I had a very bad backup reservation experience with this provider. They confirmed our backup reservation in system, but since they overpromised to multiple families, they denied their confirmation the day before our reservation and refused to serve us with a very bad attitude. We have their confirmation email but they just denied it no matter what, which is ridiculous and also funny. We can understand overbooking happens so a simple apology is all we need. But their attitude is so bad and the director is actually very rude. I can't imagine who would like to send little kids to such a bad environment with such a rude person. As a parent, please find other providers if you care about your kid.

The first impression was very good, staff are nice, center is beautiful. Once you paid the money, everything changes. You will be told that the registration fee is transferral among different centers of KinderCare. Don't trust that. Since once you really want to transfer the money, the trouble is coming. They will change totally different face, conversation gets very difficult. And they will tell you the "fee" is NOT transferral per policy. it is the "registration" transferrable. without the fee, what's the meaning to transfer "registration"? Also please expect delay of response. Even though they may tell you they will come back to you, but they will NEVER come back, so remember to call them yourself, again and again.....

My daughter loves this school, and we love how much she has thrived in her care over the last 15 months! She has had wonderful teachers (Melisa, Elisabeth, Lydia, Jackie, Alexandria, and Maite for early morning care), the administrators (Brie, Lauren, and Lorraine) know her by name and she gets excited just seeing them. The other parents are mostly friendly and the long, flexible hours make this facility an indispensable part of our quixotic lives. I also appreciate the biannual school portraits and monthly curriculum emails.

Why there is no 0 or Negative selection??!!!! This school is very very bad! After my son went to the school, he got fever almost every week, and the bad days last for 3 months until we left that school. During the 3 months, my son got hurt more then 3 times. I can not forget that day when I see my son with the 7 deep scratches in his cheek, but the teacher never call me or even notify me. And then I email to the school, the teacher told me he was not there at that moment and then no more explanation. Another bad thing is, 4 among 5, when my son had accident, the teacher would not exchange for him. My son have to wear the wet cloth for the whole day in the cold winter. The even worse thing is, I payed the 4th month tuition fee, but I don't want my son got sick again, so we didn't go to school and I notified the school in person without requesting the tuition fee refund. But, then, the school was requesting me pay the extra $65 music class fee(which is not included in the tuition fee) even thought my son was not in school for that whole month. I just ignored the mail. Unfortunately, the school never gave up, they never reach me by email or phone, then they directly created a Collection into my credit system. I got the surprise when I was buying a new case, the agent told me that I have a Collection history so that I have to double my interest rate. And then I called the school, they agreed to stop collection without a sorry. This is unfair, I have to pay 7 years high rate for this unfair credit history.
