I don't typically write reviews and I honestly. don't know where to start.My children have been attending this center for a few years.There have been SO MANY staff changes that I lost track.Things have gone DOWNHILL since Miss Amber and Miss Jessica left. The building is older and not very appealing and the middle common hallway area is ALWAYS DIRTY it could use a good deep cleaning and SEVERE MOPPING.You can drop your kid off in one room and pick them up in another with NO NOTICE TO PARENTS.The The 3 ladies in the office (Natasha,Asia, &Erin (when she's actually available) DON'T GREET YOU OR AKNOWLEDGE YOU (especially Natasha)!which I find quite rude and not very customer servicish when you enter or exit the building.The office is ALWAYS FILTHY.The management skills (or lack there of) is TERRIBLE.The director (Erin) is NEVER AVAILABLE .God forbid you need assistance or have a general question and when she is there she seems to be INCOMPETENT or has her face in her phone.The assistant director miss Natasha is nice but seems to have no communication with Erin because I always seem to get a different response or excuse as to why something isn't complete.Miss Asia is nice also but has became snobbish and unwilling to help since her promo and will tell me to talk to management which she's apart of.(which brings me back to LACK OF COMMUNICATION) .Miss Natasha and Miss Asia will call you NUMEROUS times,send letters,try to stop you and talk about personal payments in front of other families basically HARASS you over payments and try to charge late fees all of a sudden.If you're late picking up do to traffic they pick and choose who they want to give late fees too.I've personally witness them give late fees to some parents but not others of there race.( Caucasian).I received a letter stating that I had to submit paperwork on my children or they couldn't return but I submitted birth records and physicals NUMEROUS times because they can't seem to keep up with things (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL).On a positive note there are some nice teachers there.Miss Angela is always pleasant at welcoming my children at drop off in the mornings and giving hugs and goodbyes at pick up. Miss Teayuh always has a smile and is very helpful at checking my swipes for me whenever I ask she also welcomes my little ones as well.My oldest absolutely LOVES Miss Abbie, Adejah ,and Jasmine and gets excited about coming to school to see them.My niece recently toured the 2's classroom and stated that Miss Shawn and Evonee were welcoming and pleasant and even interacted with my nephew,which made her feel good since finding daycares can be scary.Hopefully with a new management team or bring back Miss Kelly,Miss Tracy Amber and Jessica this place can get back on track because my children will not be returning after this summer,which is sad because they have been here for what seems like forever and have many memories and friendships.

We love taking our son to this daycare. He loves playing and learning there and his teachers treat him with the individualized care he needs, while also helping him grow into a kind, caring person.
