Love the teaching staff here. 5 STARS FOR THEM BUT beware of their billing department if you use them. We had a zero balance once my son was pulled, and after almost a year of not using them, we get a collections notice saying we owe them money. But wait, there's more. Accounting said it was a mistake and they would have the new director correct it. After they spoke with the new director everything magically changed and all of a sudden it was valid because I didn't give notice? Wrong again. No one could give me an explanation as to why I never even received a letter or bill in the mail all this time? This also happened to others I know. So BEWARE. Again, love the teaching staff but unfortunately I will not ever again turn to Kindercare for my boys because of this.
