We have had our children enrolled here since we moved to Brownsburg in the summer if 2017. The care is excellent and we have no issues at all. The staff are all friendly and accommodating for our families needs. I would absolutely stand behind my recommendations for Rainbow Child Care.

DO NOT ENROLL HERE!!!!! Management is horrible; they treat you like dirt UNLESS you are lucky enough to be "inner circle." Inner circle gets to sit in the office and do nothing for most of the day, leave the classrooms out of ratios constantly, do little to no work, and yet still get all the praise as if they are the best thing in the world. Management likes to make the employee's that they don't want lives living hell just to make them quit. An example, they know you prefer not to work in a room...that's where they put you, and they'll say "Sorry, but that's where we need you." They know you can't work past a certain time, "Sorry, I KNOW it doesn't work for YOU, but it works for ME and the center." Even if you are the Lead teacher in a room and therefore suppose to be in your room at all times, they will pull you to be in other rooms, so that way you aren't with your kids...all to try to get you to leave. Why? Because Management doesn't like you, no other reason, she doesn't like you, doesn't care, and wants to make your life hell. Half the toddlers got Hand, Foot, and Mouth and sent home and nothing was done to clean (other than normal cleaning)....half the Preschool end got Pink Eye, and nothing was done (other than normal cleaning)...Parents noticed all these children getting sick...This place is NOT a healthy environment. Those toys do NOT get cleaned as they should. I never saw toys (other than my own when I did it) get bleached and cleaned when these sickness' were going around! Over the Summer a child was left ALONE for over a half an hour...and the teachers responsible...got PROMOTED, nothing got reported till AFTER someone outside the building reported it, and those same teachers responsible STILL work at Rainbow, both Brownsburg and Zionsville locations. A lot of teachers there think it is okay to talk about alcohol, partying and weekend habits in front of the children, and when it was mentioned to management...because those teachers were "inner circle" nothing was done. Depending on what room you go into you better be prepared to do ALL the work...some teachers see someone come in and then refuse to do work and just have you do everything and you are stuck doing everything because you are there to be the help. Don't bother telling management that you did everything because they will just say "Well look into it" but nothing will get done. Each classroom has a Ratio Infants 1 Teacher to 4 babies -- Toddlers 1 teacher to 5 toddlers -- young preschool 1 teacher to 7 young preschoolers -- Preschool 1 teacher 10 preschoolers...and so on...we all have a "Ratio" number....but that is a JOKE. You are left out of ratio ALL THE TIME if you are "lucky" enough to have an "inner circle" person as a co-worker in your room. That person will just up and leave you with nearly DOUBLE the kids in your room be gone for 20 minutes at a time and come back as if nothing happened....what does management do? Nothing. If you somehow get in trouble...be careful because the Assistant Director will talk about you to literally everyone that will listen and then the whole building will know. If not, she'll leave an email up on her computer and then the whole building will read it because that computer is used for use to clock in and out on. I'm sure that was an "accident" though. If the Teacher doesn't like the child's PARENT...that won't stop them from saying bad things about the parent around the child...and if you think management would stop this because it's extremely unprofessional to do so....think again. They didn't care when it was brought to their attention. Honestly, if I could give NO stars, I would. If you have kids there, pull them, GET THEM OUT. If you are thinking about taking your kids there, DONT. This is not a good place..it is NOT worth the money. Advice to Corporate---GET A NEW DIRECTOR!

The experience for our second child had been very different. Once first child was about 3, there quality deteriorated. We moved him to a different school once potty trained. The younger child started out okay but slowly we noticed quality issues. Kids were allowed to watch tablets in an uncontrolled environment. Now that our child is potty training, there is zero potty training happening at school. Any progress that might be made over the weekend is completely lost because they are not reminded or encourage to use the potty. Tablet use is still caught even after corrective actions are promised. Would not recommend going forward and if we were not so close to transitioning to pre school, different arrangements would be a priority.

2 Kids enrolled here and have never had any issues. All staff is extremely friendly and the environment is fun and bright. They go above and beyond to include the families in activities and keep us well informed of what is happening with our kids throughout the day.

We called 2 months ago to reserve a spot for our children. They lady we talk to said yes she will put us on a list. We asked if the kids would defiantly be able to attend. She said yes, that she reserved our spot. There would be a $75 registration fee and to come in mid July to fill out registration and pay the fee. Today we came in and there is now no list. The director was on maternity leave and knows nothing about it. Now we can't get our kids into a day care because it's 2 weeks until a school year. Left us in a terrible position and when it comes to your children this is very I'm acceptable. The worst child care expeirence for us to date.

My experience so far are great....clean, the staff members enthusiastic, and it is a "God- Sent" environment. Recommend to all...oh oh! FREE DIAPERS for babies 2 yrs old and under....Very friendly establishment!!!!! Thanks Rainbow Child Care of Brownsburg!

We have had a wonderful experience with my 3 year old since we moved there this summer. Caring staff, and my daughter loves her teachers and is happy when I take her to school and pick her up. She is learning a lot as well and talks to us about her lessons at school. We love Rainbow Brownsburg!

What a bright, fun, center! We enrolled our children here because of the gym space, bright and clean classrooms and friendly staff. Any concerns we've had with the care of our children have been addressed in a timely and professional manner. Fun family activities are planned periodically to give everyone a chance to meet other parents and see their children in action!
