We used Staged to Sell to stage our house for sale in May 2018. We are a couple in our 60s with no children and the house was decorated and furnished to our adult taste. Shirin had a vision of the target buyer reflected in the staging of our house. She felt the target buyer was a family with young children – she staged one bedroom beautifully for a teenage girl and another bedroom for two young boys. Our two leading offers were from one family with a teenage girl (who loved the pink girly room) and another family with young twin boys. I am sure the staging helped increase the value of the sale and probably contributed to the fact that we had a very speedy sale – three weeks from listing to closing date.

I also dealt with Shirin, totally speaks the lingo like she actually knows what she's talking about and is very good at convincing you, on the other hand I paid her $3,750, set an appointment for a staging two and a half weeks in advance, our appointment date came and gone and she would not answer my phone calls, and when I finally did get a hold of her from a phone number she did not recognize, she acted like she had me Chris crossed with someone else or possibly double booked a staging on the same date. Nothing but a waste of time and just run around little cat-and-mouse games. I tried to plead with her over and over for a refund, I ended up having to call my bank and do a chargeback because Services were not rendered. This is a very greedy Predator type personality. Don't say you haven't been warned. Be cautious with these stagers, they are little snakes.

Shirin and her team are the best! I am a designer. I have been working with them for almost three years now. They help us sell 7-8 houses. Every time they did amazing job. Now I trust them so much that I don’t really go through everything in the contract before I sign them. Yes, they are not the most affordable staging company out there. I did reach out to other companies after the first house they did for us. Just want to save some money. But after tried two other staging company, I go back to them. The quality of their work is just totally worth every penny you spend. Their staging is very detailed. They really design the whole space, every surface of the room, not just throw some stuff in. The home atmosphere they created helped a lot to sell the house very quickly. Most of our houses sold within one week above the asking price. I really like to work with Dalana and Kate as well. Kate is very responsive and thoughtful. Dalana did amazing job every time. I feel lucky that I found them!

I will never believe the good reviews!! It is a low-credibility company with no spirit of contract at all. I hired Seattle Staged to Sell&Design to stage for my house in Seattle because of the good reviews in Google. But I had such a terrible experience dealing with them. We signed the contract and I made a full payment for the project. But 5 days before my listing date, they suddenly cancelled the contract without any apology, giving the excuse that they are not able to do the project within contract price because the project needs more pieces and labor than their previous estimation.This sudden change disrupted our whole schedule and we had to postpone our listing date. The loss to us is not only time, but also money. So be careful with them, put a punishment term in the contract in case of their delinquent to protect ourselves. Fortunately I was able to find another stager, even if they didn't do advertisements in Google, they charged 30% less and the service is better. 2nd: Shirin, I am sorry that you don't end up to be a novelist! Facts speak louder than words. I respect everything on the contract. Attached photo is part of your email to me, you admitted that you have me sign the contract and charged me money without any research only with your wrong imagination.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS SHE HAS ON HERE. Shirin is a over priced crook. We hired her because she acted like she knew what she was talking about. The fact is she put some really cheap Kmart quality stuff in our home. The couch looked old and well used, the dining table had scratches and knicks everywhere and the dining chair had stains on the upholstery. I CANT BELIEVE she charges people for this stuff. She states in her "contract" that you cant move things or you have no say as to what she uses. So when she puts her junk in your house you are stuck and she doesnt do refunds. she charged us more than $3k and the place looked abosolutely terrible. We asked her to replace so some of the items and she refused. Ultimately we took her chairs and stored them in the garage and replaced them with our own. also we used another sofa we had to rent from a design center in kirkland. Our home sold but i can tell you it was embarrassing to stand there and represent our home with her low quality furniture and accessories. If you are considering using her ask to go check out her storage where she keeps her stuff and youll see for yourself. I hope Shirin uses some of that money she got from us and buys better merchandise to use on her next victim.
