This gracey is horrible she stoleme! I paid her a job which she left unfinished because i was short on paper as soon as i got it i called her so she could come and finish it she said she would give me a call back and after 2 months i am still waiting for it, i called her again requesting to come and finish the job that I have paid her completely for and she laugh of me and hang up the phone saying she was too busy, I have been calling and texting over and over so she refunds my money and she doesnt return my calls or texts, do not work with her or this may happen to you as well. Mediocre ladrona!

Kristine didn’t even show up to our first appointment. I’d left work early to meet her at the spot, but when I called she was busy with kids. Her services are very expensive, even just for accent walls. The worst part is that the wallpaper falls off the wall and she won’t return your calls or texts. She pretended to know how to hang a textured design which I showed her before even ordering. But less than 24 hours after hanging it, it had warped, bubbled, and started to fall. I have to hire someone else to fix it and probably have to buy the wallpaper all over again. She also seems to operate off the books—I asked for a receipt/invoice, but never got one. She has zero integrity and (as another reviewer also posted to HomeAdvisor), she will block your number instead of finishing the job she was paid to do.

Gracey did an amazing job. She saved us money and got it done unbelievably fast. I would recommend this company to anyone.
