Best daycare my nieces love it and the teachers are the best highly recommend to anyone looking for child care

Worst experience ever. I wish I could provide zero stars out of 5. Would not recommend child to attend center. The facility is dirty and staff does not show interest in child. Facility is constantly increasing rates and Stetson Hills location center prices are higher than any other facility in local area. I had multiple issues about child being dirty , nose was constantly dirty where child had a hard time breathing through nose due to multiple layers of snot on face. To include tables not being cleaned from the day before, linens are not being cleaned, sick children that run fevers remain in room with well children. If child is sick/contagious information is NOT posted in the room or passed along to parents on sickness for other parents to be made aware of. Also child had a medical condition where medicated lotion must be applied after every hand wash, staff went against doctor's orders and did not apply location after information/doctor's note was provide to the front desk. Teachers did not communicate with one another and went against doctor's orders and did not apply medical location to my child. Extremely dissapointed and hurt, knowing that my child was properly taken care of when I left my child in Kindercare's care for the day! Last but no least, child fell off tricycle on playground, injured face severly, damaged lip, blood blister on lip, scrap on nose and top of lip and was NOT notified by the center on the situation that took place on her face. I was severly disappointed and will not recommed this center/ location to my worse enemy. As a parent I regret leaving my child in that type of environment. Ever since, I pulled my child from the center, my child has been healthier and happier. Please be an advocate for your child!!!!!

My son has been going here for about 5 months, and he really enjoys it. He is two and he has learned all kinds of things here. From, gardening to singing songs, painting, social skills, potty training, etc. I love the fact that he is happy when I drop him off. And when I pick him up I have to actually chase him around because he doesn't want to leave right away. Great daycare ! I would recommend to anyone who is skeptical about finding the right place for your bundle of joy. Great staff, great attitude. And you can call anytime, as many times to check in on your little ones.

I love this daycare. My daughter voluntarily leaves my arms for her sweet caregivers. They are very kind and compassionate to my child. Couldn't have better caregivers. Thank you Chella and Jenny!!!

My daughter has been attending for about a year in which during this time she has learned so much. She comes home singing songs, dancing, and sharing happy stories of her day with our family. Not only are her teachers are extremely kind and knowledgeable when it comes to the care of children, they are easy to get along with and I can tell they care about everyone of their pupils. The center is always very clean and orderly and they always have fresh water and crackers for the kiddos on their way out the door in the evening. Everyone in the building is always very cheerful which really helps (a grumpy 3 year old in the morning). Thumbs way up to The Stetson Hills KinderCare!!!

With the exception of a few teachers, most of the staff and administration team were very cold and stand-offish. There was never any real concern or interest in the well being of my children. There was also a weird vibe from the staff. This akward tension that I couldn't quite put my finger on. Almost like they are all talking bad about you behind your back and don't like to look you in the eye when you come face to face. I only suspect that because I often heard them talking badly of other parents when they thought nobody but the staff was listening. The admin staff was always very cold and very systematic. There was never a genuine interest in me or my family. It was a very superficial atmosphere. After being there for over a year I had a gap in my CCap coverage [ (5 business days), which was also backdated ] but they filled my kids slots in less than one week. I asked for them to try to communicate with my case worker, And they flat out refused. I was disappointed, And had higher expectations of a place that claims to have such a deep connection to the families of their center. I'm a single mother with 2 young children. Their father completely abandoned them and me. I do not have a back up plan, or a second adult to help pick up slack. However, if i had a ton of money, I would have clearly been treated differently. My kids and I are just so desperately seeking solid ground, and unfortunately, we did not find it here.

My youngest boy went there from age 2-12 and he loved it, the staff is loving and professional and nurturing. I have a 26 week old girl that I can't wait to be old enough to attend. They are like family.
