I made many trips into the store and went through many catalogs. All of their pieces are stunning and unique, and Dan was very patient and helpful so I could find the perfect piece for me. Unfortunately when it was ordered, it came in damaged twice. Colby took care of all of the communications with the actual company, and one came to the store in perfect condition. Colby and Tifanie delivered it just now, and it is so perfect and beautiful!!! Shopping at a furniture store that doesn't have every possible color/fabric combination on hand can be difficult .You don't know exactly what the furniture will look like or what the color will really look like. I had to do just that recently, and found that my best option wasn't even one in the same state as the home I was decorating. Saratoga Signature Interiors made this process much, much easier. They took the time to get paint samples of the colors used in my house to find a great match with the rest of my décor. They suggested styles to match the rest of my furniture, and shipped a number of fabric samples to my home, all to make the process easier for me. They even asked important questions so they could properly suggest a specific fabric that would survive a house with multiple dogs in it. By the time they delivered the couches to me, I knew that we had made the right decision, not only on the couches, but on the company that we purchased them from. I never felt pressured to spend more, and several times was steered away from options that would have meant a bigger sale, but wouldn't have worked as well for me or my house. That's a level of honesty and customer friendliness that you can't get everywhere, and it's why I'll be going back for all of my furniture needs.
