Superb, outstanding service on window blinds. They come to the house and measure. You come to the showroom and select the design for the blinds and the colors. The consultant is helpful, not pushy at all and works hard to make you happy.

Having bought furniture and area rugs from tina’s Over the past 15 years, I was totally blown away by how poorly my family and I were treated there today. The two salespeople had no clue about the type of furniture I was looking for and kept asking if I wanted to look at the on sale stuff at the back of the store. After I told them nothing there was of interest, one of the women asked if I wanted to look at one of their catalogues. I saidq “yes please” They then kept looking at me up and down ( I was dressed for the 35 degree temps and for a Saturday out with my familly in VT. Finally, when everything I was interested in was crossed out indicating it was no longer available, they had the audacity to suggest I go to the Restore or another junk shop. I suggest to anyone patronizing this store that they wear a 3 piece suit and leave their Korean wife and daughter at home. They are a bourgeois relic of Burlington snobbery. I suggest you find fine furniture anywhere else but Tina’s. I look forward to reading about their going out of business sale.

We came here looking for an area rug. They have plenty (yes, really a lot) hanging on both walls, and more in the back. Wife and I spent about 2 hours looking for a rug. A couple salespeople helped when we needed it, but they weren't pushy at all. They even encouraged us to "take a rug home to try it out." Sure enough, when we found one we thought may work, they only took an imprint of my card, and basically gave us a week to decide if we like to. If we like it, we call them up and they'll charge the card. If not, we bring the rug back and no charges. That's good service.
