Could not get my daughter out of there soon enough. Rude staff, they never knew where my daughter was and I had to wander around looking for her every day with each teacher saying "she isn't here today" or just not know who I was talking about. Instead of calling me when my child had an accident the had her removed her soiled clothes and just wear snow pants all day. She was embarrassed. Also told my daughter "666 is bad number," and "God is your real Dad." They do not know if we are even religious. They raised the price when I said we were leaving without even telling me. BAD. It also concerns me that most of the good reviews on here are by the staff from there...

When my kids were enrolled there, they left both alone in different room. I came for my son and he was playing in the dark with 3 other kids. I looked in and could see the changing table and no one was being changed or in there. Yet the owned said there was. And another time my step dad picked up my older son (he was in a different room/class) and he stated no one was in there either but a few other kids and one was crying. He said after he went in and got him, a lady finally rushed in and said can I help you. The owner again said he was lying her words. YOUR A LIAR! Another incident I let my son take a water bottle to his room cause he wasn't feeling well. Which they got sick a lot being there. And the water bottle came up missing. I asked each teacher. And my other sins room if they seen it. And everyone denied. So I asked the owner and her words were if they say no then it wasn't here and he never came with it. Surprise all of a sudden they found it 2 days later. And it was in my older sons room. While I know my younger soon had it with him. While I was registering my son's, a lady was excusing them of being unprofessional. And I thought well she's just having a bad day. But now I see what her reaction was. They are unprofessional. They leave children alone. They allow them to cry for long periods of time. They take things. And the owner yells that your a liar. And says no I'm not going to believe you your lying.. very unprofessional.

I like Northern Lights Preschool there clean, the teachers are nice and it's educational for kids but the reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because I don't like the fact that if you don't pay them by the 5th of each month they charge you A $$25.00 late fee. If you are a single mom working a minimum wage job and have to pay your rent and trying to pay daycare plus the $25.00 late fee and try to feed your kids well let me tell you it's a challenge! Mom's like me need people who understand these struggles and instead of punishing us every month let us pay you each month on a day that maybe works better for the parent. I will be glad when my 5 year old is finally in school.

My daughter attended from 15months until Kindergarten and loved all her teachers. She learned so much and continues to stop by often to visit the ones that are still there. She enjoyed the different activities and centers each aged class provided and especially loved her graduation that is made very special for each graduating student. Many including her have also continued attending during the summer months. Our experience was of a very caring and warm environment for her and she has stayed in touch with some teachers that are no longer there. I am very grateful, as a working mother, to have found a place and staff I felt comfortable leaving my daughter in the care of.

We contacted the pre school to inform them that one of there staff members who children attended another daycare needed to be picked up due to unforeseen mechanical problems with heating system. The lady who answered the phone refused to allow the staff member to leave and refused to answer the phone after a follow up phone call

This place is horrible. I had to report them to the state more than once. My son was not a napper at 3,4& 5 years old they would make him lay on a cot and he would be punished and not allowed to do anything for the rest of the day if he moved, he was never provided an alternative. The "playground" outside is a joke! I swear all they ever fed him was crackers and broccoli. The whole facility smells like hot dirty diapers and garbage all of the time because it's hot upstairs and there is no circulation. There is so much more these are just the beginning! This place is a horrible place to bring your children, I tell everyone I know to stay away and I hope to god that they get shut down.

Jamie Phillips

This a horrible place, the playground has only rocks, no swings and the administration is only concerned with money.

This place is filled with smiles!

Horrible treatment by the office staff. I authorized a $103 payment over the phone and was charged $400. I tried calling about it and the office refused to discuss the dispute and told me to call at another time.
