My son has been going to KinderCare since he was 8 months old. The level of care that has here is exceptional. It is evident that care providers truly love the kids they look after and my son has grown by leaps and bounds since he started here. Ms. Brittany, especially, is wonderful; my son loves her so much!

We enjoy all the teachers and staff at this location. It is an inviting and welcoming environment. My son enjoys being here everyday.

After 5 years, I finally decided to write a review about this horrible place. I had the worst experience ever at this daycare. One day as I was going to check on my one year old, I saw his teacher/nanny on her way out for lunch break and she mentioned that the receptionist is taking over her classroom. I heard a loud noise coming from my son's classroom and I asked my colleague who joined me that day, to look through the window. She couldn't believe what she saw and she told me to take a look. It was the receptionist or the old witch as I should call her changing for my baby while hand gagging him because he was crying. when I saw this I opened the door instantly and she picked up my son with no diaper on and claimed that she was trying to calm him down so he won't wake up the other kids. I was in a shock that day. I left my job the next day so I can stay home with my son because I was unable to trust anyone with him after this incident. I never reported this incident before but today I was going through my e-mail and saw one of the pictures that Kelly Majors the centers director had sent me of my son at that time and saw his swollen eyes from crying so much probably and remembered this horrible incident. I did report it his to the director of the center, Kelly Majors, at the time but she wasn't cooperative. Her excuse was that this receptionist has been with them for so long and she has never done anything like this before. She even refused to go back to the cameras and check. She claimed they were not working.

I will be fair about this review. First, when I came liked the building, people very welcoming, they showed us how much they care about the kids. BUT when I came to drop my kids, I found a young guy in the room babysetting the kids. I just could see the kids around doing stuff and he is doing his own stuff like he is just one of them there to play. My kid first day came clean and learned some letters then next days she came like she was playing in the mud!, no care whatsoever. Last thing, I promise you they will harass you about the payment even if you late one day or just forgot, there will be a late fee, you have to bring a check( even if you don't carry a check book you have to make one just for them to pay them), they don't accept any cards!!. You have to tell them ahead time if your kids is not coming that week or they will charge you the full week with no mercy !. Just Few minutes from them, there is another daycare( I don't want to mention the name because I'm not making ads for them) they are total opposite. We want to this place thinking it would be better but we regretted it, we had to go back to the old one. Never ever ,,,,,,

The directors and teachers are so welcoming and patient with the children. They all truly made me feel at ease on my son's first day of school today!!
