I can't imagine that there is anywhere you need to see five stars more than the facility that cares for your children. After having chosen a mid-priced daycare and experiencing a nightmarish incident with our seven month old, we found ourselves searching for a new care facility. You cannot judge on tuition alone, you must tour the competition. When you do, you will find that Goddard stands out like a beacon guiding you home. We LOVE Goddard and so does our son. The owners, director and teachers all genuinely care about our child and he has never been happier in the care of others. We are fairly certain he'd rather be playing at school than home with us. :) When we called for a comparison of tuition and care, we made lists of daycare facilities to consider. Only after meeting with Melissa, Wendy and Stephanie at Goddard did we realize that there is no comparison. Yoga, Music, Petting Zoo Visits, Sign Language, Art, Parent Days, Slumber Parties, Fairs and so much more. Goddard at Exton is the best!!

We love everything about Goddard. The location is wonderful (it means a lot not to have it set on a main road as it feels a lot more secure), the teachers are kind and clearly care for our daughter and all of the other kids in her class. We feel as though she's learning a lot and that all of the activities and special guests who come in really add to the value. We couldn't be more pleased and recommend Goddard Exton to anyone who is searching for the right care for their child.

High teacher turnover, teachers aren't required to have a degree, 25+ kids in one room, conflicting communication, unwillingness to read and properly execute IEPs. Overpriced for what it is.

Our twin daughters started the Goddard school in Exton at the age of 5 months old and are now 2 ½ years old and most recently our newest daughter started school at 5 ½ months old. I’m happy to say that they have received the most incredible care from all of the teachers at the Goddard School. My girls have learned things that I didn't even know were possible to do and understand at such a young age. They come home happy every day and tell us all the wonderful things that they have learned from their teachers. The teachers really love their jobs and it shows in all of the time, effort and dedication they put into each and every day; making sure that every child learns, has fun and feels loved. In addition, our youngest always has a smile on her face when we pick her up. The Goddard in Exton also utilizes modern technologies that allows parents to receive pictures & videos throughout the day so that you can see what your child is up to – that alone is priceless to get a peek into their day when you are at work.

We LOVE Goddard Exton! We had our children in this school from 2006-2013 and were so sad when it was time for our youngest to move onto elementary school. The owners do an exceptional job at hiring the best teachers. I couldn't have asked for a more loving and nurturing environment for my kids. I highly recommend this school!

Everything, truly, has been been wonderful with our daughter in the infant room. She's doing very well and learning so much! I especially appreciate how her teachers are respectful and encouraging her to grow and learn as much as she wants. They are an extraordinary group and I'm very grateful for their knowledge, support and care of our daughter.

We love the structure and positive reinforcement Goddard Exton provides. Our son has had such a wonderful response to the pre-school program. The daily reports are a great way to stay connected to his daily activities.

My son started at Goddard School in Exton about 2 months ago. I would make the same choice for a school for my son again in a heartbeat. I truly feel his teachers go out of their way to give him the love and attention we give him at home. Their goal isn't just to "babysit" our son, they want to help him learn and grow. He is exposed to reading, singing, music, yoga, and art, just to give a few examples. I love the daily photos and emails we receive about what he did that day from his teachers at school. My son is typically a cheerful and happy little guy, but he has been battling ear infections for the last month, and his teachers take the extra time to snuggle and console him when he is feeling sick. That alone means the world to me. We love Goddard!

Goddard School of Exton is unique from the moment you walk in the doors. You do not feel as if you are entering a child day care facility; it is a warm welcoming environment, to us it was like walking into a home/ school. A very loving environment for children to grow and learn. After 4 yrs we have enrolled our newest daughter in the infant room and she loves it! and this summer our oldest 4 yrs old will be attending camp and cannot wait to go back and see her friends and teachers. Best part is they are excited to see her too! hope you all have a great journey as we did.

Melissa is a horrible person and horrible contribution to this organization. She treats her staff horribly and be littles them. They provide no future or support for their staff and pay them minimum wage. They have numerous teachers who are forced to leave due to their incompetence, but that's what happens when your husband made you successful and pays your bills, right? I firmly believe in treat others how you want to be treated however that is not their motto one bit. Melissa is selfish, self centered and a truly ugly person inside and out. I highly suggest going to any other day care whose teachers are not extremely over worked, treated poorly and paid below the appropriate wage. 1600 a kid in the infant room and those teachers make about 12 bucks an hour..... truly shows you how much they care about their staff.

