After 40 years, my olive carpet and brown silk wallpaper were completely worn. Replacing them seemed almost impossible until I contacted Andrea Srinivas Design (ASD). Andrea searched the Seattle Design Center until she found exactly what I needed: first the perfect wallpaper and then the perfect carpet. She even went so far as to contact a company which was able to replicate my current carpet in both style and color. I am so grateful for Andrea's effort. She was thoughtful, supported my ideas, and prevented me from making a costly mistake. I was able to make my vintage home beautiful again.

My husband and I have had extremely positive experiences with Andrea Srinivas Design. She masterminded interiors for our 6000 sq ft chiropractic/alternative medicine facility where our businesses are co-located. Additionally, she consulted with us on several different projects at our home. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about her work. I was initially hesitant to hire a designer at all, particularly for our home. I was surprised how sensitive she was to the vision that I wanted to create. Frankly, I feel that our home would look so much worse if we hadn't hired her. Her help on window treatments in particular was so dramatically helpful. I know that I would've installed basic neutral cellulars in our living room and instead we have the most lovely full length drapes with romantic underlying sheers. I absolutely love them, and never would've had the wherewithal to pick them out on my own. She orchestrated the construction of an absolutely stunning hand constructed Roman shade with phenomenally gorgeous lustrous fabric from India that just looks fantastic. Again, I never in a million years would've picked this out on my own and now it is my favorite piece in the kitchen. It gives the space so much color and life. She gave me the courage to make some of these choices and yet the space still feels like "me". She absolutely saved us on several occasions at the office as well. Specifically I really value the framing specifications that she came up with for my husbands northwest photography. The pieces that she assisted with look so much better than ones where we just relied on assistance from the frame shop. Additionally, she was instrumental in shifting the materials recommended by the contractor's employee to a dramatically more pleasing palate. Oh my goodness, and the staging of our waiting room!! Here's another example of where she came up with a layout so perfect that would have never occurred to me. Our waiting room really looks "designer done". I loved her placement of large plants and guidance with upholstery color that went well with the northwest photography. Perhaps my favorite thing of all is the out of this world gorgeous granite she picked out for our transaction counters. It is black with these awesome blue inclusions. It is just looks so great! My advice to anyone is absolutely to use her services. It's so worth the money and your space will look a million times better for it.

We needed an update to a large fireplace in our family room. Andrea presented us with a design that was both beautiful and worked within our budget. We were so pleased with the results and have received many compliments, not only on the fireplace, but on how it has transformed the look of the whole room. Andrea was a pleasure to work with, was very organized and was always responsive to our many questions. We especially appreciated her expertise in navigating through the numerous tile options and helping us make a final selection. Andrea also went above and beyond the fireplace design by assisting with paint color options, and providing suggestions for rearranging the furniture and décor for the new mantel. We truly enjoyed working with Andrea and highly recommend her!

We have used Andrea for two projects-- a full kitchen remodel and a remodel to the fireplace wall in our living room. After a flood in our kitchen at Christmas last year, we decided to go ahead and remodel the kitchen since it was all torn out anyway. Andrea was fast, efficient and understood our vision perfectly. She even had ideas to improve our vision. We knew from her preliminary drawings that we were going to love it, but the finished product surpassed our highest expectations. Andrea was there every step of the way with drawings, helping source tile, appliances, counter tops and paint colors. Stopping in to talk with our contractor if any hiccups arose on his end and just checking in to make sure things were going as expected. I never would have survived a remodel without her vision and help! I never imagined I'd have a designer but after this experience, anything else we have to do to our home will be done with Andrea's expertise. Can't say enough about how easy she is to work with and how beautiful her designs come out. Her pricing was very reasonable and I'd recommend her to ANYONE doing a remodel.

We retained the services of Andrea Srinivas Design to assist us in the remodeling of our kitchen. From the conception of our vision to the completion of the project, Andrea was AMAZING! Andrea worked closely with us to work out a design that was not only interesting and unique but practical for our family. She has instincts and vision that are indeed extraordinary. One of the best things about working with Andrea are her communication skills. Throughout our work, she was always an attentive listener. We talked through every step, and when we were worried about how a certain aspect of the kitchen would look, she took time to explain it and ask questions. In short, we learned very quickly, we could TRUST her. She also didn’t hesitate to steer us in a direction that we may have been less apt to go. Each time we took the leap of faith, it absolutely improved the overall project. These same communication skills paid great dividends in working with our contractors. Andrea was kind but firm with everyone. In what seems to be a big distinction from most kitchen remodeling jobs, everyone involved felt the job went very smoothly, due much in part to Andrea’s communication with all parties throughout. Andrea gets our highest possible endorsement. She is terrific to work with!!
