I had no idea what to expect as I did not know anyone who had used California Closets, but I liked what I saw on the Internet and needed help with my closets. The designer was extremely helpful and as a result, I got much more than just closets. I now have a functional desk area in a very small den that makes great use of the space. I have lots of shelves in a house that had virtually no closets when we moved in. And, my husband and I have excellent closets. The installers were very pleasant, capable, and responsive to some glitches that appeared. They were able to make some adjustments on the spot which I could not tell were adjustments and then suggested a solution for a cabinet that turned out to be too big. California Closets met every deadline and completed the job well within the expected time. I'm equally pleased with the finishes and feel that everything is well built and will last. The cost of the installation was more than I had thought, but now that everything is in, I believe that it is well worth it. Thanks so much. (Score 10 out of 10)

I loved EVERYTHING about California Closets...Monica was absolutely GREAT!!! and the guys that installed the closets, were extremely knowledgable, friendly, and went over and beyond their duty of just installing closets!! They took the time to patch up quite a few holes that were left behind, and did it all with a smile on their face!!! I myself will be using this company again, as I have quite a few more closets/pantry I would love to beautify!!! I have gotten mad compliments on my new beautiful closet!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I like it! Great choice choosing California Closets of Richmond Va with our three closet design. Our designer Maja did an awesome job assisting me in putting my ideas together, however, she did not communicated once the job was completed or return my calls. The installer was very professional. I would recommend two persons when installing multiple closets. He was exhausted after the install was done, therefore, he didn't properly clean after his work. I am rating California Closet of Richmond a 4 star.

From the first phone call to the final installation, it has been a wonderful experience. I was initially concerned that due to our location we would not be within the service area. My online inquiry was promptly answered by a telephone call from the nearest California Closet store. After a brief description of our projects, an appointment was arranged. The Design and Sales Manager, Maja, arrived promptly and prepared to discuss our projects. She provided valuable insight and alternatives based upon her experience that we had not considered. When there was a delay in a component arriving, we were informed with apologies. I truly appreciated the open honest communication that we encountered from everyone throughout the process. Mark, who was professional and polite, handled the installation efficiently. He ensured that he carefully installed the pantry components and left a clean work area. Maja remained in contact with us throughout the entire process to ensure a successful installation. We are delighted with our new pantry. Everyone who has seen it over the holidays is impressed. Our only regret is that we did not have this project completed years ago. We are already discussing additional projects and look forward to working with the California Closets team in the future.
