You pay an arm and a leg and there’s not a lot of flexibility with drop off times. Most of the staff is amazing, we love Danielle! Not a huge fan of the director as she is very HR, not really personable, and isn’t super flexible. Overall the quality of the place is good though. If your okay will paying more, they do work really well with the kids!

The director of this center is a top of her class B**** Darby, the current director, has it out for DES and Foster kids, and pretty much anything that the state pays for, yes parents this includes your children's meals. Also, since she has has been there (all of 2 months I believe) she has had great staff members quit on her because of poor treatment, attitude, and lack of appreciation. Please do not take your kids here, you will be doing them a favor by not introducing them to Darby and ruining their childhood. It is amazing that a lady like that can be the director of a children's place. Fire her or better yet just shut this place down she has drove it into the ground anyways. I have heard her call kids ignorant, not to mention call her staff names and profanity, when it comes to children getting hurt don't bother asking what happened because she doesn't collect any reports from any of her staff on situations, see some of the yelp and Facebook reviews, you will see I am not far off! Zero stars if possible.

Great staff and great location! Thank you Ms. Darby, Ms. Sabrina, Ms. Ashley, and Ms. Tricia for making daycare so easy. I have a great peace of of mind leaving my 2-month old son in your care as a first time mom each day! Alicia

My son has been attending this daycare center since the beginning of the year and my husband and I are very pleased with the teachers. They are kind and very attentive. My son knows a LOT being the youngest of my three children and the teaches take time to make the lesson plans more challenging for him so that he continually learns new things. We really appreciate this beacuse its hard to find care where there is flexibility to attend my child's needs. I recommend this facility if you are looking for a place with caring teachers for your child.

I just want to say that I absolutely love KinderCare at Power Ranch. My son has been going to this school since the end of July and has learned so much over the past few months it amazes me. The staff is always friendly and communicates with me constantly so If you're a parent like me and want to know everything, they never have any issues giving you feedback. My son has never really wanted to go to school, but since starting the Pre-K program at KinderCare at Power Ranch he never complains... AT ALL!! If anything, he asks if he can go to school. I would recommend any parent to bring their child to KinderCare and watch how much more you're child succeeds because they WILL surprise you. -From a single mom, whom is all about her child's well being and education, Blanca.

I brought my daughter to KinderCare at 10 weeks old and now she's two. We've been through the ups and downs that the center has gone through over the past year and a half. Yes, there was a lot of change and yes I did complain in all the surveys given out and I honestly can say my complaints were heard and things slowly started to change for the better. It's always going to get worse before it can get better. Through it all, my daughter hasn't skipped a beat with her development, loves going to school and sometimes can't get her to leave! I've developed great relationships with the teachers and the office staff and I'm so glad we stayed. I look forward to watching this facility grow even more and be what it was when we first joined. I'll also note that in order for change to happen you have to be agile and learn to take the good with the bad. Having a negative attitude will only lead to negativity. Giving people a chance, treating them how you want to be treated and choosing to be positive will help everyone through tough times and in the end everyone will be happier and healthier.

We have been attending Kindercare Power Ranch for almost a year now. My infant, now 1 year old is in great hands! We love his teachers and the environment. From the office staff, classroom teachers and helpers all the way to the director, we couldn't be more pleased! Give it a chance and you will be glad you did! Sidenote - we are kinship fostering and we haven't been treated any differently by anyone in the center.

My daughter has been at this location on Germann & Higley since she was 6 weeks old, she will be turning 2 next month. Not only is the staff amazing in the way they care for all the kids as if their own, but its nice to see the same group of kids over the past few years move through the program with her. Since the new management team joined last year (shout-out to Danielle and Kelcey!!), the place has become so much more than an educational daycare, but also a second home to many. With very rare turnover of staff, the building shines with artwork/crafts, which is so fun to see since I'm away from her all day. As a working mom with long hours, I can appreciate being able to leave my daughter in their care and know in my heart she is safe, learning tons and having a blast. Thanks to all on the Kindercare Team! ❤