The program for the infants is great, they learn so much. I think it's wonderful to start the children early-on with exposure to art, music, culture, reading, etc. It's good preparation and a solid foundation for when they go to school. And the teachers are so kind and nurturing. We love it here and definitely recommend!

The Goddard School at Exton has been such a wonderful experience for our son. The attentiveness the teachers have to our sons needs is so much more than we could have ever hoped for. The teachers do all they can to work with our sons IEP and therapists. I love the daily structure, all of the ancillary programs such as yoga, gym and music; and the summer program is so fun and creative. The transition process to move children up from one room to the next is done with such thought so that it's not a shockingly drastic change for our little guy. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful the program and staff at Goddard are. The teachers are all so loving and we are thankful that they are part of our sons life. Goddard really is early learning and has been a huge part of helping our son catch up and develop along with other children his age (he was a premie and was behind on some of his milestones but not anymore). I have had experiences with other care facilities that really were not even on the same level as Goddard is. If you want the best for your child then Goddard is for you.

Great teachers and exceptional educational activities and plans -- I love how our daughter is exposed to so many ideas, activities and people. Your plans for each day are amazing -- I save your lesson/activity lists for ideas. Thank you!

As a parent and teacher I wanted to make sure I found a preschool where my daughter would not only feel safe and comfortable, but also be engrossed in academic activities. I feel The Goddard School in Exton does a great job with all of the above. I'm always excited and impressed by the variety of activities my daughter gets to experience within a single day. She really enjoys going to school and it 's great to know she is involved in so many hands-on age appropriate activities.

Staff is friendly, professional, and they truly love kids. I feel like my child learns and grows everyday at Goddard. It is not a place where my child goes for babysitting services, it is a school.

Chris Hall

Extremely expensive for a preschool. It will cost about the same as sending your child to college for a year. This is ridiculous. It cost less to send your child to a monastery school that includes swim class. I'll pass, no thank you

We love Goddard! My 23 month old daughter has been there since she was 18 months old (we had moved from Boston to PA at that time). She goes to Goddard part time, 2 full days a week and LOVES school days. She comes home talking about her teachers and friends, and singing the new songs she's learned. The activities/curriculum is really impressive and she really has a blast at school. Moving here quickly, I did a lot of online research and spoke with pretty much every daycare in the area over the phone. Goddard went out of the way to answer all of my questions and make us feel like our daughter would be well cared for--and that has been the case from day one. I really can't say enough great things about this place. Every transition, from when she first started after our move, to moving to a new classroom as she grows, is handled smoothly and with such care. The teachers are all so loving, welcoming, and professional. The administration is incredibly hands on and responsive. Every day we get photos from her class throughout the day (it is the best) and at the end of the day an emailed record of the day's activities, and a log of her nap, what she ate, and her diaper changes. Goddard sold me over the phone when I was first researching, and the not only have met my very high expectations, they have absolutely exceeded them.

They are transparent. They are Lively, Busy and Good for kids. They are caring like if the weather is too cold they keep children inside and in normal weather they take the kids out in proper dressings. The teachers try to make the kids more independent teach good habits which I can see in my kid. I like the small cozy Library most because my kid loves to spend hours in there although I cannot so I borrow few books every week and this is a very good facility. The Office staffs are approachable and solves our problems and confusions. I think I've chosen the best school in the town for my kid. Tadpole is a great Hit. My husband knows what my kid is doing in school. I would recommend everyone whom I know around me to send their child to Goddard, Exton, PA.

Both my boys were born premature. My oldest was 6 weeks premature and my youngest was 3 months premature. When they started at Goddard they were obviously not meeting milestones. But thanks to the wonderful teachers at Goddard they were receptive to working with my kids’ therapists and within a year of starting at Goddard they were both at or above average on all their milestones. In addition, my oldest started kindergarten this year and his standardized test scores at the begging of the year were those of a kid that had already completed kindergarten. My boys are 4 years apart and it’s great to see the same teachers that taught my oldest teaching my youngest. I have no idea what the average turnover rate is, but having been at another daycare before Goddard I have to believe it’s pretty low. Although it’s not cheap having the piece of mind that my kids are well taken care of and are being provided with a great education is worth it.

