Tried 4 times since September to get my carpet fixed that was installed 3 years ago. Can't seem to get anyone to help. I feel that if it was stretched right in the first place I would not have to go through this. I finally went to another company and was fixed in 3 days. Will not recommend Heritage anymore.

Heritage is your one-stop shop. I was a little nervous at first because I didn’t know very much about them but I was very impressed with what they offer. They helped with my entire house and I really liked their style and suggestions. I loved out flooring at a few other places and they were as good or better AND you get the great service. (I would pay extra for good service and attention to my project.) Ericka was huge help and Jonathon was great at getting us the info we needed and keeping us on budget. I would buy from Heritage again.

Hertige helped us make wise choices on our home we built a few years ago and we have been very happy with their guidance. Susan helped me with everything from where to put each Hardie board and what color to paint it to inside everything. All has gone well until recently we needed a blind repaired. Blake at Heritage had it repaired and ready in a day. Thank you Heritage and everyone who makes up this wonderful company. It's good to know you are behind what you sell.

This is one of my favorite stores in all of Utah. The Christensen family who own and operate the store are great people and it truly is a family run company. I have utilized the expertise of team at Heritage Home and Garden in remodeling my own home, repairing and updating rentals and on new home builds. It is so nice to have a true interior design team to help you with wood flooring, carpet, blinds, tile and stonework as well as furniture, etc..

Heritage Home and Garden is an amazing furniture and interior design shop. The staff is extremely helpful and able to accommodate to any situation that is needed. The design is top notch and cutting edge, if you're looking for high end design and superb quality this is the place to go. The flooring department is next door and has carpet, hardwood, vinyl, and much more. Great experience!

Went in seeking a few specific items and was actually recommended to find these items here. The customer service was awful and when the employees asked the owner for assistance she gave us an eye roll and proceeded to not help. Insane how this is acceptable. Will never go back and would never suggest to anyone

Very easy to work with. Had blinds installed over 2 years ago and Blake (who is the window coverings expert) came over and straightened out a remote control problem. They take pride in their products and service. Will use them again.
