My precious daughter Ariana started at TLE at 14 months. She loves it there and I do as well. Teachers are caring and have a great balance between teaching and having fun. School campus has a good security system which is so important!

Immaculate facilities and the latest technology which includes interactive/touchscreen boards. I love that it has two big areas for the kids to play, the regular playground which is really big and full of toys, and then a cute and huge area that simulates a typical American street where kids pretend doing grocery shopping or being a firefighter. The best part is that this area has a slide where kids land on a pool full of balls. I made the tour with my son and he didn't want to leave! Super excited about my kids going here.

Could not ask for a better place to care for my baby. She started there at 4 months and she is now a flourishing 9 month old. I owe so much to everyone there! It is the most welcoming, clean and fun place (even for me!)

I totally love this place for my son. The environment is full of joy and nice people. All the classrooms are always beautifully decorated and clean. All the rooms are amazing, they have an indoor playground which is very convenient for this crazy weather of Miami. The curriculum is outstanding and they have excellent material support, including actualized learning technology.

My daughter has been going to the TLE on Biscayne over a year now and she definitely loves it. She is always excited to see her teachers and classmates. Amazing child care center!!! Immaculate facility, professional and friendly staff and most importantly - state of the art educational curriculum! My son loved this daycare from the first time we went to do an orientation tour. He kept talking about the elephant (the center's mascot) that he met there and kept asking to go back. A daycare where my child actually wants to be - amazing concept!

I'm really sorry to hear that Toshi Summerfield, but I have to disagree. I've been taking my girl to the school for a year now with more than 6 moths in that class. I have no words to express my gratitude to the school for such a great environment for my daughter and for choosing a professional and really sweet teachers for the class. Elisa has learned so much: colors, numbers, manners and friendship. Her primary teacher is always very sweet, caring and aware of every kid in the classroom. She manages to be with a group of toddlers with very few crying and lots of happiness. Additionally, Paul and Mildrey in charge of the school, are always there, with doors open to chat and take action for every comment, complain or compliment. The have my complete trust and would recommend TLE Byscaine to all moms.

My son is almost 2 years old and he has been in TLE since 18 months. I couldn't be happier with this school. The staff is so friendly. Teachers are highly skilled, caring and loving with children. Most importantly my son loves it there. He flourished when he started attending TLE. I am so thankful for everything they do for my son. Special huge THANK YOU to Mrs. Galata Cordero. I have two children, one is almost three and the other is 1 year old. They have both been in this daycare since they are 3 months old from 8:30am until 5:30pm, 5 days a week. They are so intelligent, walking and talking before they are expected to. They are ALWAYS happy to go to school. Neither one of them cry when I drop them off. The older one tells me she loves her teacher. They make sure they eat and nap and have routine which is so important. They have amazing lesson plans. Getting a nanny or staying at home with the kids doesn't compare to taking them to this amazing daycare because here they learn, socialize and they grow. This daycare has more than exceeded my expectations. They are clean, they are helpful and knowledgeable.. honestly I could go on forever but the bottom line is that .. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them for you babies and kids.

Parents PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Listen to my warning. My daughter starting here when she was just a tiny baby and she did fantastic until we ended up in the dreadful TWADDLER classroom. This room has three infant workers who are not fit to be around children. There regular routine is too scream and yell and the children instead of showing guidance and love. On April 21, 2017 a parent walked into my daughter’s classroom and witnessed one of the daycare teachers physically shove her down on a changing table with enough force to ensue a screaming fit from my child. Can you imagine as a mother what your feelings would have been if you walked in a room and saw someone physically assault your child. My daughter at the time is 21 months and not able to defend herself against a grown woman whose job it is to keep her safe and teach her. After the shoving incident if that wasn’t bad enough that same parent witnessed the other disgusting teacher drag my daughter by one arm while she is elevated from the floor with one shoe on screaming from her arm being pulled no doubt in pain. When I learned of this incident the school seemingly acted swift and fast telling me they fired the teacher who shoved my daughter. So I ask you, when someone says that a person is fired does that mean they are transferred to the kitchen and later returned to another classroom to do harm to other children? Well that was there definition of fired. Even though we specifically insisted that this lady NEVER BE ALLOWED BACK IN THE BUILDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! …………Instead I was met one day while picking up my daughter by this woman’s face glaring back at me with her evil eyes. I wanted nothing more than to give her the same treatment she showed my child but I remained calm and I picked my daughter up never to return again. I will tell this story to whoever will listen because this business should not be standing. Paul Arevalo and Mildred (the Director) should never be allowed to be in the same presence as children. They have made it their mission to fire great teachers and bring in staff that could care less about the welfare of our children. For them to know that one of their teachers physically assaulted a child and to then fire that teacher and to lie to the parents about it is downright disgusting. I will be making my please to every agency I can to make sure that they will not have the ability to do this to another parent who just wants their child to learn and be loved.

I sat out front in my car and watched about 6 little kids ripping the stickers off the front window for about 10 minutes with no adults watching them, finally I looked the number up and called to inform them 6 toddlers were destroying their sign with no supervision around. I wouldn't send my kid there

Stay away from this daycare! Lack of communication. Great teachers don't last too long. The owner only cares about the tuition that you pay. He can care less about the children. As a former teacher who worked at the daycare for almost two years, I can only say nothing but amazing, positive and wonderful things about the daycare/Preschool. All of the reviews are from parents but I think it would be insightful for parents to read a review from a teachers perspective because we are there 8 hours a day, 5 times a week and we know what goes on behind the scenes. Please, give this center a chance because the owners, the administration and the teachers are truly in love with those kids. I myself still visit the center once in a while because of how much I miss the staff and especially the wonderful children. How could you not fall in love with these kids? It's was an honor being their teacher. I am a witness of the overflowing love the staff and administration has for all of the children attending TLE Biscayne and how everyone that works there treasures and cares very deeply for them. Also, Paul who is the owner is truly passionate about the quality of service we provide the parents and most importantly about the safety and education the children receive. There is extensive thought and work put on enhancing the kids curriculum in order for them to reach their full academic potential. From the bottom of my heart, I can say that if I had children of my own I would leave them in this center in a heartbeat because I know they would be in loving hands and as a parent I could't ask for more. To be able to know that when you drop your children off to school, they would be loved and cared for by passionate, loving teachers that genuinely care for them would be the greatest peace of mind. That is what you get if you place your child in this center. I have nothing to gain from this review, I don't even work here anymore but I have to let parents know that there are good people here whose passion are children. By the way Yesenia the business administrator is a gem and she has nothing but love for these kids, she is the heart of TLE Biscayne. Also, ALL the staff is amazingly loving but Ms. Martina, Ms. Enna, Ms. Galata, Ms. Tammy, and Ms. Sharon are true superstars because they take care of the children as if they were their own and go above and beyond! Thank you TLE Biscayne for being such a wonderful Team & family!

The staff only cares about money. My nephew's mom asked them if they have kindergarten and she lied and said yes he can go here again. So now my nephew should be in 4th grade but he is in 3rd grade. I tried to tell my sister that they dont have kindergarten by showing her their programs on their pamphlet but she didn't want to listen to me so there's nothing I could have done. Any way this happened a while ago and I'm still angry about it. I think about it a lot and it makes make angry how people could just not care like that.
