these teachers and mentors with our most prized possession and I am so thankful for them! Tracey Combes

Faith preschool academy at olive branch has been nothing short of eventful. If i could give a zero i would. My child has been going since 2015 and it has been one rollercoaster. From refusing my child to go to the bathroom and letting her urinate on herself (something she has never done at home) to letting her walk around with one shoe on the entire day (after urinating on herself) even when letting the teacher know to contact me if anything goes wrong due to having a flexible work schedule. Be aware as well this school has allowed 20 plus children in a classroom setting with only one teacher..at this point, i did not want to immediately remove my child from her friends as i thought things got better... To the final straw being the teacher snatching the blanket from my child pushing her down on the mat and then aggressively picking her up to lay her straight on the mat with resulting in my child hitting her head on the wall (the mat was next to a wall). It appeared that the teacher was visibly upset that my child was the last to go to sleep. It was all on video in which we (the parents) saw. There was not any audio so we couldn't hear what was said or if my child was crying, but I could definitely tell that she was as she laid there motionless. I could tell my child was traumatized of this event because she came home and said to me "the teacher hit me on the head to the wall" (my child is 4 and she loves this teacher) The school was notified the same day to the director (who down played the incident). The director didn't apologize. This teacher was not suspended as she was at work the next day and has not been fired as she is still currently working at this location. The operations manager and one of the owners stated that the teacher was reprimanded but as a parent I have seen nothing done besides letting us not pay the last two weeks. I guess that was their way to appease us. I removed my child from this school immediately, and took her to the doctor. I want to warn parents of this school. If you choose to have your child at this school please be aware that they condone this type of behavior and nothing will be done. Be cautious of this facility, as it's not being ran ethically. Everything has been reported and this teacher has gotten a slap on the wrist and is still working with children daily. I'm very disappointed in Faith Preschool Academy.

Irik D.

We have the utmost faith in the care our children receive from FPA. Our kids enjoy coming to school each day and get an amazing education. Can't say enough about how blessed we are to have FPA for our family.

Lynn Barker

I love the patience Ms Kelsea in the twoddlers B room has. My granddaughter has a mind of her own and she just takes it all in stride. At this age, their little personalities are new each day, you never know how they will be.
