Sarah and her team at Nuance Interior Design and Blinds is amazing! Sarah came out twice (because I’m so indecisive) and helped me find the perfect blind to match the other blinds throughout my home. Once the blind was installed, Trevor (Sarah’s installer) noticed a paint chip (that I never noticed) but without saying a word Nuance reordered a replacement blind and installed it asap to make sure we received the highest quality product and care.

We asked Sarah to consult on a project which had been in motion for several months. In particular, we asked her to review finish decisions and to make suggestions for gaps. Sarah reviewed our plans and then scheduled a time to come thru the house to see and discuss everything in person. She brought the biggest bag of samples I have ever seen and was able to meet our request: to quickly and thoroughly evaluate choices, recommend revisions and provide specs.
