Moved to the area a few months ago and was in need of daycare for my 2year old. We looked at a few facilities before choosing this center. After touring the facility I felt confident that my child would have a warm and nurturing environment. Unfortuantley that was not the case- thus the reason they have 2 stars I wont say that they are a horrible facility but this was not the for me. communication is poor, I didn't get the sense my daughter was bonding with anyone or that any of the teacher had a desire to bond with her. while we were the only black family there I hope this was not the reason, but im not so sure. In the first week I knew it was not a comfortable adjustment for me and I gave it a few more additional weeks after speaking with the director and the assistant director with no change- we eventually had to pull her out and she is at another center and I cant say enough about and she has only been there two weeks, but I can say that I am completely comfortable dropping her off and walking out the door and her teachers and her have already bonded. The lack of security and comfort that I received at KB Maynard.

Both of my boys are an amazing experience with the staff and teachers at KB! The teachers are very caring and respectful to both the students and parents. I have been a public school kindergarten teacher for 18 years and I am proud to be a member of the Maynard KB center! My son is now turning 5 and will attend Green Meadow in the fall. I am sad to not see the teachers and staff each day! I have recommended KB to many friends and families and they also have appreciated the love and high expectations from the teachers at KB. I will miss them!
