I expect that a transportation buisness be on time on a some what regular basis. Our bus driver is consistently inconsistent!! One day she is 5 minutes early the next day she is 15 minutes late. It makes it very difficult for those of us that have a long commute for our jobs. Also when it is super cold outside its hard to know when is the right time to send her to the bus drop. Super frustrating. We are in March. I addressed the concern in September and there has been no change.
