None of the Staff seems to like working there. Maybe two that appreciate working with kids. The childcare center is not structured. And it has very bad management. If I could give this center zero stars I would.

My children have been enrolled with ABC Happy Kids since they were infants in the infant classroom. They are now in the pre-K room and about to graduate. I have never had a major problem with this facility. All policies and regulations are precise. The teachers would do a wonderful job communicating with me about my children's day and if I ever had a problem, question, or concern; administration was always quick to resolve them. Throughout my years of experience with ABC Happy Kids, I have always felt welcomed. I am now pregnant with my third child and will not hesitate to enroll my child into this wonderful facility because I know my child will be welcomed, safe, and loved. I see ABC happy kids staff as second home and mom to my children.

They have been wonderful in working with my son. He has anxiety and the ladies have been so patient and have helped him. He's now really excited to get to go there!.

Have sent my kids there for 3 years but will be removing both of them ASAP. They are managed by people with zero experience. They recently made us come pick up our son because he was acting like a dog during nap time. While this would be a concern if he was 16, for a 3 year old, I find this as normal behavior. Keep in mind that we pay 7 grand a year (per kid) for this place to babysit our kids while we are at work. So, anyone who works for a living should look for a place that actually understands children and the importance of their parent's careers. The most infuriating part was that the director (not to be named publically) found it strange that I would even question this. Also didn't seem to care that we would be looking to remove him. They are in a service industry, yet SERVICE, is the last thing on their mind. They are a revolving door for parents. Since posting my disgust for them on Facebook, I have found 5 other friends that have removed their children. They do not post their retention statistics because it would not make them look good. They can not keep kids here for a long duration because of their lack of care and concern for the children. Their proximity to the Walmart and Sam's Corporate office keeps a constant flow of new parents and children to underwhelm. I reccomend that anyone considering placing their child here full time to PLEASE reconsider. There are a ton of good institutions in NWA that would love to teach and develop your child. If you question my review, spend 5 minutes speaking with the director and the other office staff, and my opinion will be confirmed.

ABC has been a part of my family’s life for almost 4 years! I appreciate the teachers sharing the progress of my children, the successes and areas to focus on. They are alert and aware of when the kids are not feeling well and call when needed. I have seen some turnover with the staff, however, I have not had issues with the new teachers and my kids adjust fine. I like that the facility feels open with room to breathe vs some facilities in the area felt cramped and stuffy. It would be nice if they could adjust billing on their side vs requiring parents to notify the office when a child has a birthday so the fee can be reduced. They have this information which could be managed on their side efficiently.

I whole-heartedly disagree with the other reviewers here. I have been sending my kids to ABC Happy Kids in Bentonville since 2007. My son started when he was 9 weeks old and continued through their pre-K program. My daughter has now completed the pre-K program and will be starting kindergarten in the Fall fully prepared. While I cannot say that our time there has been perfect, in my experience the staff there has only gotten better. Leadership at this center is motivated to make Happy Kids the best for every child attending. If you have a concern, they make sure everyone is heard and address the issue professionally and with the respect it deserves. My daughter has special medical concerns and I trust the employees here implicitly with her care. I have never regretted our decision to tough it out through former teacher turnover problems with my son's classes and stay at Happy Kids. While it may not be the right fit for some, that's OK. It is the right fit for us and so many others. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality childcare center!

My son started here at 3 months old. I was very happy with the infant staff they were very loving to the kids and took great care of him. They interacted with all the babies and held them to feed them, sometimes there werent enough teachers so some were being held and others we just having their bottles held since each teacher only has 2 arms. I felt they could have arranged the feeding schedule a little better that way no child was having to lay on the floor with the bottle being held by the teacher. In the time her was there a change in staff took place, Jennifer became the new director and I felt she was not qualified to do this job, and I was CORRECT. She is way too young and only had 150 hours of hands on child care experience with no children of her own. I fell they should have gone with someone more qualified to fill this position, maybe someone that has children of their own and more time in a child care facility. She is only 26 and has avery fake personality which is very disconcerning to me. I pulled him from the facility immediatly since I didnt want to have to deal with her and her attitude on a daily basis. They may be the cheapest in town but trust me you get what you pay for. I will not bring my child back unless she is gone. I prefer to have my child somewhere else where there is qualified staff and no fake attitides.

After shopping around for daycares and even trying another place, we are so happy there was an opening for this place. The people here are very friendly, don’t appear to hate their lives (like the last place), and the facility is modern and clean. We feel like our child gets excellent care here!

Awful experience. Bare minimal daycare. If you can avoid this place, please do so for your children. The management is terrible. Employee turnover is high. Communication with parents is poor. Skill development and foundational learning for children is completely absent. There is no true academic focus here and their M.O. is bare minimal adherence to "Better Beginnings" guidelines to maintain accreditation and funding. I use the word minimum, because as I review their "progress reports" with staff, I've never heard the word applied so often to educational requirements and programs with an outright refusal to do more. Very disheartening. Personally, the management and staff could not be more unprofessional or unconcerned with the well-being of the children in their care. For brevity, I'll avoid excessive detail but I've never been so disrespected in my entire life as I have by multiple individuals here. Yes, we're talking about a "preschool". Firsthand, I've seen the director yell at a crying mother with a child in their arms in the entry way as others came and went. My two children went through 7 instructors in 1 year. There is no planning and building for education, even for children at a pre-K level and age and we've unfortunately experienced the results.
