I absolutely love ABC&123 LEARNING CENTER.... The staff is so nice nd very friendly. They have cameras in all classes and a buzzing monitor to get into the building.The preciousstatus app is AMAZING it let's you see how your child's day is going and that helps me as a mother get a piece of mind while in away at work

Wonderful facility.... I have a peace of mind that my baby is okay there. I get email updates with pictures all day. Everybody basically knows my baby by her name and they are all very friendly. Very satisfied!!

Great place if your looking for a preschool/daycare. I love the fact that they email me though out the day and send pics of my child informing me of what their doing or learning. Staff is also nice and friendly!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company as a whole is unethical and does not use integrity as they claim. To make a very long story story, I was hired and fired after two days of employment. Needless to say, I resigned from the position I held at the time to accept this one as I had hoped it would be a step toward advancement in my career as an early childhood professional. In the short time I was there I was made to feel unimportant and inferior, my time and my personal did not matter to the employers. After discussing a certain daily schedule, the following day when it was time for me to leave I was told I could not even though my child was waiting stranded for me to arrive. The director was taking a personal call on her cell at the time and when I informed her that I was leaving (15 AFTER my scheduled out time) I was informed quite nasitly that "I don't tell her Im leaving, I ask to leave"! She went on to say that since I was already late to pick up my child that she could continue to wait and "what was the difference"? The following day I was accused of being rude, and having a bad attitude. The owners then came to location to terminate me. When I asked to be provided with a separation letter stating the reason for discharge and a copy of the employee handbook, my requests were ignored. Subsequently, when I filed for unemployment benefits they were denied because employer stated that I was let go for lying on my application. There is a culture of bullying by management, office staff are made to "ask" her to use the restroom. Ridiculous! The location of my training (Avon) was unkept and the classrooms smelled of urine. When I asked the teacher about the smell I was told there was mold. I wish I could tell the entire story but its far too detailed. Please do your reserach before accepting a position with this company. I have been unemployed and without income for 5 weeks and have finally decided to speak out after finding out about the untruths told in order to deny my unemployment benefits. They claim to have a culture of honestly when they clearly are not. They even spy on employees through cameras off site! Be warned.

ABC & 123 learning center in Avon IN is the best. They are reliable and very detailed when it comes to our children. They have made our experience with registration easy and clear. My children felt like at home from the moment they arrived on their firs day. The personnel is very nice and what I love the most was the low and warm voice they used with me and my children. I think this was the key in keeping the children calm. My children felt safe from the moment they arrived

The center is nice and clean, the staff is professional and friendly, and we definitely like the educational curriculum outlined. I recommend this daycare provider because they’re very warm welcoming. My daughter loves this daycare and always tells me how much fun she has after I pick her up. I also love the fact that the daycare loves to do activities with the kids. Like take the kids skating and things like that. To get them outside of the daycare. I really appreciate it a lot thank you ABC and 123 Learning Center!!!!

My friend recommended ABCs and 123s, and she knows how particular I am about my babies. My children just started a couple weeks ago, and they absolutely love it. I love that there is always somebody at the front desk to greet you. I also appreciate that they gave the children a rose to give to their mother, sometimes it is the small things that mean the most. I also inquired about summer activities and can I just say FUN, FUN, AND MORE FUN!!! Yay!!!!

My son Andrew Dean is his first time going to a school!! Im so excited for him...when I drop him off everyday he cries, however, when I pick him up..he doesn't want to leave!! I love the staff..everyone is so nice , helpful, and understanding....I love the fact that I'm able to view my son's progress, either by app on my phone or by coming into the school and watching on the TV Screen...Thank you so much for making my son's first day of school so enjoyable. I went to tour this facility and this is a amazing facility from what I saw. I saw a young boy in the 2 1/2 yr old class and he was crying while laying down sleeping and one of the teachers was rubbing him down to calm him down. I thought that was a very good thing to do.

My children have just started there over 2 weeks ago. So far my kids say that they love it. I love the friendly attitude and atmosphere. They always greet you and talk to you treat you like family. The kids have fun and it small which makes it feel more intimate. Staff is always professional, they update you all day on your child’s activities and behavior in your email and keep track of everything. They even pay attention and report if something happens to your child. I love this because the last daycare on township line road (abacus) were the complete opposite. So it feels good to have a place you can trust. I hope this place goes better than the last.

I haven't needed a daycare center for the last 17 years. So far, all the staff I've met has eased my mind. Finding a reliable daycare these days is stressful. I absolutely love my children's daycare! It's the 1st facility I've felt comfortable with the environment and staff members caring for my children. All staff are courtesy and polite. I also love receiving the picture mail of my child's learning experiences! My school aged child enjoyed her fun filled summer on every field trip.

