We’ve really tried to believe in this place and I feel like they finally have the piece that’s been missing there. The new director is amazing so far. Such a bright personality and she’s so sweet to my daughter. We had a lot of issues towards the beginning, and of course they aren’t perfect. But I’m finally starting to feel comfortable sending my babygirl here, hopefully it stays this way because our little guy will be joining them later this year. My daughter also loves Miss Deja & Miss Heather & of course her primary teacher, Mrs. Debbie

My daughter attended this "daycare" for 4 months about 18 months ago. I had to pull her out because one of the teachers started spreading lies to the rest of the staff and some parents that my child was autistic and that I had confided that in her. My daughter was never in that teacher's classroom, it wasn't true, and it was never even suspected by anyone. If it had been true, it still would have offended me that she lied that I told that to her and she felt the need to spread it. While she herself, had a great couple of teachers, they all left as fast as they could. I'm so glad I pulled her out over a year ago so she could thrive at the school where she is now. They had even skipped her up a level from PreK to K last year at her new school. The staff has recently been leaving as quickly as they can.

It was our first time leaving our son before beginning work again and after meeting the staff and observing the love and care they had for my son, my husband and I made the best decision to place him in their care! Great staff!

Theyre under new management and the new admins are amazing!

My daughter has been enrolled at Rainbow for over 3 years. First at Castleton and then here at Perry. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this center to other parents. It used to be spectacular, but after many failed changes in management, it does not meet any standards that you would expect from a center of this caliber.

Great safe place! The Southport location is a beautiful clean facility! My child was never ill, and never hurt while in their care. However as a single mom, it's was to pricey to continue. There is one other major concern, the site director position changed 3 times in less than a year, with alot of staff members here today and gone tomorrow as well, another reason why it was no longer a good fit for my child. Stability is important, and that wasn't being displayed there.

I wish I could only put zero star. The director who use to run this, no longer there so hopefully they found some good change, was a horrible director. She had no idea what she was doing, nor did her assistant. They lied, cheated people out of money, and threw there employees under the bus when really it was there responsibility. They aim to ruin lives. The sad part is that they ignore real problems. Pushing them aside rather than taking action. I also believe she got a job at another Rainbow, hopefully she was fired. This woman does not have the skills for any high ranking job. I just hope that someone reads this and finds it helpful. I haven't been there recently, so they may have some changes. But, last I heard they were still falling apart. They need to be shut down or really find someone with correct skill sets and ability to love their team. That is what makes a good leader. I hope that they learn from the mistakes made. And before hiring MAKE sure they have done the requirements, (CPR training and First Aid) BEFORE the employee is working. So, they know what they are doing. Also, checking up to make sure an employee isn't over worked.. and are doing okay.

Great Facility and Great Teachers. They have fast management turnaround, which indicates a problem with corporate. The teachers are great though and were constant the 6 months were there. My son loved his teachers and they were nice.

My child went here for a year and during that time, there were two violations that put them on a probationary status, three different directors and countless teachers and assistants. It's very hard on the children at the preschool and pre-k level to have six or seven different teachers a year. My child attended the Summer Camp and they provided a list of all these activities that they were going to do, but didn't end up doing any of them. She spent almost half of the time there watching movies and TV shows. Finally, they won't turn off my auto-pay, so I keep getting billed and they refuse to refund the money. I'm guessing legal action will be required to get that money back.

Do NOT take your child here. There was a recent incident where a child was hurt on the premises, but not reported to the parents. CPS had to do an investigation to get the truth to come to light. They have had 3 regime changes in 3 years. The director who opened this center was AMAZING. She LOVED the kids and the parents. Sadly, she left the center to further pursue her dreams. The second director tried to fill the shoes of the first, but never quite got there. She played favorites, and had no clue what was going on half the time in the center. This was also the director who assisted in hiding the child who got hurt. The new director is a tyrant, and parents are pulling their kids out in droves! This used to be a great place, one where my child LOVED to go. We have removed my child from this center, and won't be going back. You have been warned!

This center is great. As a new mother I am comfortable leaving my daughter in the care of others. I also enjoy that they teach her the baby signs. She is learning to communicate with me so early.

My granddaughter has been attending part time for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience. There have been some management changes and new classroom changes but, overall it has been fine. It's a nice clean facility that serves nutritious meals.

I mean aside from the director using my name for a reference I didn't approve or send their way, I have had no issues with this daycare, my son loves going there and his teacher's are absolute sweethearts.

I registered my child only for 5 weeks since it will be the last month in my college years. So, I got 3 reported in only the first 16 days!! My child have been hit by other child and it was okay for me the first time because I know that children are playing together. However, the second time was one child bite my kid in his shoulder and it was really horrible and he cries whenever I touch the bite. The director still saying we are sorry it happens quickly and we will be lie if we tell you that it will not happen again!! since they are children and they play and fight about toys! I told her where are the teachers!!!!!!!! The third time where I decided to pull his out from this horrible place, when my husband went to picked him up and found that there are 3 bloody ancients under my child eye!! The director didn't give my husband any report! guess why? she said we don't know who did this?? WHAT ?? how you don't know who did this, she said your child never cry or has any tears and we didn't notice that!!! my husband tried to get a report so we can upload all the three reports and complain about them. He finally got the report and simply when I told her that my child will never come again, she said you must notify us 2 weeks before What! I am caring about my child and you talking about money and noticing!!! I left the daycare and cancel the Auto Payment so they can't charge me anymore. My child only attend from 8Nov- 1Dec 2017. So only 16 days and got 3 reports all of them are against my child because he have been hit by others and no one watch them!!!! WARNING!!
