I called a few times and talked to a lady called Linda. I requested if she can give me a quote for my new home. She right away kind of refused saying that she might not be able to do it initially and then later she said she can send someone to get a quote. I waited for few days and called her back again and she was rude by saying that she has 100's of new construction infront of her. She sounds like she doesn't even care and dropped the phone. WOW. I am certain that she is not the owner for this firm..I really hope not!!

There was a problem with our flooring they noticed during install. They resolved it and had a solution so the installation was not delayed.

It's a hard place to find. It's in the center next to the Amazon distribution center. However the place was very nicely decorated and they had a sign with your name to welcome you. The people were extremely nice, especially the nice lady who helped us pick out designs (can't remember her name unfortunately ). Great place.
