He had me take my time trying all of the varieties of mattresses that could meet my needs. He also had me try out the variety of free pillows that I would receive along with them mattress I chose, to be certain I would be happy with my selection. He explained all of the paperwork clearly. I especially liked that if I don't use the warranty in the allotted time, it would become a store credit. I think that is a great way to get return customers. I will be one.

First of all, Bennington Furniture in Queensbury is a beautiful store. The staff is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Nancy spent a great deal of time with my wife and I helping us to pick out a custom sectional from Craftmaster. We would go back to work with her in a heartbeat. However, a big mistake was made when we were told that our price for 4 pieces of furniture was around $2,100 and then told 2 hours later that the price was actually $4,800 and that we were given the “at cost” price on accident. I could not believe their profit margin was so high, something like 125+%! Sure we got 15% for a holiday sale (the new price was with the sale!), a reduction in shipping costs, and a few hundred dollars off a protection plan, but these furniture pieces cost more than our quartz countertops. I want to be completely transparent about our situation as we are building a new house and will have a $470,000 mortgage. However we spent a great deal of time picking out high quality furniture we knew we’d like and thought we were getting a great deal especially after seeing a similar sectional “starting at $1,899.” After spending hours in the store, how could you say no now that you picked the fabric for the furniture and the pillows from 1,000+ pieces. Instead we now have to make numerous cuts from our building budget to afford this stuff. For the price and inconvenience, I can only give the store 3 stars.

We had a truly amazing experience at Bennington Furniture. We worked closely with Jeff and he helped us design our living room and dining room. Before meeting Jeff, we had struggled making any interior design decisions to the point that nothing was getting accomplished. She tells me she is working with a representative from the manufacturer but cannot give me his personal information (phone number) she also can Not give me the spelling of the General manager of Bennington furniture.(Michael Fiacco) she is not giving me the personal attention as her customer who has a couch that I can not sit on. She actually told me that the pictures I sent her doesn't look like the cushions have not been pushed all the way back, that is only part of my problems.I thought by ordering a brand name like Klausner I would be receiving a great couch instead I'm paying for something I cannot use. I only wish that someone in this company wants to represent the customer and do it in a timely fashion If you receive the category within three weeks of the structure of the cushions

Was on my way in from Montreal & heard a ad on the radio that Bennington furniture & they had thermapudic and sleep number on mattresses sale....so I GPS the address and went to the door .....a little numb when I arrived from 3 plus hours on highway ....I was greeted by the nicest lady named Andrea....I told her I had heard the ad and my needs and wants.....she put me on the test bed to see what type a mattress I needed, it was the first one she had shown me....she also help me find a couch & some tables for my living room.
