Primrose is hands down the best school in the area. Our son is always excited to go to school and see his teachers and friends. The curriculum they have is one of the best around! Our son has learned so much in just the short 6 months that they have been open. The facility is super clean and they teach the children about cleanliness as well as practice it on a daily basis. The owners and leadership members are always there to greet us with a smile. They truly care about the children. Thank you for everything you do!

We have been at Primrose a little over a year now and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful EVERYTHING has been. The owners and admin has been great. The teachers are all fantastic. We have been in 2 different classrooms and the head teacher in each of the classes has been the same the entire time we have been there, which I know in this type of setting teacher turnover can be high. My child thrives on consistency and having the same teacher has been great. He learns a lot and loves going to school.

Our daughter has attended Primrose for almost a year. She loves it and so do we! The teachers and staff are knowledgeable and kind. The facilities are always clean, and she has only been sick twice since being there (which is unheard of in a daycare). She has grown so much this past year. We are so happy we enrolled her here!

Our 2 children attended this facility until a few weeks ago. One was in the Pre K room over the past year and our daughter was in the 2 year room. I will start with the short list of positives: The actual teachers at this facility were amazing we loved both rooms teachers but I do feel they are overqualified which may sound like a positive but they are not allowed to implement any of their own ideas for the curriculum. We are now having our son tutored to get ready for kindergarten. The Pre K room has been total chaos over the past year- children were herded in when we were told (along with several other families) that there would be 12 max in the class- be sure to be clear on how many they will allow because they will fill it to the max. They waited a full year to open a second class that was empty... I am assuming the owners did not want to spend the money for a salary for a second teacher. I was told on more than one occasion they were surprised at the low enrollment rate and that’s what they were waiting for- and now I understand why there is a vacancy and they are pushing for more Pre K enrollment. They finally opened they second room after a parent complaint to corporate over how out of control the Pre K room had become. Like any facility there is normal kid behavior of hitting- but there were instances I was called and told my son hit another child only to find out he was defending himself after being hit repeatedly, kicked in the groin, and there was even a day were another child spit in his face. They have no form of punishment and our kids need clear cut boundaries and need to immediately know when they have unacceptable behavior. The facility is nice and clean. The location is convenient but unfortunately there is a TON of construction with new medical buildings surrounding which will result in a large amount of traffic. There was an incident where our son was left outside after recess for an “unknown” amount of time. The Director, Amy caught me at my car after school while I was loading the kids to let me know this in an “oh, by the way your kid was left outside alone” manner. There was a large amount of turn over for the ‘2nd teacher’ or helper in both rooms. Specifically in the Pre K room there was a teacher employed that literally, verbally teased my son. Amy the director confronted her about this and there was no denial but she remained employed for several weeks. The food is not prepared on site- it’s basically cafeteria food and for the premium tuition you are paying I believe there should be fresh at least with organic options. Functions and parties are not scheduled in more advance than a few weeks and are ALWAYS during normal business hours- definitely geared towards stay at home moms. Beware that the Pre K room is required to wear uniforms- I am sure this is imbedded in the handbook but came as a surprise to us. We spent over $400 for uniforms for one year. In addition to that the yearly re enrollment and supply fee is outrageous and you get little more than a nice backpack in comparison to surrounding facilities. All of the MAJOR issues at this facility are due to the management and owners. The secretaries, for lack of better word, are involved in reprimanding kids when they are in trouble. As they are not involved routinely, on a daily basis, in the kids care I do not feel this is appropriate. This school was not a good fit for our son- he is thriving and has had no issues be back at his old daycare. Please know that the management makes different rules that they change for each kid as they see fit based on personal issues they may have. We voiced concerns with management and advised that we planned to bring these issues to corporates attention and our son was punished for our voicing concerns.

This new facility is excellent. The staff are friendly and the ownership is very hands on and involved in day-to-day operations. Primrose sets itself apart in several ways. First, hygiene and cleanliness is integrated throughout the day. Students wash their hands upon arrival and multiple times throughout the day. It's not just on the schedule, they actually do it. In addition, our daughters loved the consistently positive and high quality learning environment. This started when we walked in the door and continued until we left the building at the end of the day. Lastly and most importantly in my opinion, the teachers were a perfect blend of professional and caring toward the students. These are characteristics that are hard to achieve and maintain. They've done an excellent job thus far. There are at least two bonuses to Primrose that most other facilities do not match. The first is that parents don't need to bring in bedding. The facility provides them. This is hugely helpful. In addition, our daughters love the meals and snacks. They vary the menu and introduce students to new, quality foods. Some will say that Primrose is expensive. In this case, you get what you pay for and it is just better all around. I hope this facility will continue to focus on quality. Currently, the quality is the best in NWA.

Our family adores each and every one at Primrose. What other schools Owners greet you at the door each day remembering each kiddos name? They have become our family and I trust them with our precious cargo. From love to outstanding academics they go above and beyond!

We have been on a waiting list since November of 2016 for our first son who we are expecting May 31st, 2017. We met the owners before the school even opened. We were told we would have no problem getting in to the daycare in mid-August, 2017 and we paid our deposit. The owner even gave us a speech about his experience being on waiting lists and not getting their child in for daycare and the challenges they had with it. He assured us that we should not have any issues. We called throughout the pregnancy and were still told we had nothing to worry about in terms of getting our baby enrolled in August. Our baby is coming in less than a week now. We called to confirm our spot once again. We were told for the first time they bumped us back to January or April!!! The sad thing is they didn't even give us a courtesy call to let us know there was any change or that we should make other arrangements. Now we are left expecting our first child in less than one week and I have no child care arranged when I need to go back to work. Absolutely a horrible experience. If you choose Primrose, I hope you have several backup plans and if they say they have a spot for you, proceed with caution. No matter how far in advance you complete your enrollment paperwork and submit your deposit.