My 2.5 year old daughter has been going to the Exton Goddard School for about two months now, and I have already noticed tremendous growth. While I have always found her to be a quick learner, the attentiveness and constant interaction the children have with their teachers fosters learning in a fun way for the kids. My daughter now counts individual items, recognizes most letters (and will proudly shout them out as we pass billboards and store signs), and her fine motor skills and social skills are amazing. And to top it off, my daughter loves to go to school each day. While not the most inexpensive option out there, it is easily some of the best money we’ve ever spent. I can think of no better investment that my child’s learning, safety, happiness, and overall well-being.

I think it's great that C.J. gets to do yoga, fitness & music. He has so much fun that he doesn't want to leave at the end of the day!

"Goddard school is very much recommendable. We like all the various activities a child does and learn everyday. Should mention that the management and well trained teachers focus on every child's individual educational and developmental needs. As a parent of a toddler I definitely think Goddard school is a good choice for early education."

The curriculum is amazing - even at the infant level. Babies aren't just eating and sleeping all day. They are engaged in activities to help promote all types of skills. The staff is amazing - you really get the feeling that they care about the growth and well being of your child almost as much as you do! The school is also clean and welcoming. We couldn't be happier with the service of and communication from the school. AND our daughter loves her classroom and teachers!!

The staff at the Goddard School in Exton are like a second family to my children. When I drop my son and daughter off in the morning they are excited to see their teachers and classmates and they are always greeted with a smile and a hug. My children are happy, well-cared for, and both excel at their individual milestones. Every child attending this school is celebrated for their individuality and special care is taken to make all children feel included. The school has equipped us with great life lessons as my daughter reminds us regularly "we don't have best friends, everyone is our friend" and "you get what you get and you don't get upset"! The school has partnered with us to provide the best care for our children. We are thrilled to receive several daily updates and photos which enable us to share in our children's day and encourage great dinner table conversation. I couldn't be happier with the care being provided for our children and would highly recommend the Goddard School in Exton to friends and family.

I love the location as it's a bit more tucked away and not on a major road. I also love the many areas of play and the separate sleeping area in the infant room. I like that the teachers are knowledgeable and will make suggestions to benefit my son; I feel safe leaving him in their care.

Our son started at Goddard in Exton when he was just shy of 7 months old and I just wanted to express how happy we are with your school. As many parents, the idea of paying a mortgage for daycare was a rough one! However, I could not have imagined it going as well as it is! I feel like the money is definitely worth spending at your facility! The pictures and reports we receive daily of not only great learning but of the FUN our son has is so reasurring that we made the right decision to send him to Goddard in Exton. Thank you so much for all you do for him! :)

We started our Twins at the Exton Goddard school at 14weeks. As any new Mother will tell you, that first drop off day will be one of the hardest of your life. The Teachers and Staff at the School did everything possible to easy the pain of those first few days & weeks. Our girls adjusted so well to the warm and nurturing environment of the school. They participated in music, art, yoga & baby sign! The teachers captured these moments in pictures my husband and I were able to enjoy via email while at work. We recently relocated so we had to leave the school. We miss all of the loving teachers and if we ever moved back to the area, we would absolutely bring our girls back to this school.

The Goddard School of Exton has been a great experience for my son. The care he receives is excellent, and the knowledge he is gaining is invaluable. The weekly guests (yoga, music and fitness) are fantastic and continue to expose him to many different things. Additionally, the weekly lesson plans are creative, fun and interactive... all geared towards developing a love of learning within my son. The communication between teachers and parents is top notch... any question I have will be answered quickly and honestly. The staff are amazing. My son loves it, and I know his little sister will love it too!

We loved the Goddard school and our infant daughter did too. Even at nine months we were amazed how much she bonded with her teachers and missed them when she away from them.

My son started here part-time at 12 weeks old and is now 16 months. We absolutely LOVE the school! I can't say enough about the teachers and administrators. Some of our favorite things about the school are the friendly atmosphere, the activities offered for our child, the individual care and attention each child gets, the help from teachers and administrators (be it with getting a picky child to eat, kindly suggesting ideas from their experience, helping a fussy child nap, fun activities, etc.). The whole school has a family feel.
