We contacted Oviatt to assist with several home projects we had planned. After visiting our home with their contractor, taking measurements and discussing options they indicated they would create an estimate and get back to us. It's been over 6 weeks now and we have not received any response from them. I even attempted to contact them again (after about 4 weeks) in case they were busy or had forgotten us and could not get them to respond to me. If our project was not right for them, for whatever reason, professional courtesy of a response would have been nice. Disappointing experience.