This school is great! My parents took a tour of the school fell in love with it and said she had to go there because she had a tantrum when it was time to leave. My daughter hates going to school. I went to take a look for myself and I could not believe how impressed I was. It was clean, there was structure and all the teachers were friendly! Just finished my enrollment paperwork.

It was a super long journey looking for a place that really fit my daughter , but after walking into ABCs and 123s my journey was over the staff are always extremly caring and involved in the children. Once she started they took to her and made me feel so comfortable leaving her there with them. Its so amazing how even the staff in the office know her , not just know of her! I really really recommend ABCs and 123s to any and all parents. If your looking for sweet , loving & caring staff ABCs is where to be!!

Learning center is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly, they work with you. Most of all i chose this daycare because of the security and safety and the fact that I can have an app on my phone that keeps me updated with my daughter throughout the day. I feel my daughter is going to learn new things and enjoy her classroom!

I have worked with this company for over a year, and also take my children there. The management is great there they always make sure their clients are happy. My kids have always complained about previous centers that they have went to but never this one. The owners are always on site weekly and that is a WONDERFUL asset to me. I love working for them and wouldnt want my kids anywhere else.

THE DAYCARE IS WILLING TO ACCEPT ANY CHILD AT ANYTIME(UNDERSTAFFED AND OVER BOOKED WITH KIDS.) THERE MAIN CONCERN IF FUNDING FROM CCDF. CLEANLINESS OF FACILITY COULD ALWAYS BE BETTER. IF I COULD GIVE ABC'S AND 123 ZERO STARS I WOULD. THE SUPERVISOR (STEPHANIE) HAS A KNOWN GROUP OF EMPLOYEES THAT SHE FAVORS. MY DAUGHTER WAS AT THIS CENTER FOR 6 MONTHS AND I OVER HEARD EMPLOYEES COMPLAIN DAILY OF NO SUPPLIES. AFTER SEEING THERE WAS NO HAND SOAP IN MY CHILD'S CLASSROOM FOR OVER A WEEK I WENT AND PURCHASED SOME MYSELF. ( THIS BEING DONE AFTER MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS)THE ONLY ART WORK I RECEIVED FROM MY CHILD WAS ON A SHEET OF PRINTER PAPER (VERY THIN AND NOT GREAT QUALITY FOR PAINTING ) YOU HAVE NOW BEEN WARNED!!! ENTER THIS CENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. AND MY GOD BLESS!

I visited the center and did a walkthrough with Rona. Everything was in place and the center smell and look clean. I was amazed with the cameras in every class, they was up and running. I’m nervous but also know that my 4 month old would be in good hands. Thank you Rona for making this visit a breeze.

I was searching for Daycare till CCDf send me the lists of daycares Around me. When I google for search, this was one of the daycare that was close to me, so decided to apply. As soon as I got to the daycare it was like a dream come true they were so welcoming and helpful and help me take care of all my paperwork’s. When school started and my son was pick up on his first day, he couldn’t stop talking about this place .so I feel that This daycare was gonna be a good one for him. Which make me feel safe and happy

I’ve been struggling to find a good daycare. I’m really particular about where I want my son to be taken care of and how. When I first visited this daycare I was impressed by the cleanliness from front to back. That’s a big eye opener for me because I don’t like dirty daycares. I’ve had horrible experiences with that. Everyone was friendly and nice. Welcoming. I think my son will enjoy it there . I love the fact that his teachers are older. That’s a big deal for me I prefer my child to be taken care of by older ppl that know more and care more. I think this is the perfect daycare for us so far I have no complaints. My child has started yet but first impression is everything and I was much impressed. I’m ready to experience this new adventure for us. I pray for the best.

My experience with the staff is awesome. I have a child whom has ADHD. Anyone who know a child with ADHD can be a handful. With been a mother of three and having one that needs a lot love and attention. I can honestly say with the understanding and support I have for the staff in regards to my child makes me feel awesome. It's good to know that yet we aren't just another dollar on there payroll. It's awesome that they communicate with me in regards to how my child is doing rather it's good or bad I want to know it all. They are either communication via email or precious which is my eyes since I'm not there during the day. Knowing that the staff and I are working extremely had to make the environment better for my child to be able to participate just like any other kids and not been singled out is an awesome feeling. Sometimes this situation can be extremely overwhelming but they reassurance they give me let me know hey we will get through this together. And I'm very thankful for the patience, the guidance and any help giving.
